VoterGA’s Garland Favorito and Georgia ballot image analyst David Cross sat down with Nick Moseder (@WILFMoseder), CannCon (@CannCon), Marcus Dee, and Neil Johnson following the abrupt dismissal of the Fulton County ballot inspection case.

While Judge Amero’s left field ruling will be appealed, Garland reported that VoterGA has a number of other initiatives in process, including aggressive lobbying efforts, 3 mechanisms to bypass corrupt DA’s, and the Dominon machine removal case.

“We’re going to double down on the audit. We’re going to just cram the audit down the legislature’s throat,” Garland said using uncharacteristically strong language. “We have multiple things in the works to try to directly access grand juries. That’s the key to this thing. To get criminal charges brought, we have to circumvent the district attorneys,” Garland added.

Cross reviewed some of the highlights from his analysis of Georgia’s newly publicly accessible (thanks to VoterGA) ballot images. Much like in Maricopa County, there are 376K missing ballot images in Fulton County and another 390K missing in Cobb County. He also noted there were 14,544 more ballots than voters in Fulton County. Cross met with some high level members of the GA state government to discuss his findings today.

Let’s just say the Democrat Civil War over Joe Biden’s Build Back Better bill isn’t going well.

Bernie Sanders decided to birddog Manchin in his home state of West Virginia with an op-ed in the West Virginia Gazette-Mail. This was Machin’s epic response:

“This isn’t the first time an out-of-stater has tried to tell West Virginians what is best for them despite having no relationship to our state,” Manchin said. “Millions of jobs are open, supply chains are strained and unavoidable inflation taxes are draining workers’ hard-earned wages as the price of gasoline and groceries continues to climb. Senator Sanders’ answer is to throw more money on an already over-heated economy while 52 other senators have grave concerns about this approach. To be clear, again, Congress should proceed with caution on any additional spending and I will not vote for a reckless expansion of government programs. No op-ed from a self-declared Independent socialist is going to change that.”

Oh, my, that’s something, especially that ending, pointedly calling him a socialist, and pointing out that Sanders isn’t even a Democrat. But also reminding him that it’s the 52 senators objecting who are the majority, not Sanders and his progressives.

Delta Air Lines CEO Ditches ‘Divisive’ COVID Vaccine Mandate | Daily Wire

Accommodations will be made for the unvaccinated instead of threatening employment, Ed Bastian says

Delta Air Lines is ditching a vaccine mandate for employees, according to company CEO Ed Bastian, who notably emphasized the “divisiveness” of such an order.

Bastian said announcing a plan to get all employees vaccinated, without enforcing a mandate, has worked, allowing the company to reach a 90% vaccination rate.

While eschewing mandates is a step in the right direction, Delta’s policies penalize unvaccinated employees with higher insurance premiums and more stringent mask-wearing requirements, The Daily Wire reported. Back in August, Bastian issued a memo describing the changes:

Effective November 1, employees who have not been immunized against coronavirus will face a $200 increase in their monthly payments.

“The average hospital stay for COVID-19 has cost Delta $50,000 per person,” Bastian wrote in the memo. “This surcharge will be necessary to address the financial risk the decision to not vaccinate is creating for our company.”

[…] Other changes detailed in the memo include requiring unvaccinated employees to wear face coverings in all indoor Delta settings, effective immediately.

Commie CA’s ‘Green’ New Deal Caused Containergeddon: Biden’s Political Solution Only Making Things Worse | Conservative Treehouse

The continuing supply chain crisis of empty store shelves, missing parts, and component goods that are backlogged at the California ports may be politically represented by the optic of [hundreds of] floating vessels [off the CA coast].  However, that’s not the problem.

The problem is a shortage of CA emission compliant internal transportation trucks to move the containers out of the port and into the U.S. mainland. CA’s October 2020 Green New Deal shut out half of the nation’s truckers from picking up anything from critical SoCal Ports.

Back in Washington DC, Joe Biden’s solution was to get rid of the ships floating off the coast of California by piling their cargo into Los Angeles ports that are already overwhelmed with cargo they are trying to organize.  

Each individual container is now buried in an avalanche of more containers, and that is making the limited compliant trucking resources even more problematic….. “containergeddon“.

The more containers they pile into the port, the longer it takes a limited number of trucks to move them.

The California ports are running out of places to store containers full of goods that are getting off-loaded. Hundreds of thousands of them are piling up.  The central issue is the inability of emission compliant heavy transportation in California to move those containers full of goods to manufacturing, warehouses  and distribution points.

This California bottleneck has been building, and building and building for years, until now it has reached a crisis point.

FUBAR that Joe Biden has just made worse.

Breaking The (Supply) Chains | Zero Hedge

‘Supply chain disruption’ has become a catch-all phrase to explain product shortages and inflation. But how exactly does that work, and why is this problem taking so long to fix? It all comes down to ‘lean manufacturing,’ which started in Japan after World War II and caught on worldwide in the 1980s/1990s. The pandemic has created systematic challenges to the lean model, enough that structural inflation is a threat.

Lean manufacturing only works well when 1) final demand is predictable and 2) the supply network is operating reliably.

Stepping back for a moment, I can’t help but wonder if the pandemic’s disruptive effect on global supply chains is in some ways similar to the 1973 oil shock. When oil prices spiked in 1973/1974 due to the Saudi oil embargo, US inflation rose quickly because the American economy was set up for structurally low energy prices. When gasoline prices tripled in a year, for example, the supply chain for everything from food to apparel to durable goods had to pass along those costs.
