Senator Johnson Sends Muscular Letter to FDA Questioning Hasty ‘Political’ Vaccine Approval

In a hard-hitting letter to the CDC, NIH, and FDA, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) said the fast-track vaccine approval decision appeared more political than scientific since it skipped the usual formal advisory committee meeting and did not fully account for the reports of deaths and disabilities suffered by people after being vaccinated.

“I see no need to rush the FDA approval process for any of the three COVID-19 vaccines. Expediting the process appears to only serve the political purpose of imposing and enforcing vaccine mandates,” Mr. Johnson wrote.

The senator went on to outline some of the data from VAERS, which tallies adverse effects in people who get shots:

• As of Aug. 20, 12,791 worldwide deaths over an eight-month period have been associated with the three COVID-19 vaccines.

• Of the deaths, 4,632, or 36.2%, occurred within two days of the vaccination.

• A total of 571,831 adverse effects were reported, including 51,242 hospitalizations and 16,044 permanent disabilities.

Mr. Johnson noted that the 12,791 deaths eclipse the 8,966 deaths related to all other vaccines reported on VAERS since its creation 31 years ago.

“I am receiving a growing number of letters from doctors and nurses detailing the vaccine injuries they are witnessing and treating, together with the suppression and censoring of this information they are experiencing,” the senator said in the letter.

50,000 doctors and medical professionals signed a declaration calling for lockdowns to be replaced by focused protection of the sick and elderly based on the scientific literature.

The declaration was signed in October 2020 by professors from Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, and Nobel Prize winning scientists who are considered leaders in their fields of epidemiology, virology, public health, vaccines, etc.

What governments and transnational corporations are currently doing to the world has nothing to do with public health or saving lives.

If it was about public health, they wouldn't be censoring scientists at the top of their medical fields at the world's best universities.

If it was about saving lives, every elderly or immuno-compromised person would have been given zinc, zinc ionophores, vitamin d, and other prophylactic medicines in March 2020 based on decades of medical research on RNA viruses and respiratory viruses.

Which leaves the question, why are they doing this❓

In short, these staffers confided that not only do the prominent politicians in the state who are stopping the audit efforts KNOW the elections were rigged, they are muzzling the rank and file GOP politicians who know it was rigged, threatening them with exile to useless committee work and pledging to shove them out of the party altogether if the speak up. That is how you wind up with less than a dozen GOP politicians in these two states making a fight of the issue.

The staffers all admit that internal party numbers in those two states show the same things I show - the coalition shifts were lining up for Trump blowouts of several hundred thousand votes over JB.

True The Vote Conducting Massive Clandestine Voter Fraud Investigation | Breitbart

Conservative election integrity group True The Vote has been conducting a months-long massive and clandestine voter fraud investigation into the 2020 presidential election.

A document that the group’s founder Catherine Engelbrecht circulated to prospective donors, obtained by Breitbart News, details several facets of the investigation — which centers on what the group describes as the collection of more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data — a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings — between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”

From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to gather similar such surveillance video from other states.

“We are building out video stories and have compiled videos of individuals stuffing ballot dropboxes with stacks of ballots, individuals depositing ballots in multiple dropboxes, unauthorized coordination between government workers engaged in the exchange of ballots, and several other tranches of video that capture unusual patterns such as the wearing of gloves to deposit ballots, taking pictures of ballot deposits, etc.,” True The Vote’s document says.

VoterGA Files Suit to Ban Illegal Dominion Voting System in GA 

Voting System Already Declared in Violation of Georgia Law  

ATLANTA, August 24, 2021 – VoterGA today announced [it is] joining with State Rep. Philip Singleton in a legal petition to ban Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system. The voting system has already been declared in violation of Georgia law by the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia [Pg. 81-82]. 

Georgia law requires a voting system to “print an elector verifiable paper ballot;” and “…produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.” After reviewing extensive evidence in the Curling V. Raffensperger case, Judge Amy Totenberg concluded: “Plaintiffs and other voters who wish to vote in-person are required to vote on a system that does none of those things.” [O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(7.1); O.C.G.A. § 21-2-300(a)(2)]   

Petition Seeks Temporary and Permanent Injunctions
The petition seeks temporary and permanent injunctions against the state’s use of the new voting system on grounds that its unverifiability to the voter makes it illegal. The Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system uses a touchscreen Ballot Marking Device (BMD) to print voter selections with a QR code on a sheet of paper. The scanners ignore the printed voter selections and read the QR code to determine candidates selected and to tabulate election results. The QR code is not human readable, even with a QR code reader and is thus illegal under Georgia law.

