VoterGA Pushes for Multi-County Audit of 2020 Election, Will Release Evidence That GA Counties Destroyed Election Records | Georgia Record

In a letter to supporters, VoterGA wrote:

“For the next two weeks, many groups including VoterGA, we will be focused on getting the governor and legislature to conduct a multi-county election audit of the November 2020 results to make the changes needed in time for the 2022 elections. The events start Wednesday with rallies at the State Capitol for an audit to be included in the special session as it begins.”

VoterGA also issued a press release to announce the release of information showing GA counties destroyed election records after November 2020 in violation of federal law. The press conference will be held on Tuesday, November 9th at 10AM ET.

A leaked RNC memo obtained by Breitbart News shows that the party is deploying 20 more lawyers to defend election integrity in NJ as counting stretches into days and an official winner has not been determined between Democrat incumbent Gov. Phil Murphy and GOP challenger Jack Ciattarelli.

“Leading up to the election, the RNC, working with the state party, had lawyers covering every county in New Jersey to ensure legal transparency ahead of election day. This coverage will continue in the coming days,” the RNC memo says, adding that “The RNC is preparing to launch any necessary litigation to ensure the integrity of the election process.”

Racine County Sheriff Bypasses Dem AG, Recommends Felony Charges Against the WEC to Local District Attorney

Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release Wednesday that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican:

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review.” The recommended charges include 2 felony counts and 3 misdemeanors.

NJ Election Chaos: 56 Voting Machines Shut Down Overnight Without Votes Being Counted, Will Have to Be Brought to Warehouse | Western Journal

Fifty-six districts in Essex County, New Jersey, have not posted election results after a problem with voting machines that led to them being shut down until a judge intervenes.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with Essex County Clerk Christopher Durkin regarding the details of the mysterious voting shutdown.

“Those machines have to be brought back to the warehouse. A judge will issue an order for us to open those machines, retrieve the results and post those results.”

“We need to compile a list of the results that are missing then need to schedule a hearing in front of a judge and then the judge issued the order and then we’re able to go and retrieve those results,” Durkin explained.

Five additional voting districts in Paterson, New Jersey, were also impacted, according to the report

“This explains why New Jersey's vote count has been stuck at 89% for 24 hours.”

OSHA Declares 1/4 Deadline for Illegal Jab Mandate

OSHA plans to send out agents to check that workplaces are in compliance with the rule. For willful violations, a company can be fined up to $136,532. The standard penalty is $13,653 for a single violation.

Large employers with 100+ workers must mandate vaccinations and/or weekly testing and masks for those who refuse the vaccine.

OSHA will consider expanding the vaccine mandate to smaller businesses with fewer than 100 employees during a 30-day comment period, according to the U.S. Labor Department.

Tracy Beanz notes, “This HAS NOT been adopted as final, even though they tell you it has.”

The final rules are expected to be adopted tomorrow.

ICYMI: AGs From 24 States Lay Groundwork for Vax Mandate Lawsuit

Twenty-four state attorney generals threatened to sue the Biden administration over the federal vaccine mandate after it was announced in mid-September. These state AGs delivered a letter to the Biden administration that is worth reading in full.

“We, the Attorneys General of 24 states, write in opposition to your attempt to mandate the vaccination of private citizens,” the AGs’ letter reads. “On September 9, you announced that you would be ordering the Department of Labor to issue an emergency temporary standard, under the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act , which would mandate that private sector employers require most of their employees to either get a COVID-19 shot, submit to weekly testing, or be fired. Your plan is disastrous and counterproductive. From a policy perspective, this edict is unlikely to win hearts and minds-it will simply drive further skepticism. And at least some Americans will simply leave the job market instead of complying.”

“Your edict is also illegal,” the letter adds. “You propose to enforce your mandate through the rarely used emergency temporary standard provision in the OSH Act. According to the Congressional Research Service, the Department has attempted to adopt an emergency temporary standard only one other time since 1983 (and that one exception came in June of this year and is being challenged). An emergency temporary standard does not have to go through notice and comment and can be made effective immediately upon publication. Because of this lack of process and oversight, courts have viewed these standards with suspicion.
Between 1971 and 1983, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued nine emergency temporary standards. Of those, six were challenged. The courts fully vacated or stayed the standards in four cases, partially stayed the standards in another, and upheld only one of the six.”

