AG's Office Asks Secretary of State for Potential Evidence of Illegal Voting

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office has asked Secretary of State Katie Hobbs for potential evidence of illegal voting — a move that counters her request that he investigate a pressure campaign by former President Donald Trump’s allies to “stop the counting” last year.

The attorney general’s email response pointedly notes that Hobbs, a Democrat, hasn’t submitted referrals for double voting. It marks the first time in more than a decade a secretary of state has not done so.

Michigan Audit Update: Verbal UFC Match 🥊🧯Between Jovan Pulitzer and Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck | Santilli Show

Jovan has been fighting to reform the MI audit bill drafted by Rep. Steve Carra. The bill in its original form only specified an audit of 10% of randomly selected precincts and 20% of Wayne County precincts. Jovan explained that fraud can only be caught by auditing whole counties.

Although Jovan remains skeptical, Colbeck announced that Carra’s revised bill now calls for an audit of 100% of all Michigan counties and has an expanded budget of $20M. The amendments must be approved in a committee hearing before the updated bill will be publicly available.

Ultimately, Colbeck believes the the Michigan audit will follow Arizona’s path and go through a committee with subpoena power rather than passing via the legislative route. However, he emphasized the significance of the bill in offering a straw-man plan and getting the ball rolling for a full forensic audit initiated by the state legislature.

Arizona Senate President: Arizona Senate Doesn't Have Authority To Recall Electors | OANN

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann spoke with OANN about recalling electors on Friday. The Propaganda Press Washington Examiner reported:

“The Arizona Senate lacks the authority to recall electors, the legislative body’s Republican president said on Friday.

Fann told One America News Network that the Arizona Senate has the power to help the auditors get the materials and information they say they need (likely through more subpoenas, along with a door-to-door canvass), but the question of decertifying the election will be left up to others.

“The Senate body — we do not have the authority to do that. So, this is what we have said, and I want to make this very clear on the record,” Fann told host Natalie Harp.

“I am not saying there is no way it can be done. What I am saying is our Senate body does not have the authority to do it. However, we will turn [the audit’s findings] over to the Attorney Generals, not only on the state level, but on the federal level. And we will turn it over to Congress, and they can make those decisions. And that is, I’m saying, if there were any wrongdoings,” she said.

“But if, if, if those determinations show there was enough difference in a count of the electoral — particularly since it was such a small margin here as it was in some other states, then Congress is going to have to take care of that... There is no precedent for this.”

Fann’s statement is somewhat misleading. It’s true that the AZ State Senate alone does not have the authority to recall electors — that power is given to the State Legislature. The question is, can they reclaim electors 7+ months after the inauguration. The Constitution does not lay out a clear path for rectifying election fraud after electoral certification, but it also does not preclude redress.

The two parties are switching class constituents. Some 65% of the Americans making more than $500,000 a year are Democrats, and 74% of those who earn less than $100,000 a year are Republicans, according to IRS statistics. Gone are the days of working people automatically voting Democratic, or Republicans being caricatured as a party of stockbrokers on golf courses.

By 2018, Democratic representatives were in control of all 20 of the wealthiest congressional districts. In the recent presidential primaries and general election, 17 of the 20 wealthiest ZIP codes gave more money to Democratic candidates than to Republicans.

Class is fluid; race is immutable. So by fixating on race, the left believes that it can divide America into permanent victimizers and victims — at a time when race and class are increasingly disconnecting.
