Not only did the Republicans in Virginia win the governor’s race, the AG race, and the lieutenant governor’s race, but they also wrestled away control of the Virginia House of Delegates, erasing the Democrats’ 55-45 majority.

In Tuesday’s close election that saw Republicans sweep all three statewide races, Republicans also won back at least six seats in the Commonwealth’s lower chamber, resulting in a one-person majority for Republicans, according to data from the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP).

On a long election night, with the call from VPAP coming just before 1:30 AM Eastern, Republicans far outperformed Democrats across the Commonwealth, including in deep blue Northern Virginia, the suburbs of Richmond, and Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.

DeSantis Unveils Plan for New Police Force to Pursue Election Crimes in Florida | RSBN

Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he intends to make ballot harvesting punishable by law as a 3rd degree felony rather than a simple misdemeanor which has been unsuccessful in deterring bad actors across the country.

In addition to harsher penalties on ballot harvesting, DeSantis also promised to “create a separate office at the state level,” that will be dedicated to prosecuting election crimes, according to WFLA. The crowd responded with a "Let's Go Brandon!" chat.

Addressing issues with drop boxes, DeSantis called for safeguards to ensure people cannot “stuff” them with ballots that came from who knows where.

Differentiating himself from other public officials who have called for election integrity without taking real action, DeSantis promised to actually “enforce” these measures through the new office that focuses on these matters alone.

Virginia Victory: The Power of Turnout Paired with Poll Watchers and a Plan

The Virginia victory offers a model for overpowering election fraud. Despite dirty voter rolls and a 45-day! election that began on 9/17, Republicans triumphed in a red wave. Unlike 2020:

1) The GOP actually made an effort to install fraud counter-measures including, an army of lawyers on the ground, dropbox surveillance, ballot and voter scrutiny, thousands of poll watchers, and a See-Something-Say-Something hotline:

2) For the first time in 40 years, GOP poll watcher slots were filled. A Dem judge had barred Republicans from Election Day poll watching participation for nearly half a century. Although the judge’s order expired in 2018, only 38% of poll watching positions were filled in 2020, compared with more than 90% in yesterday’s Virginia election:

A fraud-fighting system combined with massive turnout is a recipe for Dem defeat. Eric Newhuis explains how turnout helps combat the fraud:

A dawn vote dump flipped the Ciattarelli/ Murphy Governor’s race and highlights the importance of Virginia’s new fraud defense system, which was not installed in New Jersey.

Screenshots taken from NY Times election reporting confirm that Bergen County’s election support flipped from Republican Ciattarelli to Dem Murphy despite 100% of votes already reported. Prior to the 40K infusion, Bergen was 52/47 Ciattarelli.

Wow: A Voting Error Was Just Fixed in New Jersey and Jack Ciattarelli is Back Up in the Governor’s Race

“The early vote was double-counted in Hudson County,” National Political Correspondent for NBC News and MSNBC Steve Kornacki reported. “It has now been fixed, bringing Murphy’s total down by 10,732 and Ciattarelli’s by 2,842. Ciattarelli goes back up in the statewide tally:

Ciattarelli (R): 1,177,803 (49.6%)
Murphy (D) 1,177,108 (49.6%).”

Update: Mercer County in NJ has just released its long-awaited VBM, which Murphy carried by 15,013 votes — moving him ahead in the statewide tally:

Murphy 1,199,614
Ciattarelli 1,184,723

VoterGA Pushes for Multi-County Audit of 2020 Election, Will Release Evidence That GA Counties Destroyed Election Records | Georgia Record

In a letter to supporters, VoterGA wrote:

“For the next two weeks, many groups including VoterGA, we will be focused on getting the governor and legislature to conduct a multi-county election audit of the November 2020 results to make the changes needed in time for the 2022 elections. The events start Wednesday with rallies at the State Capitol for an audit to be included in the special session as it begins.”

VoterGA also issued a press release to announce the release of information showing GA counties destroyed election records after November 2020 in violation of federal law. The press conference will be held on Tuesday, November 9th at 10AM ET.

A leaked RNC memo obtained by Breitbart News shows that the party is deploying 20 more lawyers to defend election integrity in NJ as counting stretches into days and an official winner has not been determined between Democrat incumbent Gov. Phil Murphy and GOP challenger Jack Ciattarelli.

“Leading up to the election, the RNC, working with the state party, had lawyers covering every county in New Jersey to ensure legal transparency ahead of election day. This coverage will continue in the coming days,” the RNC memo says, adding that “The RNC is preparing to launch any necessary litigation to ensure the integrity of the election process.”

Racine County Sheriff Bypasses Dem AG, Recommends Felony Charges Against the WEC to Local District Attorney

Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release Wednesday that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican:

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review.” The recommended charges include 2 felony counts and 3 misdemeanors.

NJ Election Chaos: 56 Voting Machines Shut Down Overnight Without Votes Being Counted, Will Have to Be Brought to Warehouse | Western Journal

Fifty-six districts in Essex County, New Jersey, have not posted election results after a problem with voting machines that led to them being shut down until a judge intervenes.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with Essex County Clerk Christopher Durkin regarding the details of the mysterious voting shutdown.

“Those machines have to be brought back to the warehouse. A judge will issue an order for us to open those machines, retrieve the results and post those results.”

“We need to compile a list of the results that are missing then need to schedule a hearing in front of a judge and then the judge issued the order and then we’re able to go and retrieve those results,” Durkin explained.

Five additional voting districts in Paterson, New Jersey, were also impacted, according to the report

“This explains why New Jersey's vote count has been stuck at 89% for 24 hours.”

OSHA Declares 1/4 Deadline for Illegal Jab Mandate

OSHA plans to send out agents to check that workplaces are in compliance with the rule. For willful violations, a company can be fined up to $136,532. The standard penalty is $13,653 for a single violation.

Large employers with 100+ workers must mandate vaccinations and/or weekly testing and masks for those who refuse the vaccine.

OSHA will consider expanding the vaccine mandate to smaller businesses with fewer than 100 employees during a 30-day comment period, according to the U.S. Labor Department.

Tracy Beanz notes, “This HAS NOT been adopted as final, even though they tell you it has.”

The final rules are expected to be adopted tomorrow.