“Courts are skeptical because the law demands it,” the letter continues. “To justify an emergency temporary standard, OSHA must determine that ’employees are exposed to grave danger from exposure to substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or from new hazards …. ‘ and it must conclude that ‘such emergency standard is necessary to protect employees from such danger.’ Each of the italicized phrases defeats your attempt to rely on this statute.

First, while ‘grave danger’ is left undefined, your own statements during the announcement that those who are vaccinated have little chance of hospitalization or death undercut any assertion that there is ‘grave danger.’ Moreover, many Americans who have recovered from COVID-19 have obtained a level of natural immunity, and the statistics are clear that young people without co-morbidities have a low risk of hospitalization from COVID-19. You thus cannot plausibly meet the high burden of showing that employees in general are in grave danger.”

“What is more, the COVID-19 virus is not the sort of ‘substance,’ ‘agent,’ or ‘hazard’ to which the statute refers,” the attorney generals point out. “OSHA, as its full name suggests, exists to ensure occupational safety. In other words, it deals with work-related hazards, not all hazards one might encounter anywhere in the world…”

In a strongly worded press release issued today, The Daily Wire stated:

“As the motion for stay filed with the 6th Circuit will argue, the federal government has no power under the Constitution to force half the U.S. private sector workforce — 80 million workers or more — to be vaccinated against their will or endure repeated medical testing as a condition of simply earning a living. Nor is OSHA empowered to compel employers to enforce this government diktat or face punishing fines. Yet the OSHA mandate would do just that. Even if it had such power, Congress did not delegate it to OSHA, which is overtly trying to ram this unconstitutional, extra-statutory, and unprecedented mandate into immediate effect through emergency rulemaking to avoid public comment in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Forced to invade employees’ medical choices or histories and their religious beliefs in connection with a condition of employment, The Daily Wire risks being trapped between its obligations under the mandate and the prohibitions against discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as the burdens of laws regulating the possession of private information. The mandate is unconstitutional because the Constitution does not grant Congress — much less OSHA — the general police powers needed to mandate vaccination and virus testing as a condition of private employment, or to deputize employers to enforce that mandate on its behalf.”

Rep. Mo Brooks Introducing One-Sentence Measure to Block Federal Vaccine Mandate | Breitbart

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) is introducing a measure on Thursday to stop President Joe Biden’s coercive coronavirus vaccine mandate.

Brooks’s legislation, the Defund Federal Vaccine Mandates Act, is a one-sentence bill, which simply states that “no Federal funds may be used to establish, implement, or enforce any vaccine mandate.”

“The government should not try to intimidate, coerce, or force anyone into receiving the vaccine,” the Alabama Republican said in a statement, noting that “hesitancy is understandable” due to the “rapid speed at which these vaccines were developed and distributed, and the growing list of side effects.”

“Furthermore, it is none of the government’s business who has or has not been vaccinated. The Socialist Democrats’ pipe dream of discriminating based on vaccination status is wholly un-American,” he said, adding that it is time for the American people to know who is willing to defend the Constitution and individual liberty.

“Congress needs to be put on record on where they stand on this issue. I refuse to idly sit by as people lose their jobs and America becomes a scene straight out of 1984,” he added.

Twenty-Seven States File Lawsuits Over the Brandon Regime’s Unconstitutional Vaccine Coercion | The Federalist

Twenty-seven states are fighting the resident’s illegal jab and testing mandates.

Attorney Generals in Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming signed on to one lawsuit, which was filed in a federal district court in Missouri.

A separate group of states including Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia filed a lawsuit in federal district court in Georgia.

Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas have also announced anti-mandate lawsuits along with the Job Creators Network, The Daily Wire, and the RNC.

Voter Roll Cleanup: Lawsuit Filed Against Michigan for More Than 25K Suspected Dead Registered Voters Still on Rolls | Just the News

The Public Interest Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against the Michigan Secretary of State alleging there are "25,975 potentially deceased registrants" on state voter rolls.

The Foundation says it has identified registered voters – those who were listed as "active" and "inactive" – on the rolls who are in fact dead, according to the Social Security Death Index.

There were a total of 24,645 active registrants and 1,330 inactive registrants found on the voter rolls as of August 5 who are potentially deceased. A total of 334 potentially dead registrants were registered after their death dates.

The lawsuit also argues the state should allow records to be inspected that are related to implementing programs to ensure the accuracy of the rolls, in addition to creating and implementing "a reasonable and effective list maintenance program to cure the violations."
