Highlights and Areas of Concern:
1. Congressman John Shadegg will be Special Master. He will hire 1-3 computer technology experts to assist him in responding to the Senate’s questions.
2. The Special Master will have sole authority to hire his expert team. Each team member will sign non-disclosures “stating that no information the team member acquired during their employment will be disclosed, revealed, released, published, or otherwise disseminated to any person or entity other than the Special Master.”
3. Maricopa County’s counsel can “brief any purported grounds for withholding” an answer. The investigatory time period is limited to 10/7 - 11/20.
4. “The Special Master and his team will NOT COPY (to any device or in any form) any of the information they review or observe during the course of their work.”
[Given #2 and #4, how does Cyber Ninjas have “full access”? It sounds like they are prohibited from observing in person and from viewing copies of the data?]

Damning Revelations During an FDA Vaccine Advisory Hearing 09/17/2021
In an 8 hour hearing focused on vaccine booster shots, the FDA heard scathing testimony from front line doctors, virologists, and other scientists.
They describe a string of lies by the CDC, FDA and big pharma, the fiddling of data, bias in studies or lack of studies whatsoever, Pfizer gaming trials, regulatory misdirection, significant side effects, mortality rates from the gene therapy vaccines exceeding the number of lives they reportedly save, weak evidence for gene therapy product efficacy, and more.
Without using the exact language, they outline an ADE scenario occurring in Israel, the most vaccinated country in the world, where cases are at an all time high. Unvaccinated Uttar Pradesh, now declared COVID free, is mentioned as a contrasting success story and they recommend “revisiting repurposed drugs” i.e. Ivermectin.

TGP reports: “In the last 10 weeks, Arizona has checked the voter registration credentials with the Social Security Administration (SSA) on 673,560 applicants. This is a huge number considering most states, including Arizona, typically process around 2,500 a month.”
Ordinarily, states use the Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) interface provided by the Social Security Administration to verify the identity of new voter registrations when no driver’s license is provided.
According to TGP, “in the first week of July, Arizona jumped from processing 500-600 a week, to a massive 70,000 a week. This volume stopped on September 10th and is now back down to a few hundred. No match was found on 393,017 — 58% — of the 673,560 voters submitted by Arizona over the last 10 weeks,” which is double the average rejection rate of about 27%.
Is it a coincidence that Arizona checked nearly 700K voter registrations just as the ballot count portion of the audit was ending? The The 10-week surge could also be related to Senator Kelly Townsend’s voter roll clean up bill, SB1819.
The entire 10-year HAVV Excel dataset for all states can be downloaded here from the SSA. CA topped the list of ineligible registrations — 77% of their 8.3M submissions over the last 10 years had no match.

At the August Cyber Symposium, Mesa County, CO Recorder Tina Peters reported that critical files had been deleted from the county’s Dominion voting systems during a vendor “update.” Prior to the update, Peters created a backup image of the hard drive. A forensic analysis by cybersecurity experts confirms her allegations.
The report found that “elections records… mandated by Colorado law as certification requirements for Colorado voting systems have been destroyed on Mesa County’s voting system by the system vendor and the Colorado Secretary of State’s office.”
The deleted files included the election server databases, adjudication files, log files that track events on the election database management system, log files required to determine whether the system was accessed by an external unauthorized device, and much more.

Senator Fann spoke with Jordan Conradson to review the Maricopa County settlement, calling it “a huge win.” According to Fann’s interpretation of the contract, independent IT professionals chosen by the Special Master will extrapolate everything Ben Cotton and Cyber Ninjas need, including screenshots if necessary.

“Regarding the Friday compromise and the appointment of the Special Master to retrieve info from the routers and Splunk logs (and to reiterate, I do not support the compromise, but it was signed before I knew it was even happening. So if we are unable to keep this from going forward, these are my minimum requirements) -
At the very minimum, the following needs to happen:
1. Ben Cotton from Cyfir (or someone directly involved in the AZ audit thus far, who knows what they are looking at) needs to be present in person, within viewing distance, at all times when any information is collected and handled by the Special Master's IT team.
2. A chain of custody of all information and action must be collected, preserved, and presented to the Senate as part of the audit.
3. A report must be put together that is comprehensive and complete regarding every action taken. Every question asked, and every request made must be documented and made public.
4. All parties should sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that all information retrieved and delivered is true and accurate.
5. All proceedings should be on video and live streamed for the public to see except for direct video of sensitive information. If this is not possible due to the agreement that needs to be Revisited and changed.
6. Retention of Records for 24 months.
If any of these requirements are not met then the information gathered and collected shall be considered incomplete and non verifiable. It is not for the public or other Senators not involved in this process to just trust the special master and his IT team. This senator will accept nothing less. If additional requirements arise in the coming days, they will be posted as well. We have come too far to finish weak.

VoterGA Fulton County Ballot Inspection Hearing Updates: Judge Amero Orders Another Another 50-Day Delay

The defendant’s motion to dismiss is up first.
Fulton County is ineptly citing the Curling v. Raffensperger voting machine case to argue that the plaintiffs lack standing.
Around 9:30 ET, Judge Amero appeared to be getting annoyed with the frivolous arguments. He interrupted the defense:
“There are reports of rampant negligence, rampant mismanagement, and failure to vet contractors, which created the preconditions for misfeasance to occur. Isn’t the negligent environment a lot like a voting machine? Isn’t the alleged misfeasance a lot like malware put on a voting machine? …If counterfeit ballots were inserted, couldn’t that happen again if not addressed?”
Judge asks the County if there is any scenario in their argument where petitioners would have standing to challenge a fraudulent election.
County says that voters have no right to challenge elections.
Judge asks: how are we meant to determine whether there are counterfeit ballots if we can’t inspect the physical ballots? Says there is evidence of counterfeit ballots being inserted into the 2020 elections and asks a number of questions about counterfeit ballots.
Amero: "It’s important to me that we know whether counterfeit ballots have been entered into the mix. That is important to me. And it’s something that can be known."
Judge suddenly fixated on whether GBI is investigating the claims of counterfeit ballots. Appears concerned that this case is potentially holding up the GBI’s ability to investigate.
Heather Mullins provides a positive assessment of the proceedings up to this point on War Room.
After a 5 minute recess, Amero seems to want to turn over issue to SoS Raffensperger’s staff. Judge wants to invite State Board of Elections to submit amicus brief, and GBI.
Amero stays the case for 20 days to get report from GBI, GA SoS Raffensperger’s office on their investigation into counterfeit ballots - claims he does not want to duplicate efforts. Judge will defer ruling on motion to dismiss until then.

Georgia Senator Burt Jones, who is running for lieutenant governor next year, believes his state should take further action — beyond its election integrity bill — to strengthen confidence in the voting process, Breitbart reports.
On Breitbart News Saturday, the Georgia Republican noted that he introduced a bill in the last legislative session to eliminate use of voting machines and revert to paper ballots in the state’s next election cycle. People do not have confidence in the equipment being used to count ballots, Jones explained. That legislation, he said, is “still alive” and awaiting committee consideration.
True the Vote’s ongoing investigation is also on Jones’s radar. The conservative election integrity group stated in August that it had spent months investigating cell phone ping data and video surveillance footage, and the group alleges it found illegal ballot trafficking activity at drop boxes during the 2020 election.
Senator Jones visited the AZ audit and has discussed decertifying the 2020 election. He should be leading the charge for an Arizona-style audit in GA. Let him know what you think:
