Fulton County's elections chief fired two workers who were seen shredding the voter applications on Friday and then disclosed the problem to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office earlier Monday, state officials said.

Georgia's top election official on Monday demanded that the U.S. Justice Department open an investigation into election management in the state's largest county after officials in Fulton County disclosed they had shredded at least 300 voter applications for its upcoming municipal elections in apparent violation of the law.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office told Just the News that his office had also opened an inquiry into the disclosure by Fulton County officials but believed it was time for federal prosecutors to review chronic election irregularities inside the state's largest county, which includes the city of Atlanta.

"After 20 years of documented failure in Fulton County elections, Georgians are tired of waiting to see what the next embarrassing revelation will be," Raffensperger said in a statement. "The Department of Justice needs to take a long look at what Fulton County is doing and how their leadership disenfranchises Fulton voters through incompetence and malfeasance."

Executive Summary

This report documents data and process anomalies found during a forensic analysis of the drive image of Mesa County, Colorado’s Dominion Election Management Server. These anomalies cast significant doubt as to whether Mesa County’s 2020 General Election was run in a fair and legal manner.

This analysis was performed using the backup forensic image of the Election Management Server (EMS), which was saved before Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) re-imaged the County’s server.

The facts presented lead to the conclusions that:

1) The true vote count in Mesa County, Colorado cannot be accurately calculated for the 2020 General Election. As such, the County’s vote should be decertified.

2) Persons unknown performed actions that caused the loss of important data obscuring the source of over 5,500 ballots.

3) Processes and Practices used by the DVS Election Management software are not conducive to the running of a fair and accurate election. As such, this software should not be used for managing elections until such time as the documented security flaws are demonstrably fixed.

Evidence supporting these findings is documented in this report.

Judge Amero Abrubtly Dismisses VoterGA Fulton County Ballot Inspection Lawsuit

A Henry County judge has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to inspect Fulton County's absentee votes for counterfeits one day after state officials reported an investigation found no evidence to support the claims.

“Georgia election investigators were unable to find any counterfeit ballots among batches identified by Republican vote-counters, according to a court brief Tuesday, dealing a blow to a lawsuit seeking to inspect absentee ballots cast in last year’s presidential election,” the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.

“The court document filed on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said investigators reviewed 1,000 [out of 147K!] absentee ballots from batches in Fulton County that allegedly contained ‘pristine’ ballots with perfectly filled-in ovals and no fold lines. All ballots in those batches appeared to be legitimate,” the AJC article continued.

“The secretary’s investigators have not uncovered any absentee ballots that match the descriptions given by affiants or otherwise appear to be fraudulent or counterfeit,” stated the 89-page response to the court by Georgia Assistant Attorney General Charlene McGowan.

Garland Favorito argued that a full inspection of Fulton County’s 147,000 absentee ballots would be needed to find any counterfeits.

Judge Brian Amero wrote in an order Wednesday that the plaintiffs, including Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA,
“failed to allege a particularized injury, and therefore lacked the standing to claim that their state constitutional rights to equal protection and due process had been violated.”

VoterGA Will Appeal Judge Amero’s Dismissal on ‘Multiple Grounds’

In a statement following Judge Amero’s unexpected dismissal order, VoterGA’s Garland Favorito said:

“All citizens of Georgia have a right to know whether or not counterfeit ballots were injected into the Fulton Co. election results, how many were injected, where they came from, and how we can prevent it from happening again in future elections. It is not adequate for any organization to secretly tell us there are no counterfeit ballots and refuse to let the public inspect them. We prepared diligently to show the evidence of our allegations at the scheduled Nov 15th hearing.”

Favorito told CDMedia this morning the dismissal will be appealed on multiple grounds.

The true story of how Mark Zuckerberg privatized the government's voter registration and vote counting for Democrats in 2020.

During the 2020 election, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of millions of dollars to turn out likely Democratic voters. But this wasn’t traditional political spending. He funded a targeted, private takeover of government election operations by nominally non-partisan — but demonstrably ideological — non-profit organizations.

Analysis conducted by our team demonstrates this money significantly increased Joe Biden’s vote margin in key swing states. This unprecedented merger of public election offices with private resources and personnel is an acute threat to our republic, and should be the focus of electoral reform efforts moving forward. For example:

• CTCL demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting and the suspension of election laws

• CTCL drove the proliferation of unmonitored private dropboxes (which created major chain of custody issues) and opportunities for novel forms of “mail-in ballot electioneering,” allowed for the submission of numerous questionable post-election-day ballots, and created opportunities for illegal ballot harvesting

• CTCL greatly increased funding for temporary staffing and poll workers, which supported the infiltration of election offices by paid Democratic Party activists

Of the 26 grants CTCL provided to cities and counties in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia that were $1 million or larger, 25 went to areas Biden won in 2020. The only county on this list won by Donald Trump (Brown County, Wisconsin) received about $1.1 million — less than 1.3 percent of the $85.5 million that CTCL provided to these top 26 recipients.

No conversation about 2020 election integrity — or about the integrity of future elections, for that matter — is complete without understanding the full picture of how Facebook CEO Zuckerberg strategically bankrolled and staffed local government election offices, which are in charge of voter registration, voting, and vote counting. He did this through two primary front groups, a process Federalist Senior Editor Mollie Hemingway painstakingly outlines in her new book out this week, “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections.”

The Zuckerberg Infiltration

Here’s how it worked. Zuckerberg gifted nearly half a billion dollars to two left-wing groups that then gave the money to government election offices. One of these two groups was the Center for Technology and Civic Life. By the September before the election, Zuckerberg and his wife had given it $350 million, meaning the small organization’s prior revenues of $1.8 million exploded by roughly 20,000 percent.

The cash, or “Zuckerbucks,” wasn’t an unconditional donation, however. There were strings attached, which amounted to Democrat get-out-the-vote efforts, mass mail-in voting, and ballot “curing,” whereby election workers “fix” mail-in ballot problems after the ballot has been submitted.

These dollars also didn’t flow indiscriminately to needy areas of the country but largely to government election offices in the biggest cities of swing states, where the majority of Democrat voters are concentrated. Those funds were used for Democrat voter outreach, designing and translating ballots, and staffing ballot harvesting, curing, and counting operations.

Dr. Shiva: Why Are There 6,545 More EV Ballots Than EV Ballot Envelopes?

Dr. Shiva and his team spent 4 hours today answering questions and reviewing the anomalies he found during his analysis of Maricopa County’s early voting ballot envelope images.

Shiva highlighted 8 questions that remain unanswered, including the fact that there are 6,545 more mail-in ballots than ballot envelopes. He also pointed out that 100K -200K ballots were cured without any process transparency.

Regarding next steps, Dr. Shiva said he had been contracted to examine all of the ballot images, yet, for unknown reasons, that contract was currently on hold. He also said he would like to perform an engineering analysis on the signatures to determine the error rate. With full verification, he estimates there would be at least 50K bad signatures.
