Texas Secretary of State’s Phase One Investigation of the 2020 Election Identifies Nearly 700K Ineligible Voter Registrations | Becker News and Liberty Overwatch

Phase one of the Texas Secretary of State’s review of the 2020 election in a sample of major counties shows that the status quo for the state’s elections simply cannot be allowed to continue:

• Statewide, a total of 11,737 potential non-U.S. citizens were identified as being registered to vote. Of these, 327 records were identified in Collin County, 1,385 in Dallas County, 3,063 in Harris County, and 708 in Tarrant County.

• Since November 2020, 224,585 deceased voters have been removed from the voter rolls in Texas. Collin County removed 4,889 deceased voters, Dallas County removed 14,926 deceased voters, Harris County removed 23,914 deceased voters, and Tarrant County removed 13,955 deceased voters.

• The review also revealed nearly half a million duplicate registration records: “Overall, the state review process resulted in the identification and removal of 449,362 duplicate voter registrations from the statewide voter registration list.”

Secretary of State John Scott has called his investigation the country’s “most comprehensive forensic audit of the 2020 election.” President Trump disagreed, criticizing the SOS’s probe as “a weak risk-limiting audit” in an October 1 statement.

In total, the SOS’s phase one review found approximately 685K ineligible voter registrations. What a coincidence. A July analysis by Captain Seth Keshel estimated that there were 675K excess votes for Biden in Texas:

It’s 2022 and the Pandemic Is Over | Mark Jeftovic Bombthrower

Only the most brainwashed True Believers will cling to the failed narrative.

For nearly two years I had feared that we were headed into a new dark age of totalitarianism and repression, that Western leaders would aspire to implement China-style social credit systems and completely takeover the economy and day to day lives of its subjects.

Make no mistake, many establishment elites do want that. It’s just for awhile there it looked to me like they would succeed. But then my thinking started to shift around that. I realized that the entire transformational shift in the very nature of communications (Internet), power (networks), and then money (Bitcoin) meant the very architecture of society had changed so profoundly that this type of top-down, centralized authoritarianism I had feared so much was now untenable.

It was trying to retrofit digital versions of industrial era authority onto a new terrain of decentralized networks and individual sovereignty…

Covid, rather than bringing about a monoculture of globalism… became a matter of Too Much, Too Soon.

Omciron… changed everything. It became very apparent very quickly that Omicron, with data showing 1/2 to 1/3 the lethality of Delta (which was only 1/10th as bad as Alpha), was a nothing-burger. Its super-contagiousness meant that COVID would be endemic, but benign.

What I didn’t expect to happen so fast was the sudden narrative and policy shifts in the face of the undeniable reality that Omicron has ended the pandemic. Super-contagious yet mild in effects, with ultra low hospitalizations and near-zero fatalities, Omicron is nature’s detente with humanity. An all natural herd immunity.

Over the past few days the CDC moderated its stance on quarantine times, acknowledging the new reality. Here in Ontario the medical board announced no more PCR tests for the non-symptomatic – in other words, there will be no more histrionics over case counts. Schools will remain open, much to the chagrin of teachers’ unions and those conditioned by two-years of Pavlovian fear-mongering.

There will be those who try to cling onto COVID tyranny for as long as possible and in doing so, they will perpetuate a state of hyper-normalization that will be self-defeating.

Hyper-normalization is a phrase coined by the UK documentarist Adam Curtis, and it describes a state where the prevailing establishment narrative is so absurd and demonstrably false that only the most brainwashed True Believers can cling to it. Only the most corrupt and self-seeking policy makers will attempt to perpetuate it. Those who do espouse it are typically the greatest beneficiaries of the dysfunctional zeitgeist… insular elites who are detached from reality and who benefit from a system that has lost all legitimacy.

Louisiana Judge Issues Scathing Ruling Against Biden’s Federal Vaccine Mandate, Hands Victory to 24 States | Becker News

A federal judge has blocked the White House’s federal vaccine mandate for Head Start teachers,  handing a victory to 24 states that were party to the suit. The ruling held that the vaccine mandate cannot force Head Start teachers from being “vaccinated” for Covid-19 by January 31.

The Louisiana judge held that President Biden unlawfully and willfully bypassed Congress, which has ultimate authority to institute laws. The Biden mandates would have compelled Head Start teachers be vaccinated and also that young children 2 years or older be masked when in class or when playing together outdoors.

The Trump-appointed Judge Terry Doughty gave his reasoning for blocking Biden’s unlawful federal vaccine mandate:

“Although this case is about the Head Start Mandate, the real issue is separation of powers under the United States Constitution. Specifically, whether the Agency Defendants, government agencies under the Executive branch, have the authority to impose the Head Start Mandate,” he continued.

