Before we launch into Dr. Frank's findings, we would like to be clear; At this stage of the election analysis, the evidence of irregularities is so obvious that anyone refusing to admit it, is either willfully blind or complicit.

We started taking a closer look at voter rolls and voter history files, and what we discovered can only best be described as a "monumental mess". 🤯
# Let's spell it out
Back to Dr. Frank's post.
>> Official election numbers, in some states, do not match the numbers found in the voter rolls. (In the order of 100,000s of votes) <<
>> Voter roll numbers fluctuate **massively** before and after each presidential election <<
How is this possible? 🤔
Finally, what is not immediately obvious from Dr. Frank's graph is that the dots represent the "state" numbers. When you look at the individual county numbers for each state, you discover that some counties (often the largest ones. Coincidence?) are much, much worse! 😱
# But it gets worse...
From our own **preliminary** findings:
- Votes are recorded in the voter history files but have no matching registrants in the voter rolls (10,000s of thousands)
- There is no consistency in how registrants are removed from voter rolls. In some cases their status is changed to "REMOVED", in others, their records are completely wiped out.
- Registrants with a "REMOVED" status are still able to vote. Their vote is recorded in the history file. (And yes, these registrants are in the voter roll snapshots that are captured immediately after the election.)
- When comparing records between voter roll snapshots, we have found new registrants who have registration dates that are older than the date they first appeared on the voter rolls, by decades...
- The unique registrant identifier is not unique i.e. new registrants are given recycled identifiers from the past (!)
In other words ... a "monumental mess" 😔
📣 We must demand (and verify) that exacting standards and procedures are put in place to properly maintain voter files across ***ALL*** states. This is non-negotiable. 📣
Voter rolls and voter history snapshots MUST perfectly reconcile after each election.
⚠️ >>> This is basic accounting 101 <<<
If they don't reconcile, the election results can not, and must not, be certified.
Because these preliminary findings are troubling we will quadruple check our work.

Two University of Michigan students participating in DEFCON 2019 wrote a scanner driver for all 6 major voting systems vendors that can switch a ballot mark in 30 milliseconds. They demonstrated that they could change the outcome of an election by altering 34% of ballot marks without detection. From what they could tell, none of the voting systems employ even minimum image manipulation detection safeguards.

To prevent your vote from being lifted and switched, Kart Kandula, one of the University of Michigan students who presented at DEFCON 2019, recommends requesting a paper ballot and marking your vote like the example above, drawing outside of the circle and writing over part of the candidate’s name. However, some argue that this technique could increase the likelihood of the ballot being flagged for adjudication, potentially trading one risk for another.

Federal Judge Questioning Jurisdiction in Dershowitz Racketeering Class Action Against Dominion | Team Tucker Carlson
A federal judge is questioning whether he has jurisdiction to hear a sprawling lawsuit against Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems that accuses the election technology company of organized crime and intimidating its critics.
The named plaintiffs to the class action lawsuit, all of whom are in Michigan, allege Dominion has violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act — typically used to prosecute gangs, cartels and the Mafia — by sending cease and desist letters to those who defamed the company.
On Monday, U.S. District Court Chief Judge Philip A. Brimmer issued an order for the plaintiffs to explain why he should not dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction. His concern fell on narrow, technical grounds: The plaintiffs had not established that their fixed residence, or domicile, was different from that of Dominion’s.
Brimmer gave the plaintiffs until Dec. 6 to answer the domicile question before the case could proceed any further.
The lawsuit takes aim at approximately 150 letters Dominion has sent to individuals asking that they stop defaming the company and requesting that they preserve certain types of materials, including communications with the campaign of former President Donald Trump and lawyers associated with him who have promoted unfounded claims of election fraud.
The recipients of the letters are “dozens of average Americans — not public figures — who volunteered as poll watchers and challengers and signed sworn statements about election irregularities they personally witnessed,” the lawsuit explained, labeling Dominion as a government actor by nature of its involvement in providing election equipment to states. The plaintiffs used that theory to accuse Dominion of First Amendment violations.
The lawsuit was filed by Denver attorney Robert A. McGuire, III. The legal team includes Alan Dershowitz.

Republicans are seeing improved prospects in eight states’ gubernatorial contests next year, according to the Cook Political Report.
The nonpartisan outlet, which analyzes elections and is often used as a resource among campaigns, updated its ratings for 11 gubernatorial races this week and moved eight in a favorable direction for Republicans, while shifting three toward Democrats.
The eight states include the Great Lakes battlegrounds of Wisconsin and Michigan, currently led by Democrat Govs. Tony Evers and Gretchen Whitmer, respectively, along with South Carolina, Iowa, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Maine.
On the blue side of the the ledger, New York is doubling down on what hasn’t worked and Massachusetts is now leaning Dem. The biggest disappointment is Georgia shifting from Republican to toss-up as consent decree Abrams announces her run for Governor there.
