• Virginia Indies: Youngkin 60%; McAuliffe 32%.

Victor Manuel Aguirre, a convicted felon, is charged with one count of False Registration and one count of Illegal Voting related to steps he allegedly took to register to vote and then cast a ballot in the 2020 General Election.
The charges against Aguirre are among several pursued in recent months by Brnovich’s election team. Most of the prosecutions have involved one or two low level felonies, although a San Luis woman is charged with four felonies in connection to an alleged conspiracy to collect several early ballots for the August 2020 Primary Election in Yuma County.
Liz Harris comments: “While it's great to see some voter fraud being prosecuted, this indictment falls short of naming all the individuals involved. Brnovich needs to step up and also go after the county officials that failed in their duties.

Two major alternative social media platforms focused on free speech and data portability, YouTube rival Rumble and content subscription service Locals, will combine forces Tuesday to provide online users a new way to interact and make money without fear of being canceled.
“Cancel culture is the obvious reason we’re starting this,” said Bongino, who helped broker the deal between the two platforms. “I thank the cancel culture folks because they're incentivizing this and the next generation of creators to bypass the middleman of Big Tech platforms and streaming services.”

Fulton County: Massive Last-Minute Order of Over 1M Ballots Discovered | UncoverDC
Fulton County ordered more than 1M absentee ballots in mid October 2020, a suspiciously high number given that the total number of ALL votes cast in the general election (including absentee, early and election day voting) was 528,777. Furthermore, one week before the ballot order, on October 8th, Fulton County Elections Director, Rick Barron, reported to the Fulton County Board of Elections that 183,915 ballots had already been mailed to Fulton County voters.
Fulton County, along with nearly every other county in Georgia, participated in a program through the Georgia Secretary of State’s office in which ballots were printed and mailed directly to the voter.
Moreover, with just 10 days until the November 3rd election, there was literally no way to sort, prepare, fold, stuff and mail out the ballots before the election. Especially considering there were no envelopes ordered. This fact alone removes any possibility that they intended to mail the ballots.
Gabe Sterling blames Covid and machine testing issues: “They got hit by COVID. They was concern they couldn’t do logic & accuracy testing of the equipment. As a plan C, they ordered enough emergency ballots in case they had to do handmarked at all polling locations. They didn’t. The ordered ballots were known & in view all@the time.”
However, Covid-related machine certification issues would have been a state wide problem. Yet no other Georgia counties ordered significant numbers of extra ballots. In fact, Cobb and Gwinnett both confirmed that they only ordered the legally required number of “Emergency Ballots” (10% of active, registered voters in their county) to have on-hand for election day.

The Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) was authorized by the Joint Legislative Audit Committee on February 11, 2021 to audit the 2020 election. The LAB review is one of several ongoing election integrity efforts in WI: Special Counsel Mike Gableman is pursing an investigation under the supervision of Speaker Robin Vos and Reps. Janel Brandtjen and Timothy Ramthun continue to fight for a full forensic audit of ballots and machines.
LAB released its report on Friday, after receiving limited cooperation from election officials:
• Only 2 of 6 Wisconsin Election Commissioners agreed to interview with the auditors;
• The City of Madison (2nd most populous in Wisconsin) and Milwaukee County (most populous) did not allow LAB to physically handle election records, including ballots and absentee ballot certificates, citing chain of custody concerns;
• More than half (52%) of state municipal clerks and 18% of county clerks did not respond to the auditors request for information.
Despite these barriers, the audit team made several disturbing discoveries. Overall, the findings reinforce Patrick Colbeck’s determination that election fraud originates with the Qualified Voter File. Dirty voter rolls lead to dirty elections.
WEC Ignored National Database That Identifies Illegal Voters
Among the most alarming revelations in the LAB investigation is the fact that the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) did not use the ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center) database to check for fraudulent voters. ERIC allows states to determine if residents are voting in multiple states, have died in other states, moved within the state, voted multiple times in the same election, or are eligible to vote but not registered.
It turns out the first time WEC ran an ERIC report on registered voters was in May 2021, after the auditors started poking around. The only ERIC report it ran in 2020 was for eligible voters who weren’t registered.
60K Questionable New Voter Registrations
In 2020, nearly 1M people registered to vote in WI. This is a shockingly high number given that just under 3.3M people voted in the 2020 WI election and there are only 3.68M registered voters in WI.
LAB found that 45,665 of these newly registered voters signed up with state IDs or driver’s licenses that did not match DMV records, a potential indication of fraud. The WEC did not even attempt to match IDs on another 13,800 registrations. In total, nearly 60K newly registered voters had no ID verification, which is a violation of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which requires voters to provide a driver’s license (or social security information) when they register.
50K New Indefinitely Confined Voters With No Photo ID
Another 48,554 indefinitely confined voters had no photo ID on file with their local clerk.
In a statement released Monday, Rep. Brandtjen slammed the WEC and said the faith in Wisconsin's electoral process has been "shattered."
“The Wisconsin Election Commission failed to properly manage voter registration, train clerks, or comply with security issues on electronic voting equipment," she said. "To make matters worse, 48,554 indefinitely confined individuals who had not previously voted with an ID or did not have a photo ID on file, voted on Election Day. The citizens of Wisconsin deserve fair, honest and transparent elections."

Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu on Monday announced that the State Senate is launching its own investigation into the 2020 election.
"The audit released on [Friday] paints a grim picture of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and their careless administration of election law in Wisconsin," LeMahieu said in a statement. "The audit shows numerous failures within WEC which undermined the free, fair, and transparent elections Wisconsinites deserve."
The Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) report identified numerous problems with voter roll accuracy, absentee voting, the use of drop boxes, and raised questions about the role of outside groups like the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life.
Sen. Howard Marklein (R-Spring Green) said his Joint Audit Committee will hold hearings and lead an investigation.
"I am currently reviewing the audit report which made 30 recommendations, including 18 items that may involve legislation," Marklein explained. "We have taken action on a number of these items in legislation that has already been vetoed by Governor Tony Evers, but we will consider our options."
LeMahieu said one of the options may be ending the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
"We will assess the full impact of WEC's deficiencies and determine the best course of action for the future of election administration given the now documented failures of the current administration and staff," LeMahieu said in a statement.

Racine County Sheriff Reveals Systematic Election Law Violations That Enabled Nursing Home Ballot Harvesting
The Racine County, WI Sheriff’s Office revealed that the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) unilaterally and illegally advised nursing homes to ignore election laws, which opened the door to statewide exploitation of cognitively impaired residents and potentially large scale ballot harvesting.
Wisconsin law requires Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) to assist nursing home residents with their ballots and explicitly prohibits voting assistance by facility staff. The WEC instructed elder care facilities in all 72 WI counties to ignore WI statute 12.13 on “Prohibited Election Practices;” violations are Class 1 felonies.
The Sheriff used the example of the Ridgewood Care Facility where 19% of the residents who reportedly voted in the 2020 election suffer from such severely diminished cognitive abilities they are unable to sign legal documents.
In a recorded meeting, a WEC official stated, “We will be telling the clerks to break the law… we need the flexibility to not follow the law,” citing Covid. However, the Sheriff’s office learned that 900 visitors, including elevator repairmen and bird cage cleaners, roamed freely at the Ridgewood facility during this period, apparently unhampered by the Covid restrictions the WEC used to justify breaking the law.
Patrick Colbeck identified ballot stuffing using ineligible or low propensity voters (like nursing home residents) as phase 2 of the election hijacking.
The Sheriff’s office has turned over the evidence to the AG:
“Where do we go from here? We’re just one of 72 counties. Ridgewood is one of 11 type facilities within our county. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of these facilities throughout the entire state of Wisconsin. We would be foolish [to think this] violation of a statute occurred to just a small group of people at one care facility, in one county in the entire state. I would submit to you that the Attorney General should launch an immediate investigation into the Wisconsin Elections Commission and restore some level of integrity and trust back into our elections system. At the end of the day, we all want to have fair elections. We all want to make certain that our vote counts, and when people break the law, we all want them held accountable.“

The Racine County, WI Sheriff’s Office revealed that the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) unilaterally and illegally advised nursing homes to ignore election laws, which opened the door to statewide exploitation of cognitively impaired residents and potentially large scale ballot harvesting.
Wisconsin law requires Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) to assist nursing home residents with their ballots and explicitly prohibits voting assistance by facility staff. The WEC instructed elder care facilities in all 72 WI counties to ignore WI statute 12.13 on “Prohibited Election Practices;” violations are Class 1 felonies.
The Sheriff used the example of the Ridgewood Care Facility where 19% of the residents who reportedly voted in the 2020 election suffer from such severely diminished cognitive abilities they are unable to sign legal documents.
In a recorded meeting, a WEC official stated, “We will be telling the clerks to break the law… we need the flexibility to not follow the law,” citing Covid. However, the Sheriff’s office learned that 900 visitors, including elevator repairmen and bird cage cleaners, roamed freely at the Ridgewood facility during this period, apparently unhampered by the Covid restrictions the WEC used to justify breaking the law.
Patrick Colbeck identified ballot stuffing using ineligible or low propensity voters (like nursing home residents) as phase 2 of the election hijacking.
The Sheriff’s office has turned over the evidence to the AG:
“Where do we go from here? We’re just one of 72 counties. Ridgewood is one of 11 type facilities within our county. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of these facilities throughout the entire state of Wisconsin. We would be foolish [to think this] violation of a statute occurred to just a small group of people at one care facility, in one county in the entire state. I would submit to you that the Attorney General should launch an immediate investigation into the Wisconsin Elections Commission and restore some level of integrity and trust back into our elections system. At the end of the day, we all want to have fair elections. We all want to make certain that our vote counts, and when people break the law, we all want them held accountable.“

WI Senator Ron Johnson, who previously denied there was outcome-altering fraud in the 2020 election, has had a change of heart. Commenting on the fraud-gate revelations from the Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) and the Racine County Sheriff’s office, Johnson tweeted:
“Following the LAB report, what Sheriff Schmaling has uncovered + disclosed might only be tip of the iceberg of fraud in the 2020 election.
The Legislature must be given the time, resources, and cooperation of election officials to conduct a complete investigation of allegations.
Using elderly residents with cognitive decline to commit election fraud is reprehensible, and should concern every Wisconsinite and American.
If Democrats will stoop this low to impact elections, one can only imagine what else they’re willing to do.”