“If the Executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the Legislative branch to make laws, then this country is no longer a democracy — it is a monarchy,” Judge Doughty wrote.

The federal government may appeal the decision to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. The ruling impacts the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming and West Virginia.

The Supreme Court is set to hear a federal case on the White House’s federal vaccine mandate on January 7. The ruling could hold weight in the high court’s decision.

The Pfizer Vaccine Trial Data That BigTech Does Not Want You to See | KanekoaTheGreat Substack

In a new Substack article, @KanekoaTheGreat breaks down Dr. Robert Malone’s final Twitter post: a 40-minute video presentation and PDF created by the Canadian Covid Care Alliance, which consists of over 500 independent doctors, scientists, and health care practitioners. In the process, Kanekoa takes us on a deep dive into Pfizer’s corrupt Covid vaccine trial. Underneath the coverups and fraud, “Pfizer’s own data conclusively shows an INCREASED risk of illness and death for the vaccinated group compared to the placebo group,” the article begins.

The following are a few highlights from Kanekoa’s powerful exposé:

• Pfizer’s blinded trial was supposed to go on for 3 years until 5/2/2023... Instead, after only 2 months of trial data, Pfizer unblinded the study… Therefore, after 2 months, there was no longer a control group to compare the inoculated group to and there was no longer any way to assess the long-term safety or effectiveness.

• Pfizer’s data (before the trial was unblinded) shows a significant increase in the risk of illness for the vaccinated group versus the placebo group… You have to dig into the supplementary appendix… There you find, 5,241 related adverse advents in the vaccinated group versus 1,311 related adverse events in the placebo group… In summary, for the vaccinated group, there was a 300% increase of related adverse events, a 75% increase of severe adverse events, and a 10% increase of serious adverse events.

• Pfizer reported a 95% efficacy, which sounds like it protects you 95% of the time, but that 95% actually refers to the Relative Risk Reduction, while the Absolute Risk Reduction was only 0.84%. Moreover, the Pfizer clinical results are unreliable because Pfizer left it up to the discretion of investigators whether or not to test participants for Covid-19. There were a total of 3,410 participants who had Covid-19 symptoms but were not tested for Covid-19.

• Serious adverse events were not accurately recorded. For example, Pfizer used the term “functional abdominal pain” to describe the side effects for a 12-year-old trial participant who was paralyzed and has been forced to eat from a feeding tube for the last 10-months.

• A whistleblower who was a regional director of Pfizer’s clinical trials reported to the FDA that Pfizer had falsified data, unblinded participants, and had not followed up on testing participants who reported symptoms, but neither the FDA nor Pfizer ever investigated the issue. The story was featured in the BMJ.

• Pfizer further biased the results by disproportionately testing the vaccine on healthy and young individuals rather than the sick and elderly, and did not track any subclinical biomarkers which would be valuable early warning signs of disease caused by the vaccines.

• Pfizer’s report authors had conflicts of interest — 84% of them were either employed by Pfizer, owned Pfizer stock, received grants from Pfizer, were hired as consultants by Pfizer, or previously ran clinical trials for Pfizer. For example, 2 of the Pfizer report authors made $9B in stock market profit directly from the Pfizer vaccines because they also happened to be the co-founders of BioNTech.

Kanekoa concludes by asking for our help:

This evidence… represents a real opportunity to hold our leaders accountable as it is not opinion, or modeling, or real-world evidence that can be dismissed or manipulated, but LEVEL 1 EVIDENCE from a randomized control trial. The Pfizer Vaccine Trial Data That BigTech Does Not Want You to See

Dr. Malone shared this video from the Canadian Covid Care Alliance hours before he was banned from Twitter. It is damning.

For example, Pfizer claimed that their vaccine had a 95% efficacy rate. The truth is, the Pfizer clinical trial showed that the ‘vaccines’ offered less than 1% overall risk reduction.

In the vaccinated group, a total of 8 people out of 18,198 contracted Covid during the Pfizer trial. In the unvaccinated placebo cohort, 162 people out of 18,325 got Covid.

So even without vaccination, the risk of contracting Covid was extremely low at 0.88%, which the vaccine then decreased to 0.04%.

Overall risk reduction provided by the vaccines = 0.88% - 0.04% = 0.84%.

Instead, Pfizer reported the percentage reduction from 0.88% to 0.04% = 95%.

Indiana Life Insurance CEO Says Deaths Are Up 40% Among People Ages 18-64 | The Center Square

The head of Indianapolis-based insurance company OneAmerica said the death rate is up a stunning 40% from pre-pandemic levels among working-age people.

“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica,” the company’s CEO Scott Davison said during an online news conference this week. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”

OneAmerica is a $100 billion insurance company that has had its headquarters in Indianapolis since 1877.

