Marjorie Taylor Greene Filing Articles Of Impeachment Against Joe Biden (Again) | Conservative Brief

Republican Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene said she is drafting Articles of Impeachment against Joe Biden as the debacle on his Afghanistan withdrawal of troops continues.

She spoke to Donald Trump’s former advisor Steve Bannon on his “War Room” podcast this weekend when she made the announcement.

According to Newsweek, Representative Jeff Van Drew (former Dem turned Republican) of New Jersey has also called on Biden to resign as President. "I cannot believe I'm saying this, it literally is time for this President to resign," Drew told Fox News host Trey Gowdy Sunday. "It is time for this Vice President to resign. It is time for the Senate President and Speaker to resign. We need new people, even new Democrats, hopefully that are moderates."

Senator Rick Scott chimed in on Twitter: “After the disastrous events in Afghanistan, we must confront a serious question: Is Joe Biden capable of discharging the duties of his office or has time come to exercise the provisions of the 25th Amendment?”

Impeachment proceedings begin in the House, where “representatives must charge an official of the federal government by approving, by simple majority vote, articles of impeachment,” according to the U.S. Senate website.

Once passed, articles are then sent to the Senate, where lawmakers will consider evidence, hear witnesses, and vote to acquit or convict the impeached official. The Constitution requires a “two-thirds vote of the Senate to convict, and the penalty for an impeached official upon conviction is removal from office.”

It is not the first time Rep. Taylor Greene has introduced Articles of Impeachment against Bien. She did so on January 21, the day after his inauguration.

“President Biden is even on tape admitting to a quid pro quo with the Ukrainian government threatening to withhold $1,000,000,000 in foreign aid if they did not do his bidding. President Biden residing in the White House is a threat to national security and he must be immediately impeached,” she said in January.

Coalition of America First Patriots Create "DePerno-Pulitzer V.O.T.E. Act" to Audit the 2020 Election in Michigan and Make Full Forensic Audits State Law

Matt DePerno, Jovan Pulitzer, and a consortium of America First Patriots have introduced the V.O.T.E. Act, a
Citizen Petition Initiative (CPI) to audit the 2020 General Election and make full forensic audits state law in Michigan. A final version of the CPI is expected to be released next week. The citizen’s initiative format is designed to circumvent Governor Whitmer’s veto.

The V.O.T.E Act differs from Rep. Steve Carra's original legislative bill in that it would forensically audit 100% of all 83 counties in the State of Michigan. The audit is expected to follow Arizona’s gold standard and include forensic analysis of physical ballots, a hand recount, chain of custody investigation, and machine and cyber evaluation. The CPI also reportedly includes penalties for counties and elected officials that fail to follow the law.

The coalition will need approval from the MI State Board of Canvassers to proceed: they hope to begin signature collection on October 1, 2021. The team will then have 180 days to obtain 350K signatures and submit those to the State Board of Canvassers for authentication. Their goal is to exceed 500K signatures in order to fortify the initiative against invalid participants and other mistakes.

Biden’s State Department Canceled a Critical State Department Program Aimed at Providing Swift and Safe Evacuations of Americans from Crisis Zones Just Months Before the Fall of Kabul | The National Pulse

The National Pulse reports: The “Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau” – which was designed to handle medical, diplomatic, and logistical support concerning Americans overseas – was paused by Anthony Blinken’s State Department earlier this year. Notification was officially signed just months before the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan. 

“SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED,” an official State Department document from the Biden State Department begins, before outlining the move [to] quash the Trump-era funding for the new bureau.

The document is dated June 11, 2021, though The National Pulse understands the decision to pause the program may have come as early as February, both undermining the original Trump-era date for the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, and certainly giving the Taliban time to threaten American assets and lives on the run up to Joe Biden’s September 11th date of withdrawal.

…Career officials inside the State Department objected to the Trump-era aim of creating a Contingency and Crisis Response bureau with the express purpose of avoiding a future Benghazi-style situation for Americans overseas.

Instead, Biden’s team revoked the funding and the approval for the plan, even as the COVID-19 crisis reasserted itself, and and Afghanistan withdrawal loomed.

Audit Wars: The Wisconsin Battle Begins — Rep. Brandtjen Is Fighting Back | Uncover DC

Wisconsin Democrats are kicking and screaming about the subpoenas issued by Rep. Janel Brandtjen to audit the 2020 election in Brown and Milwaukee counties.

Uncover DC reports:

Democrat Representative Mark Spreitzer requested an opinion on the subpoenas from a 3rd party Wisconsin Legislative Council. In a response memo, the Council claimed that the language in Wis. Stat. §13.31 requires subpoenas to include signatures from the Assembly speaker and the chief clerk of the Assembly.

Brandtjen countered with the following interpretation:

“I am aware that Wis. Stat. §13.31 provides an alternative pathway under which subpoenas may, but not exclusively must, be issued. The process outlined in that area of statute is limited to the presiding officer and chief clerk of the respective chamber and does not statutorily involve the chair of a standing committee in any manner in the issuance of the subpoena… I look forward to the commencement of the next step of the committee’s transparent, top-to bottom investigation next month.”

Democrat Governor Evers jumped on the Democrat tantrum train, stating that, “Hell no,” the county clerks should not comply with the subpoenas. Brandtjen responded, “One would think that if Governor Evers is so confident there were no issues, he would be more than willing to show it. What are they hiding?”

Meanwhile, Milwaukee County Clerk George Christenson predicts that “Any further review of the 2020 elections will come to the same conclusion as the recount and will accomplish nothing but waste taxpayer dollars.”  Brown County is still reviewing the subpoena.

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin (DPW) is quoted as saying the “Arizona-style Cyber Ninja circus” shows Speaker Vos “has lost control of his caucus,” and calls the subpoenas “absurd and unenforcable.”

They can complain but they can’t stop the audit train🚂

Coalition Launches Arizona Voter ID Ballot Initiative | Arizona Daily Independent

On Monday, a political committee, Arizonans for Voter ID, filed the “Arizonans for Voter ID Act” ballot initiative with the Secretary of State’s Office. Organizers say the initiative will make it easier to vote, but harder to cheat.

The purpose of the measure is to bring integrity and security to our election process by requiring that no matter how you vote or where you vote, you will be required to provide valid ID when casting your ballot.Arizonans for Voter ID,

The Voter ID Act is supported by a growing list of organizations including the Arizona Free Enterprise Club, Heritage Action, Honest Elections Project Action, Foundation for Government Accountability, the Goldwater Institute, the Republican Liberty Caucus of Arizona, AMAC Action, and Arizona Women of Action.

The initiative is expected to improve existing voter ID requirements for in-person voters, deter ballot harvesting by requiring ID from individuals returning a voter’s ballot, and require voter ID on mail in ballots. Voters would be required to write their date of birth and either the last four digits of their Social Security Number, Arizona driver’s license number, or nonoperating state identification number in addition to their signature.