Attorney Todd Harding of Maddox and Harding filed the petition in Fulton County Superior Court. Harding is also representing VoterGA petitioners in the Fulton County Ballot Inspection lawsuit. Details of both cases can be found on the VoterGA.org. Legal tab.

Petition Highlights  
The petition contends that recommendations provided by VoterGA to the Secure, Accurate, Fair Election Commission (SAFE) warned that any new system must tabulate human readable vote marks that can be verified by the voter. It also contends that VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito and Madison Forum President Michael Opitz warned Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger about the unverifiability of QR coded voting systems like the Democracy Suite when he was a runoff candidate in 2018. Raffensperger did not heed the warnings and purchased the new Dominion system for over $100 million in 2019.

PA Senate President Jake Corman Says Hearings Will Begin This Week to Start Forensic Investigation of 2020 Election | Inquirer

PA Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R., Centre) said lawmakers will seek voting records, ballots, and machines to conduct a “forensic review” of the 2020 election — he suggested the Senate will use subpoenas to get them.

“We can bring people in. We can put them under oath. We can subpoena records, and that’s what we need to do,” he said in an interview with the pro-Trump radio personality Wendy Bell. “That’s what we’re going to do.”

Corman said he has spoken with former President Donald Trump about the issue and mumbled, “I think he’s comfortable where we’re heading.”

Last week, in a divisive and much criticized move, Corman ousted America First Senator Doug Mastriano as audit lead and installed Sen. Cris Dush (R., Jefferson) as the new chairman of the committee that will head the forensic investigation. Dush was part of the PA delegation that visited the Maricopa audit and has been a strong proponent of the “AZ gold standard.”

It’s not clear how the Senate’s new review would actually work, including how it would be funded, how and where election equipment and materials would be securely stored, who would conduct it, what standards and processes would be followed, and what the end product would be.

Corman is a controversial figure. Although he signed the letter asking Congress to object to the PA electors on 1/6 and appointed Mastriano to lead a PA election audit, he subsequently slow-walked and obstructed Mastriano’s efforts. For example, Corman cancelled Mastriano’s subpoena voting session on 8/6 and, last week, abruptly fired all of Mastriano’s staff and removed him as audit lead.

• Why is Corman suddenly throwing Mastriano under the bus?

• Why is he now committed to an investigation of the 2020 election after 10 months of equivocation?

• Why does he avoid the word ‘audit,’ and instead favor terms like ‘review’ and ‘investigation’?

• What kind of audit is he planning?

• In the the Wendy Bell interview, he emphasized the importance of who conducts the audit, reiterating the word, “credibility.” Will he pull a Windham and choose a Harry Hursti?

• Where does Dush stand on all of this?

Supreme Court Upholds Texas Ruling: Biden Must Reinstate Trump's "Remain-in-Mexico" Policy | Axios

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday the Biden administration must reinstate former President Trump's "Remain-in-Mexico" policy.

The Court voted 6-3 to reject the Biden administration's plea to block the reinstatement of the program, which requires immigrants seeking asylum at the southern border to wait in Mexico while their applications are pending.

The order stated the Biden administration acted in an "arbitrary and capricious" manner when the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) program was rescinded.

The majority of justices sided with a ruling from a federal judge in Texas, which said the Biden administration failed to consider several critical factors before officially terminating the program in June.

Fann Makes Plans For Audit Of Voter Affidavit Signatures On Some Of Maricopa County’s 1.9M Early Ballots – Arizona Daily Independent

Fann told Arizona Daily Independent she was interviewing a potential contractor to audit another aspect of Maricopa County’s election process – how employees verified voter signatures on the nearly 1.9 million early ballot affidavit envelopes turned in during the election.

Those signatures must be verified before the ballot inside can be sent for tabulation, but questions have been raised about the procedures utilized by then-County Recorder Adrian Fontes and his staff question while conducting those verifications.