Davison said the increase in deaths represents “huge, huge numbers,” and that’s it’s not elderly people who are dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64” who are the employees of companies that have group life insurance plans through OneAmerica.

“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic,” he said.

“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.”

Just 8.9% of ICU beds are available at hospitals in the state, a low for the year, and lower than at any time during the pandemic. But the majority of ICU beds are not taken up by COVID-19 patients – just 37% are, while 54% of the ICU beds are being occupied by people with other illnesses or conditions.

Dr. Malone commented on the article in a Substack post today:

“This article reads like a dry description of an avoidable mass casualty event caused by a mandated experimental medical procedure. One for which all opportunities for the victims to have become self-informed about the potential risks have been methodically erased from both the internet and public awareness by an international corrupt cabal operating under the flag of the ‘Trusted News Initiative.’ George Orwell must be spinning in his grave.

Nurses Blow Whistle on ‘Overwhelming’ Numbers of Heart Attacks, Clotting, Strokes | Conejo Guardian

After the Conejo Guardian’s report on alarming trends in Ventura County hospitals, more nurses have come forward to affirm the rise in unexplained heart problems, strokes and blood clotting in local vaccinated patient populations. They also say doctors refuse to consider that these could be adverse reactions to Covid shots.

Sam, a critical care nurse at an ICU in a Ventura County hospital, came forward because, “I’m tired of all the B.S. that’s going on,” he told the Guardian. “None [of the doctors] question whether the vaccine causes myocarditis, pericarditis and the strokes that are coming in. If they don’t toe the line, they could lose their medical license.”

He has witnessed a surge in numbers of young people experiencing severe health problems after receiving Covid shots. “We’ve been having a lot of younger people come in,” Sam says. “We’re seeing a lot of strokes, a lot of heart attacks.”

Dana, another ICU nurse, says the number of sick, critically ill people in her Ventura County hospital has become “overwhelming,” pushing her facility’s patient census to the highest levels she has ever seen.

“It has never been this busy, and none of it is Covid-19,” Dana says. “We don’t normally see this amount of strokes, aneurysms and heart attacks all happening at once. … Normally we’ll see six to ten aortic dissections a year. We’ve seen six in the last month. It’s crazy. Those have very high rates of mortality.”

As for the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), it may as well not exist in his hospital, “There’s no protocol [for reporting to VAERS]. Nobody ever talks about that,” Sam says.

The FDA Wants to Hide Pre-Licensure Data Until You’re Dead and Now the CDC Wants to Hide the Post-Licensure Safety Data | Aaron Siri Substack

You must take this product. You cannot sue if injured. You can maybe see the clinical trial safety data in 75+ years. And the deidentified post-licensure safety data – no, you cannot see that either.

Aaron Siri’s legal team has submitted a request to the CDC, on behalf of ICAN, for the deidentified post-licensure safety data for the Covid-19 vaccines in the CDC’s v-safe system.  Even though this data is available in deidentified form (meaning, it includes no personal health information), the CDC refused to produce this data claiming it is not deidentified. 

What is the v-safe system you may ask?  Since rolling out the Covid-19 vaccines, the FDA and CDC have stated that their primary safety monitoring system, VAERS, is unreliable.  The CDC therefore deployed a new safety monitoring system for COVID-19 vaccines called “v-safe.”  V-safe is a smartphone app that allows vaccine recipients to “tell CDC about any side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.”  The purpose of the app “is to rapidly characterize the safety profile of COVID-19 vaccines when given outside a clinical trial setting.” 

But yet, after we submitted a FOIA request to the CDC, on behalf of ICAN, to produce the deidentified v-safe data, the CDC acknowledged that “v-safe data contains approximately 119 million medical entries” but refused to produce that data by claiming that the “information in the app is not de-identified.”  The CDC had apparently not read its own documentation regarding v-safe.

If you find what you are reading difficult to believe, that is because it is dystopian for the government to give pharmaceutical companies billions, mandate Americans to take their products, prohibit Americans from suing for harms, yet refuse to let Americans see the pre- and post-licensure safety data for these products.

Federal Court Grants Injunction for Navy SEALs Challenging DoD Vaccine Mandate | First Liberty Institiute

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas today issued a preliminary injunction, blocking the Department of Defense from punishing military service members who have religious objections to the vaccine mandate.  

First Liberty Institute filed a federal lawsuit and motion for preliminary injunction on behalf of dozens of U.S. Navy SEALs and other Naval Special Warfare personnel against the Biden Administration and the Department of Defense for their refusal to grant religious accommodations to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

In his order, Judge Reed O’Connor said, “The Navy servicemembers in this case seek to vindicate the very freedoms they have sacrificed so much to protect. The COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment. There is no military exclusion from our Constitution.”

