GOP Lawmakers Go to Court to Challenge Pennsylvania’s Mail-In Voting Law

Fourteen Republican state lawmakers have filed a new lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law, calling it unconstitutional and asking for it to be thrown out — even though 11 of those lawmakers supported it just two years ago.

The central claim of the lawsuit is that the law — which allowed no-excuse voting by mail — violates a constitutional provision that requires lawmakers to provide a way for people to vote if they are unable to do so in person for specific reasons. Those reasons include being out of town on business, illness, physical disability, Election Day duties or a religious observance.

But the lawsuit contends that the 2019 law violates that because it allows people to vote by mail even if they do not meet fall under one of those categories.

The New PA ‘Audit’ Begins with Hearings and Interviews to ‘Paint the Picture’ | War Room

Senator Jake Corman joined War Room today to offer an update on his so-called PA audit. He outlined a three part election review that includes:

1) a website for citizens to share election fraud stories; Corman hopes to hold yet another hearing to have these witnesses come in to testify under oath;

2) a hearing with the Department of State scheduled for next Thursday to discuss the voter roll system and the Secretary of State’s “activity during the election”; Corman doesn’t think anyone from the Secretary of State’s office will actually show up for the hearing so they expect to issue subpoenas at some point for that information;

3) interviews with to-be-determined county officials; currently, there is no plan to subpoena information from PA counties.

Corman explained that he wants to “paint the picture first, of all the big stories people don’t know about in PA.”

Steve Bannon and Boris Epshteyn were disappointing cheerleaders for this tepid, delay-tactic election review that never mentions a plan to actually audit machines and ballots.

Deplorables Organize to Seize Control of the GOP and Reshape America’s Elections

Pravda ProPublica contacted GOP leaders in 65 key counties, and 41 reported an unusual increase in signups since Steve Bannon’s precinct committeeman campaign began. At least 8,500 new Republican precinct officers (or equivalent lowest-level officials) joined those county parties. We also looked at equivalent Democratic posts and found no similar surge.

“I’ve never seen anything like this, people are coming out of the woodwork,” said J.C. Martin, the GOP chairman in Polk County, Florida, who has added 50 new committee members since January. Martin had wanted congressional Republicans to overturn the election on Jan. 6, and he welcomed this wave of like-minded newcomers. “The most recent time we saw this type of thing was the tea party, and this is way beyond it.”

Tarrant County has added 61 precinct chairs this year, about a 24% increase since February. “Those podcasts actually paid off,” Fort Worth, county chair Rick Barnes said.

For weeks, about five people a day called to become precinct chairs in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, southwest of Green Bay. Albert, the county party chair, said he would explain that Wisconsin has no precinct chairs, but newcomers could join the county party — and then become poll workers.

What’s different this time is an uncompromising focus on elections themselves. The new movement is built entirely around Trump’s insistence that the electoral system failed in 2020 and that Republicans can’t let it happen again. The result is a nationwide groundswell of party activists whose central goal is not merely to win elections but to reshape their machinery.

“We can take over the party if we invade it,” PrecinctStrategy.com founder, Dan Schultz said. “I can’t guarantee you that we’ll save the republic, but I can guarantee you this: We’ll lose it if we conservatives don’t take over the Republican Party.”

Bannon endorsed Schultz’s plan, telling “all the unwashed masses in the MAGA movement, the deplorables” to take up this cause.

Trump Wants to Remove ALL Voting Machines | The Western Journal

President Donald Trump said that all states should toss their voting machines and return to paper ballots to restore American confidence in elections.

Trump made the statement in an exclusive two-hour interview with Breitbart News at his golf club last week. Other reforms he endorsed included mandatory voter ID and eliminating both early voting and mail-in ballots.

The Pew Research Center confirmed that paper ballots are the most common way to vote by far. Only 10 percent of the world’s countries and territories vote by electronic voting machines.

Trump’s views about mail-in ballots are in line with most nations around the globe.

According to a 2020 study, 74 percent of European countries ban mail-in absentee ballots for citizens living within their borders. Japan limits mail-in voting only to those who obtain special certificates verifying disability. Mexico bans mail-in absentee ballots except for citizens living abroad who have requested them at least six months in advance.

Trump’s ideas about “same-day voting” aren’t out of step with the world’s practices either. Forty-three out of the 50 states in the U.S. currently allow some form of in-person early voting. Yet, 68 percent of European countries ban it. Only between 33 and 35 percent of African and Asian nations allow it.

Georgia Ballot Traffickers Caught on Video

John Fredericks joined War Room this morning to discuss the newest evidence of voter fraud in GA. Fredericks reported that conservative election integrity group True the Vote has video and cell phone GPS records capturing 240 ballot traffickers wearing gloves and dumping backpacks full of ballots in GA drop boxes in the middle of the night. These fraudsters reportedly targeted Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, and DeKalb counties and averaged about 24 drop boxes each, potentially representing hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots.

Audit the Vote PA Has a Backup Plan | War Room

Grassroots warrior Toni Shuppe of Audit the Vote PA joined War Room yesterday to go over plan B for a PA audit.

While Senator Corman schedules stall-tactic hearings and interviews, Audit the Vote PA has been developing a strategy to by-pass the state legislature. Over the last several months, they have identified and cultivated county leaders in 51 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties. Their goal is to help these county commanders independently implement Senator Mastriano’s AZ-style audit.