Fann says whoever she hires to review the procedures and the signatures will start by looking for envelopes which do not contain the required voter signature. There will also be a review for unidentifiable signatures -what Fann’s calls “scribbles”- which can be matched up against Maricopa County’s voter database, which includes images of all prior signatures used by a voter during an election.

Mastriano Responds to ‘Jake the Snake’ Corman

PA State Senator Doug Mastriano released a statement today responding to Senate President Jake Corman’s recent contentious actions.

Mastriano questions Corman’s sudden commitment to an investigation of the 2020 Election after 10 months of obstruction and vows to continue fighting to ensure PA has a full forensic audit:

“I don’t know why Senator Corman obstructed my investigation for so long or why he has now hijacked it. What I do know is that if it were up to Senator Corman, there would be no investigation for him to steal. What I also know is that no matter who leads it, the investigation must go forward. Update on Wisconsin Election Investigation by Speaker Vos - More Subpoenas Going Out Soon | War Room

Wisconsin has three election audit tracks currently moving forward:

1) Rep Janel Brandtjen’s audit, which follows the AZ model,

2) An election processes audit by the Legislative Audit Bureau, and

3) Speaker Robin Vos’ “cyber forensic” investigation led by former Justice Mike Gableman.

In a statement Wednesday, Vos said: “We believe a cyber-forensic audit is necessary to ensure issues did not happen in 2020. We have allocated additional resources to Justice Gableman to ensure this investigation gets to the truth.”

Reince Priebus, who is close friends with Vos, joined War Room yesterday to offer an update on the Gableman investigation.

According to Priebus, the General Assembly has approved $680K to help fund the Vos/ Gableman audit. Dr. Shiva is expected to be involved, subpoenas will be issued within the next 2 weeks, and the team will focus on ballet harvesting, voter roll anomalies and verification, a forensic examination of the physical ballots, and a review of the 200K potentially illegal indefinitely confined ballots. Although Vos specifically referenced a ‘cyber-forensic audit,’ Priebus did not mention a voting equipment examination.

Vos appears to have had a change of heart about an audit after flying with President Trump to the Alabama rally last week. At a July 27th press conference, he was critical of Rep. Brandtjen’s efforts, saying, "my colleague, Representative Brandtjen, is misinformed about what we're doing in Wisconsin."

DePerno Issues Legal Opinion Re State Legislature’s Authority to Recall Electors

The following is a legal opinion submitted to AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers by attorney Matt DePerno in response to her question: “Can a State Legislature recall the state electors to decertify a national election upon proof of fraud in the election?”

DePerno concludes that “The Answer is ‘Yes.’ […] A legislature’s determination to decertify the votes cast by the electors on demonstration of fraud in the election itself is nothing more than the Legislature’s use of its reserved sovereign powers under the Tenth Amendment to protect those fundamental rights and privileges reserved to the People by the Ninth Amendment.”

Interview with Garland Favorito on New Lawsuit to Ban Dominion Machines | CD Media

Garland Favorito joined L. Todd Wood to discuss VoterGA’s newest effort to ban Dominion machines in GA.

VoterGA filed the lawsuit because the Dominion “system is unverifiable for the voter” — it accumulates votes via QR codes and no one can verify how their vote is recorded.

A U.S. District Court ruled in October 2020 that Dominion voting machines violated GA law. However, because the order was within a month of the election, no relief was provided. Garland explained that his team is simply seeking the relief related to that ruling — if the machines are illegal, GA shouldn’t be using them.

“I think our chances are terrific because the case has already been adjudicated,” Garland said. “This was a multi-year case and the court found the system was in fact in violation of two GA statues and found that the Secretary of State’s office was ‘not credible.’ This was a scathing order on the Secretary of State’s performance.”

Todd asked Garland for an update on the Fulton County absentee ballot case. Apparently, the defendants in the VoterGA case are divided. According the Garland, the Republicans and one Democrat actually want to get to the bottom of what happened: “They’re split, which will help us in our arguments to proceed — some of the defendants are on our side and the side of election transparency in GA.”

AZ Attorney General: Maricopa County Must Comply with Senate’s Legislative Subpoena or Forfeit State Funds | Brnovich Press Release

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.
