Southwest Airlines Employees Demonstrate Their Power: Days After Forcing COVID Shot on Workers, SWA Cancels 1,800 Flights | Federalist
Southwest Airlines canceled at least 1,800 domestic flights over the weekend (27% of Sunday flights, 24% on Saturday) amid mandated COVID-19 vaccine requirements reportedly causing staffing shortages, according to Disclose.tv. Another 1,500 flights were delayed.
Southwest, however, told The Federalist that attributing the cancellations to the mandate is “unfounded rumor and speculation” and claimed the cancellations were due to “weather challenges” in Florida and “unexpected air traffic control issues in the same region.”
The Southwest Pilots Association (SWAPA) also vehemently denied the massive shutdowns were due to the company’s vaccine coercion.
SWAPA asked a court to temporarily block Southwest Airlines from enforcing the mandate on Friday.

American Airlines Workers Considering Similar Anti-Mandate Muscle Flex
Red State reports, American Airlines might be lining up in the box to be next. Their pilots’ union is warning of a possible staffing shortage if the stringent mandates are employed there for COVID vaccines.
The Allied Pilots Association requested that American Airlines find “alternate means of compliance with the Executive Order be made available for professional pilots” so as not to prompt mass firings and unpaid leave following President Joe Biden’s September announcement mandating large employers to require vaccinations or weekly testing.

Joe Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Exist. It’s Just a Press Release | Federalist
Yes, we’ve heard all about Joe Biden’s alleged vaccine mandate for private companies employing 100 or more people. It was all over the news even before he announced it on September 9. His announcement has jeopardized the employment of millions of Americans and increased worker shortages in critical domains such as health care.
There’s only one problem. It’s all a mirage. Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference and other such made-for-media huff-puffing. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet.
That’s why nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have publicly voiced their opposition to the clearly unconstitutional and illegal mandate haven’t yet filed suit against it, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General confirmed for me. There is no mandate to haul into court. And that may be part of the plan.
“There is nothing there yet that gives employers any mandate,” Stephanie McFarland, spokeswoman for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, told me Oct. 6. “The president made an announcement on this asking OSHA to do it, but we’ve not yet seen anything come from it yet,” she also said.

Eric Coomer Deposition Unsealed
Dominion executive Eric Coomer is depicted as a rabid Trump-hating, ANTIFA-loving, unstable former drug addict in his deposition by Sidney Powell’s team. Coomer maintains that these views did not affect his integrity as a voting systems engineer.
Here’s how the deposition started:
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) So let's get started. Dr. Coomer, typically, at the start of the deposition, we make some -- a record in terms of your capacity to -- to participate in the objection [sic] today. One of the things that has come to light is that you have, in the past, struggled with substances. And I wanted to know if you are, in fact, under the influence of any substance today.
A. No, I'm not.
Q. Okay. When is the last time that you ingested cocaine?
MR. CAIN: Objection. Don't respond to that question.
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) Okay. When was the last time you used heroin?
MR. CAIN: Objection. Don't respond to that question.
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) When is the last time you used any mind-altering substance that might affect your ability to answer questions in your capacity today?
[…]
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) So it’s your position sitting here today, in 2021, that only an absolute fucking idiot could ever vote for Donald Trump?
A. Yes.
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) You hate Donald Trump, don't you, sir?
A. I do not like him at all.
[…]
Q. (By Mr. Arrington) So if I follow the chain of reasoning, people see that you're vehemently anti-Trump; that you're the director of security for a voting company; that you would act on your vehement anti-Trump views to affect the election, and you gave them fodder for perpetuating that narrative.
Is that what you're saying?
A. Nope.

More Americans Than Ever Believe Cheating Took Place in 2020 Election | Becker News
Joe Biden’s presidency is still being haunted by lingering doubts that the 2020 election was as free and fair as the corporate media insist.
A new Rasmussen poll highlighted in the Washington Examiner reports that 56% of Americans surveyed believe “It’s likely that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, including 41% who say it’s ‘very likely.’”
This is a significant increase from April, Paul Bedard notes, when 51% of respondents said it was ‘likely’ that cheating took place in the presidential election. Thus, the mass censorship of Americans who question the election, including former President Donald Trump himself, only appears to be exacerbating doubts.
Furthermore, the great majority of Americans seek to avoid a repeat of the 2020 elections by forbidding mass absentee voting by mail.
“A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 65% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that wider use of mail-in voting will lead to more cheating in elections.”

Ratffensperger Deflects Blame, Asks Biden’s DOJ to Investigate Georgia’s Largest County Over Alleged Destruction of Election Documents | Just the News
Fulton County's elections chief fired two workers who were seen shredding the voter applications on Friday and then disclosed the problem to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office earlier Monday, state officials said.
Georgia's top election official on Monday demanded that the U.S. Justice Department open an investigation into election management in the state's largest county after officials in Fulton County disclosed they had shredded at least 300 voter applications for its upcoming municipal elections in apparent violation of the law.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office told Just the News that his office had also opened an inquiry into the disclosure by Fulton County officials but believed it was time for federal prosecutors to review chronic election irregularities inside the state's largest county, which includes the city of Atlanta.
"After 20 years of documented failure in Fulton County elections, Georgians are tired of waiting to see what the next embarrassing revelation will be," Raffensperger said in a statement. "The Department of Justice needs to take a long look at what Fulton County is doing and how their leadership disenfranchises Fulton voters through incompetence and malfeasance."

Mesa County, Colorado, Voting Systems | Forensic Analysis of Data and Processes
Executive Summary
This report documents data and process anomalies found during a forensic analysis of the drive image of Mesa County, Colorado’s Dominion Election Management Server. These anomalies cast significant doubt as to whether Mesa County’s 2020 General Election was run in a fair and legal manner.
This analysis was performed using the backup forensic image of the Election Management Server (EMS), which was saved before Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) re-imaged the County’s server.
The facts presented lead to the conclusions that:
1) The true vote count in Mesa County, Colorado cannot be accurately calculated for the 2020 General Election. As such, the County’s vote should be decertified.
2) Persons unknown performed actions that caused the loss of important data obscuring the source of over 5,500 ballots.
3) Processes and Practices used by the DVS Election Management software are not conducive to the running of a fair and accurate election. As such, this software should not be used for managing elections until such time as the documented security flaws are demonstrably fixed.
Evidence supporting these findings is documented in this report.

Special Election State Rep 29 Vacancy (October 12, 2021) - Elections - Jasper County, Iowa
Judge Amero Abrubtly Dismisses VoterGA Fulton County Ballot Inspection Lawsuit
A Henry County judge has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to inspect Fulton County's absentee votes for counterfeits one day after state officials reported an investigation found no evidence to support the claims.
“Georgia election investigators were unable to find any counterfeit ballots among batches identified by Republican vote-counters, according to a court brief Tuesday, dealing a blow to a lawsuit seeking to inspect absentee ballots cast in last year’s presidential election,” the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.
“The court document filed on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said investigators reviewed 1,000 [out of 147K!] absentee ballots from batches in Fulton County that allegedly contained ‘pristine’ ballots with perfectly filled-in ovals and no fold lines. All ballots in those batches appeared to be legitimate,” the AJC article continued.
“The secretary’s investigators have not uncovered any absentee ballots that match the descriptions given by affiants or otherwise appear to be fraudulent or counterfeit,” stated the 89-page response to the court by Georgia Assistant Attorney General Charlene McGowan.
Garland Favorito argued that a full inspection of Fulton County’s 147,000 absentee ballots would be needed to find any counterfeits.
Judge Brian Amero wrote in an order Wednesday that the plaintiffs, including Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA,
“failed to allege a particularized injury, and therefore lacked the standing to claim that their state constitutional rights to equal protection and due process had been violated.”

VoterGA Will Appeal Judge Amero’s Dismissal on ‘Multiple Grounds’
In a statement following Judge Amero’s unexpected dismissal order, VoterGA’s Garland Favorito said:
“All citizens of Georgia have a right to know whether or not counterfeit ballots were injected into the Fulton Co. election results, how many were injected, where they came from, and how we can prevent it from happening again in future elections. It is not adequate for any organization to secretly tell us there are no counterfeit ballots and refuse to let the public inspect them. We prepared diligently to show the evidence of our allegations at the scheduled Nov 15th hearing.”
Favorito told CDMedia this morning the dismissal will be appealed on multiple grounds.
