Fann Denies Agreement with Maricopa County Made “to Water Down Results” of 2020 General Election Audit | AZ Daily Independent
AZ Senate President Karen Fann’s settlement agreement with Maricopa county over the withheld router and Splunk log data has been widely criticized by the grassroots. We highlighted some of the concerning aspects of the contract in a September 17 post.
In an email yesterday, Fann attempted to respond to the objections and addressed next steps regarding election nullification. The following are excerpts from her statement:
“We are introducing bills to make sure election integrity is the utmost priority. The AG’s job is to enforce those laws and determine if laws were broken, whether intentionally or fraudulently. With a full investigation, he has the authority to order depositions, canvass voters, and compel Maricopa County to comply in producing everything he requires to hold people accountable. Some of the information in the audit report showing abnormal vote counts is labeled “incomplete” since additional information was still needed to absolutely confirm their findings. The AG will be able to obtain this missing information to complete and confirm those large discrepancies.
Many of you have written demanding the Senate to decertify the electors which is something we cannot do according to our constitution. Should the courts find malfeasance in the 2020 elections to a degree it could change the outcome of the winners, we can offer legislation to correct the official vote counts and ask the courts to declare those specific races invalid. Passing this legislation would require 31 votes in the House chamber and 16 votes in the Senate chamber. (The 31 and 16 still holds true even with the unfilled seats) At this time we do not have the required votes to even hold the Board of Supervisors in contempt for not complying with our subpoenas.
In response to the questions or concerns about the agreement on the routers. …Maricopa County contacted us and asked if we would be interested in a settlement to the 1497 claim in lieu of them filing a lawsuit preventing the auditors to physically have the routers. We believe the judge would have ordered this same compromise after we endured more endless delays in obtaining the information needed. …There will be IT experts/firms hired who will do the physical extrapolation of the data the auditors need. We are working out the details of how that would work, who would do this work, and the format to ensure we have absolute proof and confidence in their work. The Senate did not give up any of our rights to continue pursuing the truth or additional data needed in the future. We still hold the right to issue new subpoenas at any time.”

Special Counsel Michael Gableman has served subpoenas to the administrator of the Wisconsin Election Commission, the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, and four city clerks as part of his probe into the 2020 election, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has learned exclusively.
On Friday morning, subpoenas were served to Wisconsin Election Commission administrator Meagan Wolfe, Milwaukee Election Commission director Claire Woodall-Vogg, the city clerks of Madison, Green Bay, Racine, and Kenosha as well as a former executive assistant to Racine Mayor Cory Mason, sources said.
The subpoenas seek all records related to grants from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a group funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg that is accused of taking over the administration of the presidential election in Green Bay and having undue influence on election administration in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Madison.

"The two most toxic ideologies of the 20th century were Nazism and Marxism. In my opinion, Nazism was identity politics on steroids, and Marxism was an oppressor narrative on steroids. The combination of the two is actually modern wokeism that was born in the United States," said Vivek Ramaswamy, author of Woke Inc.
"I do think" said Ramaswamy "that it's actually becoming one of America's most toxic exports, the rise of modern wokeness."

In August, we saw more than 208,000 Border Patrol encounters with illegal aliens. That, of course, doesn’t include the uncounted thousands who were never apprehended. NBC is now estimating there may be as many as 400,000 migrants arriving in October alone — twice the monthly rate we’ve been seeing since Biden opened the Southern border, which is already at a 21-year high.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, there have been more than 1.54 million illegal border crossing encounters in the 11 months through August. If recent trends continue, that number will go up by 200,000 or more when September’s numbers are included. October estimates will put the 12-month total in excess of 2 million.
To put this influx in perspective, through October, the number of apprehensions over the previous 12 months is expected to exceed the populations of 14 states, according to 2021 data: Nebraska (population 1.96M), Idaho (1.84M), West Virginia (1.80M), Hawaii (1.46M), New Hampshire (1.38M), Maine (1.36M), Montana (1.1M), Rhode Island (1.1M), Delaware (990K), South Dakota (888K), North Dakota (780K), Alaska (736K), Vermont (643K) and Wyoming (577K).
So what is the Biden Administration’s response to all this? Making it easier on illegal aliens.
The DHS has ordered its people to stop deporting people based on illegal entry. Even those who have committed crimes in the U.S. may escape deportation if they fit the new mitigating factors from the DHS.