Shuppe says there are 36 red counties with registration trends that don’t match up with the votes. Although these counties gained Republican voters and lost Dems, Trump’s votes were flat relative to 2016 while Biden miraculously received more votes than Hillary. Audit the Vote PA believes that if they can demonstrate fraud in some of the conservative counties, it will force the Senate to do a real audit in the blue cesspools of Philadelphia and Allegheny.

Ivermectin Was a Promising COVID Treatment as Early as April 2020

Ivermectin has long been considered a safe and effective drug to treat some parasitic diseases. Its action on viruses such as SARS, rabies, influenza, HIV, Dengue or the West Nile has been proven in vivo or in vitro in the past, suggesting a potential against Covid-19.

On March 29, 2020, researchers from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia published results from a laboratory cell study showing that Ivermectin can kill the coronavirus in less than 48 hours.

Studies have been carried out by research institutes for the past few months to assess the effectiveness of treatment using Ivermectin on hospitalized patients with Covid-19.

Ivermectin Efficacy Research

Meta-analyses based on 18 randomized controlled treatment trials of ivermectin in COVID-19 have found large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance. Furthermore, results from numerous controlled prophylaxis trials report significantly reduced risks of contracting COVID-19 with the regular use of ivermectin. Finally, the many examples of ivermectin distribution campaigns leading to rapid population-wide decreases in morbidity and mortality indicate that an oral agent effective in all phases of COVID-19 has been identified.

What is ADE? Why Do the Most Heavily Vaccinated Countries Have the Largest Number of COVID Cases?

Every prior coronavirus vaccine attempt has led to antibody dependent enhancement (ADE). Put simply, ADE means that vaccine-induced antibodies to the original virus make the reaction to subsequent variants more severe.

In SARS-COV-1 trials, the vaccinated animals all died from ADE when a new variant was introduced. SARS-COV-2 has an 80% genetic overlap with SARS-COV-1 and has the same structure. Fortunately, COVID-19 is a much milder virus, so ADE at current vaccination levels is not leading to the levels of death as it did with SARS-COV-1.

“COVID-19 vaccines designed to elicit neutralising antibodies may sensitise vaccine recipients to more severe disease than if they were not vaccinated. Vaccines for SARS, MERS and RSV have never been approved, and the data generated in the development and testing of these vaccines suggest a serious mechanistic concern: that vaccines designed empirically using the traditional approach (consisting of the unmodified or minimally modified coronavirus viral spike to elicit neutralising antibodies), be they composed of protein, viral vector, DNA or RNA and irrespective of delivery method, may worsen COVID-19 disease via antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). This risk is sufficiently obscured in clinical trial protocols and consent forms for ongoing COVID-19 vaccine trials that adequate patient comprehension of this risk is unlikely to occur, obviating truly informed consent by subjects in these trials.

…Based on the published literature, it should have been obvious to any skilled medical practitioner in 2019 that there is a significant risk to vaccine research subjects that they may experience severe disease once vaccinated, while they might only have experienced a mild, self-limited disease if not vaccinated. The consent should also clearly distinguish the specific risk of worsened COVID-19 disease from generic statements about risk of death and generic risk of lack of efficacy of the vaccine.”

WI Reps. Brandtjen and Ramthun Fight to Preserve Voting Machine Data

On September 9th, the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) will vote whether to allow ES&S access to the voting machines to perform “upgrades.” WEC Administrator Meagan Wolfe acknowledges the likelihood of data deletion, stating: “there is no statute that either defines ‘IP logs’ or specifically requires their retention...”

In a statement today, Reps. Janel Brandtjen and Timothy Ramthun remind the Commission of WI statute 7.23(1)(g), which requires municipal clerks to preserve “voting machine data for 22 months after any election.”

Wisconsin Election Integrity: Audits, Subpoenas, Investigations, and Stalled Legislation | Uncover DC

Uncover DC untangles the confusing triple audit effort in Wisconsin:

Wisconsin awaits the resolution of multiple ongoing election integrity efforts: (1) an election processes audit by its Legislative Audit Bureau that Republicans ordered in February, (2) an investigation initiated by Republican Speaker of the State Assembly Robin Vos, and (3) a battle over State Representative Janel Brandtjen’s attempts to subpoena election materials for a full forensic audit. In addition, the State Legislature has passed legislation for election reform (most of which has been vetoed by Democrat Governor Tony Evers) and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) has removed ~200,000 inactive voters from the rolls.

Republican Representative Timothy Ramthun describes the differences between the three audit efforts on episode 28 of his Ramthun Report. He warns, “there are major efforts to cloud the truth” of the various audits and cautions, there is “a genuine effort to mislead and confuse everyone.” He calls Brandtjen’s subpoena effort “the one true AZ style transparent full cyber and forensic audit that people are demanding.”

Uncover DC goes on to explain that while Brandtjen’s subpoenas come due today, Brown and Milwaukee have rejected them. The counties argue that according to Wisconsin Statute §13.31 the subpoenas are invalid without Speaker Vos’ signature. Brandtjen anticipated their rebuttal and attempted to preempt it on August 9, claiming that, in this case, subpoena authority rests on Wisconsin Statute §885.01(4) and 2021 Assembly Resolution 15.

Although 60% of WI counties have passed resolutions in support of Brandtjen’s audit, Speaker Vos refuses to sign the subpoenas, instead opting for his own unpopular investigation of the 2020 election through Justice Gableman.

In episode 28 of the Ramthun Report, Ramthun confirms that the Brandtjen audit is held up by a single signature and explains that the subpoenas could be signed by either Robin Vos, Chris Kapenga, or Devin LeMahieu. Take a minute to let them know which audit you support:
