1) Model freedom from groupthink

When enough parallel structures are created a second culture or parallel society spontaneously forms and functions as an enclave of freedom and sanity within a totalitarian world.

But above all else what is required to prevent a full descent into the madness of totalitarianism is action by as many people as possible. An active and concerted effort must be made to move the world back in the direction of freedom.

Demorats Flee Sinking Ship: 18 Will Abandon the House — More than Triple Needed to Win Back GOP Majority | Breitbart

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s ambitions of keeping the Democrat majority in the House of Representatives past the midterm elections next year are dwindling as droves of vulnerable Democrats have announced they are leaving their current seats to either retire or seek a different office instead of fighting in a brutal reelection.

Republicans only need to net five seats to pick up the House majority after the midterms. So far, more than triple the amount of Democrats (18 total) have decided to officially call it quits on the House, leaving their seats open for a fight.

Vulnerable Democrats will be facing tough reelection battles across the country, having to campaign in redrawn districts with a track record of siding with historically unpopular resident Joe Biden whose approval numbers are in freefall.

“Nobody wants to run as a House Democrat this cycle because all Democrats’ majority has given the American people is higher prices, skyrocketing crime, and open borders,” says Mike Berg, spokesman for the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Financial officers sent letter to banks last week pledging to take their money elsewhere if the financial institutions embrace corporate wokeism and prohibit financing to the fossil fuel industry.

This is a collective economic boycott.

The overarching objective of our actions will be to protect our states’ economies, jobs, and energy independence from these unwarranted attacks on our critical industries.

President Joe Biden has been aggressive in quickly curtailing oil and gas development as promised on the campaign trail.

Beyond the illegal suspension of new leases on federal land, the prohibition of new drilling sites on major untapped reserves, and higher fees in the pipeline for new energy exploration permits, however, it’s the administration’s pressure on Wall Street to refuse investment in the capital-intense industry that’s dealt the biggest blow to producers, spiking prices at the pump in the process.

Evidence That Humor Is Working: Twitter Implements New Rule So It Can Selectively Ban Memes, Mockery of Democrats | The Federalist

Twitter announced a new set of rules on Tuesday that effectively bans the dissemination of memes and the mockery of public figures.

The changes come one day after Twitter co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey resigned to usher in a new era under free-speech foe and new CEO Parag Agrawal, who, while he served as Twitter’s chief technology officer, expressed disdain for the First Amendment.

Under the new Twitter policy, photos of public figures will be subject to removal at Twitter’s discretion “if the purpose is to harass, intimidate, or use fear to silence them.”

For the woke, glass-house sheep and their oligarch shepherds, anything mocking the approved narrative can be recategorized as intimidation or harassment. This is important because ridicule is a key weapon against tyranny and Twitter’s new censorship policy is a sign that our meme humor campaigns are working.

Local Elections Matter: California Town Declares Itself a ‘Constitutional Republic,’ Won’t Follow Tyrannical Mandates | Breitbart

The mayor of Oroville, California has found a revolutionary way to protest Gov. Gavin Newsom’s vaccine mandate for school children.

Mayor Scott Thomson led the charge, and “Oroville declared itself a constitutional republic,” the Los Angeles Times reported on Monday.

“Any executive orders issued by the State of California or by the United States federal government that are overreaching or clearly violate our constitutionally protected rights will not be enforced by the City of Oroville against its citizens,” according to the declaration, which the City Council passed this month.

The report noted that Oroville, which has a population of about 20,000, is one of a “growing number” of California communities “to label itself a sanctuary city” from “some liberal ideal,” and specifically pointed to the desert town of Needles, which became a “sanctuary city” for the Second Amendment “in a rebuke of California’s strict gun control laws.”

“And in defiance of pandemic shutdown orders, the Central Valley towns of Atwater and Coalinga last year declared themselves, respectively, a ‘sanctuary city for business’ and a town where all businesses are essential — with both losing emergency COVID-19 funding in the process,” according to the report. “Designed to benefit from the buzz of California’s ‘sanctuary’ designations used in the context of protecting undocumented immigrants, the labels reflect tensions between rural towns and the Newsom administration — and the left in general.”

These local elected heroes are providing sanity life rafts in deep blue Dem California, what Vaclav Havel calls tyranny-fighting ‘parallel structures’ or freedom enclaves. And they are a reminder that local elections matter.

Biden’s CMS Healthcare Worker Vax Mandate Blocked in All 50 States + First Blow Delivered to Federal Contractor ‘Jab or Job’ Coercion | Reuters

The Biden regime was blocked on Tuesday from enforcing two mandates requiring millions of American healthcare workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty in Monroe, Louisiana, temporarily blocked the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) from enforcing its vaccine mandate for healthcare workers until the court can resolve legal challenges.

Doughty's ruling applied nationwide, except in 10 states where the CMS was already prevented from enforcing the rule due to a prior order from a federal judge in St. Louis.

"There is no question that mandating a vaccine to 10.3 million healthcare workers is something that should be done by Congress, not a government agency," wrote Doughty.

Separately, U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove in Frankfort, Kentucky, blocked the administration from enforcing a regulation that new government contracts must include clauses requiring that contractors' employees get vaccinated.

The contractor ruling applied in the three states that had filed the lawsuit, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee, one of at least 13 legal challenges nationwide against the regulation. It appears to be the first ruling against the contractor vaccine mandate.

Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’ | CHD

A federal district court judge has rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, which in August was fully licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

In an order issued Nov. 12 in Doe et al. v. Austin, U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida denied a preliminary injunction requested by 16 service members against the U.S. Military’s COVID vaccine mandate. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14, 2022.

However, the judge’s acknowledgment that “the DOD cannot mandate vaccines that only have an EUA” is significant for two reasons:

1) Under law, everyone has the ‘right to refuse’ EUA products

There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

Τhe Nuremberg Code, as well as federal law, provide that no human being can be forced to participate in a medical experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject.

2) Fully licensed products have fewer liability protections and an EUA product can’t be used once the FDA-approved product becomes available

Another key difference between fully licensed and EUA vaccines is that, under the 2005 Public Readiness and Preparedness Act (PREP Act), EUA vaccines are accompanied by a far-reaching liability shield that protects all parties involved with the product from lawsuits.

When the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention includes a fully licensed vaccine on its recommended vaccination schedule, the vaccines similarly enjoy generous liability protections, but those protections are not as complete as under the PREP Act.

In this case, an EUA is considered illegal and invalid if there is a fully licensed alternative available. This appears to be the case with Pfizer’s licensed Comirnaty while its EUA Pfizer-BioNTech is still on the market.
As stated by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) in its lawsuit against the FDA and Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting commissioner:

“The black letter law is clear. There can be no biologic license approved to a medical product for diagnosing, preventing or treating COVID-19 if there is also still an Emergency Use Authorization for the same medical product serving the same purpose.”

As Adam Carter @TheWashingtonPundit succinctly summarizes, “A court just ruled the FDA bait & switch is not legal. They ‘approved’ the Pfizer vaccine and simultaneously extended the EUA on the existing vaccine… hoping no one would read the fine print and pick up on the scam…. A court just said, ‘Think again.’”

City of Madison Tries to Subvert GOP Poll-Worker Participation with Last Minute Vax Requirement and It Fails: Nearly 700% Increase in Republican Signups

Just two weeks before the deadline for the Republican Party to submit its list of Dane County election poll watchers, the City of Madison announced that election workers must be ‘vaccinated’ against Covid. Despite the underhanded 11th-hour edict, the final count for Republicans was 318, a nearly 7x improvement over the 41 GOP poll watchers in the last election, according to a report today by TGP.

For 40 years, the GOP was excluded from poll-watching activities because of a radical judge’s court order. Although the ruling expired in 2018, only a third of Republican poll-watching positions were filled during the 2020 election. The Virginia election earlier this month was the first time in decades that Republicans had nearly 100% of poll-watcher slots filled.

Mark Elias Loses Again: Wisconsin Supreme Court Hands Win to GOP in Redistricting Lawsuit - Republicans Favored to Pick Up One House Seat

On Tuesday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court sided with Republicans in a congressional redistricting case. Conservative elections blog RRH Elections expects WI Republicans to pick up an extra House seat in congressional district 3 (currently held by Dem Ron Kind) as a result of the changes, increasing the GOP majority from 5/3 to 6/2.

Dem Attorney General Josh Kaul sniveled about the court’s decision, saying it is a “major blow to our freedom. It almost certainly ends all hope for anything remotely resembling fair maps in Wisconsin for at least the next decade — and quite possibly much longer.”

‘Fair’ Elections Project Director Sachin Chheda also complained about the decision, saying the majority of the court “has once again demonstrated its loyalty is to the Republican Party, not the laws of Wisconsin.”

Groups like the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign call the maps gerrymandered and heavily skewed in favor of Republicans.

“The tricks they used in 2011. They’re using again in here in 2021 and one of those tricks is to split up as many cities as possible where democratic votes are congregated. Then splintering those democratic voters into more conservative Republican rural areas. 48 cities they split up in these new maps,” said Executive Director Matt Rothschild.

Louisiana Judge Recognizes Natural Immunity in Yesterday’s CMS Vax Mandate Ruling

@electionwizard pulled out this gem from Judge Terry Doughty’s CMS vax mandate strike-down yesterday:

"The rejection of natural immunity as an alternative is puzzling," the judge wrote. He asks, "If boosters are needed six months after being ‘fully vaccinated,’ then how good are the COVID-19 vaccines, and why is it necessary to mandate them?”

“…millions of people have already been infected, developing some form of natural immunity, and when people who have been fully vaccinated still become infected, mandatory vaccines as the only method of prevention make no sense," the judge later writes.

@KanekoaTheGreat points out that the judge cites censored scientific leaders Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and Dr. Peter McCullough in his decision:

"These studies overwhelmingly conclude that natural immunity provides equivalent or greater protection against severe infection than immunity generated by COVID-19 vaccines"
