Two days after voters cast their ballots, Sweeney said the race still isn't over and he's not conceding. That's despite the Associated Press calling the race for Durr and indicating that every precinct in the legislative district has already finished reporting.

Sounds like Sweeney missed the 3AM dead voter demographic and is now trying for the Hail Mary 48-hour ballot dump 😂

Voter Roll Cleanup: Lawsuit Filed Against Michigan for More Than 25K Suspected Dead Registered Voters Still on Rolls | Just the News

The Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against the Michigan Secretary of State alleging there are "25,975 potentially deceased registrants" on state voter rolls.

The Foundation says it has identified registered voters – those who were listed as "active" and "inactive" – on the rolls who are in fact dead, according to the Social Security Death Index.

There were a total of 24,645 active registrants and 1,330 inactive registrants found on the voter rolls as of August 5 who are potentially deceased. A total of 334 potentially dead registrants were registered after their death dates.

The lawsuit also argues the state should allow records to be inspected that are related to implementing programs to ensure the accuracy of the rolls, in addition to creating and implementing "a reasonable and effective list maintenance program to cure the violations."

Opinion: In Italy, COVID Less Deadly Than the Flu When Comorbities Are Factored in | ZeroHedge

Citing a study from the Italian Higher Institute of Health (ISS), Italian newspaper Il Tempo estimates that the country’s official COVID death toll number would be reduced by 97 percent if the definition of a fatality was changed to someone who died from COVID rather than with COVID.

Of the 130,468 deaths registered as official COVID deaths since the start of the pandemic, only an estimated 3,783 are directly attributable to the virus alone, according to Il Tiempo’s calculation. If accurate, “the virus that brought the world to its knees would have killed far less than a common flu,” Il Tiempo writes.

“All the other Italians who lost their lives had from between one and five pre-existing diseases. Of those aged over 67 who died, 7% had more than three co-morbidities, and 18% at least two,” summarizes Daily Sceptic’s Toby Young.

It’s important to note that these extrapolations are contrary to the ISS study itself and to the ISS’ detailed guidance (in Italian) on how to classify COVID deaths, Young points out. The rules for COVID death classification were changed in 2020 by the WHO and CDC, resulting in significantly inflated fatality numbers.

The so-called ‘bipartisan’ $1.2T ‘infrastructure’ bill only allocates $110B to infrastructure, according to the Republican Study Group who lobbied GOP Reps. to vote No. Breitbart reports, the bill “advances leftist priorities” in the following areas:

• Defines “gender identity” as a protected class;

• Doles out “digital equity” grants partly based on racial or ethnic minority status;

• Includes a State-mandated carbon reduction program;

• Contains funding for “zero-emission vehicles,” favoring blue cities;

• Addresses “over-the-road bus tolling equity;”

• Contains the word “equity” 64 times;

• Provides roughly $2.5 billion to help the U.S. government expand the border processing stations used by migrants from Central American nations and other regions around the world;

• Funds “87,000 new IRS agents to spy on your bank account.”

-Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals immediately slaps a nationwide injunction on OSHA mandate (I said this would happen).

-Per 5th: “Grave statutory and constitutional issues" raised by this mandate, therefore plaintiffs (YOU) granted "relief".

-Doesn't look good for Biden Admin for an immediate stay to be instituted by an appeals court. Suggests the judges really hate this mandate.

-Now, Biden can appeal to an en banc 5th review, but that would likely face a group of Trump Judges.

-Alternately, Biden could appeal to SCOTUS. However...

-The Fifth Circuit Justice is Sam Alito. So, good luck with that.

-For now, the OSHA regs are NOT enforceable.

-Moreover, given the language from the 5th Circuit, the federal judiciary is likely going to be hostile to the mandate on its merits.

‼️VoterGA Call to Action: Help Rescue a Fraud-Fighting Georgia State Rep. From Retaliatory Redistricting

As you may know, VoterGA filed a non-partisan lawsuit to ban the Dominion voting system in Georgia because the U.S. District Court has found that it is illegal under Georgia law. The way in which it accumulates votes hidden in QR codes is totally unverifiable to the voter. Georgia law requires an elector verifiable ballot with human readable text. You may remember that Rep. Philip Singleton of House District in Coweta County 73 joined us in the lawsuit.

As retribution for that, House Speaker David Ralston is attempting to redistrict Rep. Singleton out of his seat. The new restricting moves the Republican from District 73 that has an 80-20% Republican majority to District 67 that has a 70 -30% Democrat majority. That is being accomplished by abnormally extending the Fulton Co. district south into a large chunk of Coweta Co. where Singleton and his family live (see Red “X”).

The chairman of the redistricting effort is Bonnie Rich. She has the power to correct this injustice that goes against the will of the people. We are asking that you contact her and insist that the lines be redrawn more fairly.

As we reported last week, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling is bypassing the do-nothing Dem AG and recommending felony charges against the Wisconsin Elections Commission to the local (Republican) District Attorney.

AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted: “This is how it is done! Canvass your precinct. Turn over the affidavits & evidence to your local sheriff. Sheriff investigates using tools at his disposal. Refers the elected officials over to be prosecuted for fraud & election tampering. This is the way!”

County-level prosecution works when we have constitutional sheriffs and America First DA’s. The Racine County example underscores the hold-the-line importance of our often overlooked local elections. In Maricopa County, for example, the sheriff is Soros-installed.

Another Example of the Importance of Local: New Complaint Filed Against Green Bay Mayor Over Handling of November 2020 Election Will Be Decided by City Council | Fox 11

A new complaint, with familiar election-related allegations, has been filed against Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich.

Green Bay resident Kimber Rollin files a complaint against the city's mayor, Eric Genrich, Nov. 4, 2021, alleging Genrich mishandled the Nov. 3, 2020 election by allowing a non-Green Bay resident to operations at the city's Central Count. (WLUK video)

Rollin points out the city used grant money from the Center for Tech and Civil Life to help carry out the November election. The complaint alleges, as part of that grant, Genrich allowed non-resident Michael Spitzer Rubenstein to run Central Count and argues that allowing a non-resident to run Central Count is a violation of Wisconsin State Statutes.

If the city clerk determines the complaint is complete, it will be forwarded to the city's Ethics Board (which is appointed by the Mayor and approved by the city council) to have a hearing within 45 days. The board then submits a report to the city council, including a recommendation for action. Any action taken by the council requires a three quarters vote. Half of the council has already expressed confidence in the city's handling of the election through a resolution in May.