Three-Pronged Plan to Take Back California | Breitbart

Former Acting Director of United States National Intelligence Richard (Ric) Grenell returned to his home in California following his time in the Trump administration with a mission: to help build up the state’s floundering conservative movement.

During an interview on Saturday, Grenell told Breitbart News how his organization, Fix California, is currently enacting a three-pronged plan to take back the state from authoritarian leftists and to give long-quiet conservatives a voice in the Golden State.

The plan involves tackling three pillars: election integrity, conservative engagement, and education:

• Election Integrity. Fix California is presently suing every single county in California demanding election officials “clean up their voter rolls.”

Grenell said so far, hundreds of thousands of invalid names have been removed from voter rolls following president of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton’s lawsuit and Fix California’s subsequent lawsuits.

• Conservative Engagement. According to Grenell, Fix California has found 1.4 million conservatives in California who are not registered to vote. The organization has also found millions of gun owners in California “who are afraid to register to vote, and they shouldn’t be.”

• Education. Grenell said the third pillar will “upend the way we fund education.” Fix California is aiming to put an option for school choice on the ballot in California in November 2022 that will require the state-allotted $13,000 per student per year to follow the student, allowing families to pick their child’s school.

“The lesson of Virginia for me is not that a politician did something — it’s that a politician got out of the way and said to the parents, ‘You’re in charge, you’re in charge of your kid’s education,’” Grenell said.

Georgia Opens Investigation Into Possible Illegal Ballot Harvesting in 2020 Election | Just the News

Secretary of State Raffensperger says subpoenas could be forthcoming.
Georgia authorities have launched an investigation into an allegation of systematic ballot harvesting during the state's 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoff and may soon issue subpoenas to secure evidence, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed to Just the News.

According to interviews and documents reviewed by Just the News, Raffensperger's office received a detailed complaint from conservative voter integrity group True the Vote on Nov. 30 saying it had assembled evidence that scores of activists worked with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots, often during wee-hour operations, to temporary voting drop boxes distributed around the state during the pandemic.

The group informed the secretary its evidence included video footage from surveillance cameras placed by counties outside the drop boxes as well as geolocation data for the cell phones of more than 200 activists seen on the tapes purportedly showing the dates and times of ballot drop-offs, according to documents reviewed by Just the News. 

The group also said it interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan. 5, 2021 runoff for Georgia's two U.S. Senate seats, which were both captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress.

Raffensperger confirmed in an interview aired Tuesday on the John Solomon Reports podcast that his office has deemed the allegations credible enough to open an investigation and possibly seek subpoenas from the State Election Board to secure evidence.

“We do have some information,”  Raffensperger said. "And we are going to investigate that. We did deploy drop boxes that were under 24/7 surveillance, and because they were then that really, you know, can indicate who dropped that information off, and we're really just going through that."

The Georgia Ballot Harvesting Investigation Is Just the Tip of the Fraud Iceberg | JF Radio

John Solomon joined John Fredericks today to discuss the newly launched ballot tracking investigation by Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger.

Although Raffensperger is widely despised by the election integrity focused America First grassroots, he has a history of taking a stand against ballot harvesting. For example, he successfully defended Georgia against a Mark Elias lawsuit that tried to overturn the state’s ban on ballot harvesting.

“I think he’s a man who’s always been against harvesting,” Solomon said. Although he failed to look at the drop box surveillance video that he fought to have installed, “when provided evidence by True the Vote that there was video footage, cell phone records, and admission by a participant of harvesting, he is now directly engaged.”

True the Vote’s evidence suggests there could be 50K+ illegally harvested drop box ballots in Georgia. Solomon continued:

“I think — if Raffensperger corroborates this [True the Vote] information, which I think he will based on my ability to see these video tapes and interview people — they’ll be prosecutions. And then the question is: How widespread was this? Was it just a few people or was it 10K, 20K, 30K votes like the allegations from True the Vote seem to suggest; 5K trips at 10 ballots a piece equals 50K ballots delivered illegally. That could have changed the outcome of the election.”

Here’s where it gets even more interesting:

“Then the bigger question is: Did tax exempt groups violate federal tax laws,” as the True the Vote whistleblower alleges, Solomon asked. “And did this happen in other states? I’m being told tonight that there’s evidence of this in Wisconsin that’s beginning to emerge, in Arizona…, and in Pennsylvania.”

Solomon also revealed that Arizona AG Mark Brnovich “has prosecuted at least a half dozen people for… illegal ballot harvesting — they’re facing felonies… There are allegations in the court record that Arizona is now looking at a much larger orchestrated effort, much like what True the Vote described in Georgia.”
