North Atlanta Gwinnett County GOP Passes Resolution for Full Forensic Audit of 2020 Election in Suspect GA Counties | CD Media

Against Establishment pressure, the Gwinnett County GOP passed a resolution last Thursday for an independent full forensic audit of the 2020 U.S. general election results in certain suspect GA counties.

We can report there was robust debate before passing the measure and many helpful suggestions were added enabling the resolution to pass with wide support.

The measure was passed with vocal help from ‘audit activism’ groups in the county.

“I’m hopeful this might get reported so it can inspire many other county GOP parties to do the same and pressure our legislature/ elected officials to get this audit done,” said one source involved.

“The resolution itself isn’t binding on anyone, but it lets our politicians know that the base is fed up and can put real public pressure on them.”

Liz Harris’s Response to Maricopa County Recorder and Assessor | Liz Harris

September 13, 2021 (Phoenix)

On September 10, 2021, Maricopa County issued a statement entitled “Maricopa County Recorder and Assessor Respond to Partisan Canvass Report” in response to the Election 2020 Grassroots Canvass Report. In their joint statement, the County Recorder Stephen Richer and Assessor Eddie Cook asserted that the address at 2058 E. Wildermuth Ave. in Tempe was not a vacant lot and stated it was a mobile home property through 2020. They attached an image provided by the Maricopa County Assessor’s office stating that the photo “shows the previous layout of this property.” In searching the County Assessor’s website for historical photos of this property, it appears that the image they chose to represent the property in question was from sometime prior to 1/16/2016.

Photos of this property obtained directly from the Maricopa County Assessor’s website, dated 10/22/2020,
clearly demonstrate that this is and was indeed a vacant lot prior to the 2020 General Election.

A demolition permit for this property was issued by the City of Tempe on 1/13/2020. (https://www.tempe.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/83243/637297220834570000)

Additional photographic evidence, eyewitness testimony and public records confirm that the mobile home park owners sold this property on February 19, 2020, to an investment/development company and the property along with all the surrounding structures were subsequently completely leveled in the first half of 2020.

It is troubling that the Maricopa County Recorder and Assessor deliberately chose an image that is more than 5 years old to represent this property in their statement when there are plenty of other more current images, they could have selected from the County Assessor’s website to accurately portray this property to the public.

The 5-year-old photo wasn’t the only misleading public response the County Recorder and Assessor gave regarding our Election 2020 Grassroots Canvass Report…

Biden’s Voter Importation Plan Enters Phase 2 in Michigan

One of the ways Dems cheat in CA is by automatically registering driver’s license applicants to vote, regardless of citizenship.

In an op-ed today, Wayne Allyn Root outlines ways the dirty Dems are potentially rigging the Newsom recall election. Root writes:

Operation Import Dem Voters: Mass Amnesty Smuggled in a Budget Bill | Free Beacon

Democrats are trying to grant mass amnesty to illegal immigrants by arguing that amnesty's $140 billion price tag qualifies as a budget issue — a legislative maneuver that will allow millions of people to achieve legal status through a party-line majority vote.

Democratic congressional staffers argued on Sept. 10 that because mass legalization will add to the deficit, the provision should be included in a reconciliation bill nominally meant to fund the federal government for the next year, Politico reports. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the Democratic plan to legalize eight million immigrants will add $139.6 billion to the budget deficit by 2032, almost entirely due to increased use of entitlement programs and tax credits

Democrats were careful to say that the proposed bill would not grant citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. Federal immigration law, however, states that anyone with a green card can apply for citizenship after five years. And left-wing activist groups such as the National Immigration Law Center have called the proposal a "pathway to citizenship."

Jim Jordan railed against the deception and profligacy in his opening statement to the House Judiciary Committee hearing Monday: “I don’t even know if you could say we still have a border. March was the highest month on record for enforcement encounters until the month of April. April was the highest month on record until the month of May. May was the highest month on record until the month of June. June was the highest month on record until July when 212,000 enforcement encounters took place; my guess is August will be higher yet. So, what are Democrats focused on in this legislation? Putting amnesty in a bill for—approximately 8 million illegal immigrants — in a bill that spends $3.5 trillion.”

Texas Set to Finalize Plan to Build 700 Miles of Wall at Southern Border

Texas is expected to award a contract this week to begin construction of a barrier along its southern border with Mexico.

Donations to fund a border wall being built by the state of Texas have already surpassed $54 million, according to the Texas Governor’s office. In August, the state legislature passed a $1.8 billion bill for efforts to fight illegal immigration, with almost half that amount going toward wall construction, the Examiner reported.

According to an Examiner analysis, there is a “substantive barrier” present on only 150 miles of the 1,250-mile border Texas shares with Mexico.

The state has identified more than 700 miles of border where the project can be built, according to the Examiner. The owners of the land have “agreed to let the state put up a barrier, which will allow Texas to avoid the lawsuits that held up the Trump administration’s efforts to seize private land for construction,” the Examiner reported.

Lastly, the actual ballots were designed with a flaw. You must fold the ballot to mail it. Computers that scan the votes often auto-cancel the name checked on the fold. Guess who’s name is on the fold out of 46 candidates? Larry Elder. What a coincidence. What a shocker!”

The Election Security Hole Everyone Ignores | Politico

An August 2020 Politico article identified electronic pollbooks as a potential fatal flaw in our election system:

Increasing numbers of polling places use electronic devices to check in voters and verify their eligibility. But the devices often create chaos and introduce new vulnerabilities to elections.

“Electronic pollbooks have failed, repeatedly, in elections across the country and are clearly one of the weakest links in our election infrastructure,” Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) told POLITICO in an email. The [Soros-funded] Brennan Center for Justice calls electronic pollbooks an “overlooked vulnerability.”

Introduced more than a decade ago to replace printed pollbooks, the devices were used by election offices in 36 states in the 2018 elections, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures, which said the number of jurisdictions using them had risen 48 percent since 2016. They are especially common in densely populated urban areas, accounting for about half of all registered voters, the National Academy of Sciences reports.

E-pollbooks serve multiple purposes: voters use them to sign in at the polls, and poll workers use them to verify the voters’ eligibility to cast ballots. In some jurisdictions, they also tell electronic voting machines which digital ballot to display to the voter.

The devices often communicate wirelessly with each other and with backend voter registration databases, offering a potential pathway for hackers who get onto that wireless network to delete or alter voter records — to indicate falsely, for example, that someone has already voted. Hackers could further use the wireless connection to breach the backend databases and other systems connected to them.

E-pollbook systems are currently being used in the 2021 CA gubernatorial recall election. In Los Angeles County, where in some locations as many as 70% of voters are being turned away due to inaccurate information, the pollbook vendor is Knowlink.

Racine County GOP Passes Powerful Resolution on Wisconsin Election Reform, Full Forensic Physical and Cyber Audit

Speaker Robin Vos has been a lifelong resident of Racine County. The following are excerpts from the county’s resolution condemning the 2020 election and supporting a full cyber and forensic audit (the complete declaration is worth reading):

WHEREAS, since the bi-partisan Wisconsin Election Commission was formed in 2015, it has been runby partisan bureaucrats not interested in fair, honest elections, but more interested in issuing opinionsand directives that encourage unfair elections across Wisconsin; and,

WHEREAS, the clear and plain language of election laws in Wisconsin were intentionally violated, circumvented, or altered by the directives of the Commissioners or staff of the Wisconsin Elections Commission without the approval of the legislature in violation of the Constitution of the United States; and,

WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Election Commissioners and staff allowed Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civil Life (CTCL) to dump millions of dollars into Wisconsin’s Democrat- dominated cities for vote harvesting campaigns and otherefforts, creating a two-tiered election system that treated voters differently depending on whether theylived in Democrat or Republican strongholds under the auspices of administering “safe and secure” elections during the pandemic; and,

WHEREAS, the 2020 Wisconsin fall general election, as regulated, and directed by the Wisconsin Elections Commission, was one of the most haphazard, controversial, and poorly managed elections in state history, shaking the faith of citizens’ confidence in fair elections across Wisconsin; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED… that the Republican Party of Racine County supports a full forensic physical cyber audit of the November 2020 election. This full forensic physical and cyber audit should be conducted by an independent and non-partisan auditing firm, approved by the Republican Election Committees, and must require the following components:

A. Cyber: Total examination of voting system machines to include browsers, tabulators, scanners, routers/firewalls, switches, network/out of band management cards, internet or network connectivity, network/remote access and or remote access applications, software installed or removed on the system, flash drives, thumb drives, event logs, scripts that have been run, when/what was data last modified including during or after the election, systems/security updates, password policies, multi factor authentication, database, adjudication records, administrator accounts and log-in records;

B. Kinematic examination of all physical paper ballots to include if ballots meet industry maximum allowable compliance for out of calibration measurements, ballot thickness to prevent bleed through, types of markers used, printed ballots, quantity of ballots, ballot trail, voter roll compared to ballots, mail in ballot standards upheld, review for ballot watermarks/dot coding, ;

C. Physical Canvas, and if county clerks election employees/volunteers followed election rules & regulations mandated by their county;

D. Transparency,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that to ensure transparency all such audits be streamed live for public viewing and recorded via security video to be run 24 hours, 7 days a week until all such audits are complete.

Why the Vaccine Mandate Is Unconstitutional | Techno Fog Substack

Techno Fog (@techno_fog) reviewed Supreme Court precedent and relevant law to assess the constitutionality of the Resident’s vaccine mandates. The verdict? They are unconstitutional. Here’s why:

As you can imagine, the constitutionality of the vaccine mandate will be a litigated as soon as OSHA issues the rules. The media is running interference, telling the public that challenges to the mandate are “unlikely to succeed.”

Do not believe them.

The legality of the vaccine mandate will be assessed under what is called the major rules doctrine (also known as the major questions doctrine). Under this doctrine, the courts look to (1) whether the agency action is a major rule; and (2) whether Congress has clearly authorized the agency action.

As Justice Scalia stated in 2014, “We expect congress to speak clearly if it wishes to assign to an agency decisions of vast ‘economic and political significance.’”

From here we turn to the first question of the major rules doctrine: there is zero doubt that it is a major rule. It would affect the healthcare decision – and implicate the personal autonomy – of “some 80 million private sector workers.” It is an action never before taken by OSHA, the Department of Labor, and any other federal agency. It would affect the entire US economy.

From there we get to the second question: whether Congress has clearly authorized the Department of Labor/OSHA to mandate vaccines. The answer is no.

If Congress clearly authorized (not just authorized, but clearly authorized) Labor/OSHA to mandate vaccines, then we would have seen such authority in the OSH Act of 1970. Look for yourself – the language isn’t there. Instead, there are general grants of authority to “set mandatory occupational safety and health standards.”

Looking to the history of OSHA, this authority has been understood to regulate employer actions to provide a safe workplace (Benzene limits) or employee actions at work (operation of heavy equipment). The OSH Act has never been understood historically to include mandatory vaccinations. This is significant because the Supreme Court recently looked to agency history to determine the CDC lacked the authority to issue its latest eviction mandate.

So there we have it. This is a “major rule” and Congress has not “clearly authorized” Labor/OSHA to issue a vaccine mandate.

Their ideology is favorable to the United Nations.  Their internal corruption is generally driven by relationship with foreign actors.  References: Hillary Clinton, Clinton Global Initiative, John McCain, Qatar, Muslim Brotherhood, Samantha Powers, Susan Rice, Cass Sunstein, Brookings Institute, Lawfare, China-centric, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Council on Foreign Relations.

• TEAM Two – The White House is aligned with the Pentagon (DoD) and National Security Council (NSC).  Their media PR firms are domestic in nature. New York Times, Politico, etc.  Their internal corruption is generally driven by domestic influence.  References: Barack Obama, George Bush, Wall St, Big Banks, Multinational Corporations, Defense Contractors, FBI (state police), Judicial Branch, and community activists writ large.  [Presidential elections only affect Team Two (nationalism -v- globalism).  In the modern era Team One is independent.]

Today CNN, via Bob Woodward [article here] and The Washingon Post, via Robert Costa [article here] collaborate on a designed hit against one of the key corrupt actors on Team Two, Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley.  Conservative Treehouse (CTH) previously said this was coming: “Look for Joint Chief’s Chairman Mark Milley to be the guy who gets canned to protect Joe Biden. Mark Milley knows this is likely.”

The framework of the CNN article is that General Milley:

…”called a secret meeting in his Pentagon office on January 8 to review the process for military action, including launching nuclear weapons. Speaking to senior military officials in charge of the National Military Command Center, the Pentagon’s war room, Milley instructed them not to take orders from anyone unless he was involved.

The Washington Post article paints Milley as even more rogue. A power hungry operator of the industrial military complex, defying civilian oversight…

Yes, General Mark Milley is a power-hungry political manipulator and collaborator with the Deep State in the effort to undermine President Donald J Trump.  We already knew this…. {Go Deep}  So, why is The WaPo and CNN hitting him now?

In the big picture, it was not difficult to figure out why the Pentagon would be opposed to Trump.

During the 2016 Trump campaign and early administration, President Trump’s expressed foreign policy was viewed by NATO alliance members as a threat. President Trump dared to tell them their “cold war mentality” was outdated…
The same type of common sense perspective that startled the NATO alliance members applied internally to the U.S. military.

President Trump’s preferred use of economic warfare made the Pentagon’s role diminished… President Trump engaged in economic leverage, not military…. and it worked.

As a consequence, the value of James Mattis was replaced by the effectiveness of U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer. Joint Chief’s Milley was not in the primary planning room; Milley was replaced by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross.

In the Trump era, …decades of Pentagon-centric foreign policy was lessened by an entirely new geopolitical approach based on an economic strategy. This was, in essence, the Trump Doctrine.

President Trump was executing a foreign policy, a clear doctrine of sorts, where national security was achieved by leveraging U.S. economic power. It was a fundamental shift toward allies and adversaries; summarized within the oft repeated phrase: “Economic security is national security.”
