Mastriano Discusses PA Audit

Senator Doug Mastriano joins JF Radio this morning to brief John Fredericks on the upcoming PA audit. Mastriano’s senate committee sent letters to 3 counties (Democrat Philadelphia and Republican York and Tioga) and has asked them to respond by July 31st. Mastriano expects challenges from Philadelphia.

The audit is designed to mimic the AZ “gold standard” and will include a full hand recount of the physical ballots, forensic analysis of the paper ballots, signature review, and forensic evaluation of the machines, including an investigation of any vote flipping, online activity, and unauthorized software.

Biden reportedly won Philadelphia by 477K votes (81.4%), similar to 2016 where Hilary won by a 455K margin (82.4%). Trump won York by ~59K votes (61.5%) and tiny Tioga by ~11K (74.7%).

The alleged OBiden victory margin in PA is 80K votes. Is there enough fraud in Philadelphia to prove Trump won?

War Room Interviews Lead Attorney in Trump Free Speech Case

John Coale, the lead lawyer in the Trump BigTech lawsuit and the man who took down Big Tobacco, tells Steve Bannon that they will be filing an injunction next week to try to reinstate suspended Twitter accounts.

“We also will be filing, in a day or two, a motion for preliminary injunction, which means we will hopefully get the court to order the platforms to put back not only Donald Trump but the people they’ve taken down.”

Removing accounts is considered “prior restraint,” the most egregious form of censorship — even the liberal members of the court abhor prior restraint. The case was filed in a Florida court overseen by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas: “He has the power to grant this motion.”

AZ Audit Double Checks the Ballot Count

The audit team met with the Senate last week to review the results. The Senate then decided they would like to double check the number of ballots reported by the audit via machine recount. This process can be viewed on the live feed cameras.

Cold Water Audit Updates from Ken Bennett: No Decertification and More Than 2,089,563 Ballots

Ken Bennett joined John Fredericks last night to review the status of the AZ audit and throw cold water on a number rumors:

• Ken reiterated that there will be no preliminary report. The full results will be released a few weeks after the audit is completed, probably sometime in August

• They have completed both the hand count and the forensic analysis of the ballots — he did not comment on the status of the machine evaluation, the envelope signature review, the canvass, or any down ballot examination

• The team is currently double and triple checking the tabulation, the “aggregation” of every ballot, and the ~90K tabulation sheets

• Ken says “they actually sent us more than 2,089,563 ballots” because of the duplicate ballots; there were about 20K - 25K damaged ballots that had to be duplicated and they are rechecking those numbers to make sure nothing is double counted

• If the audit reveals problems, Ken believes the Governor will call a special session this fall so that the legislature can address those issues

• John Fredericks asked Ken if the legislature has the power to decertify the electors. Ken responded: “No. There is no provision in AZ law currently to decertify the results canvassed last December.” Ken suggested they may need to create a new law to enable that in the future.

The 2020 presidential election is proving to be one of the most divisive and controversial in American history. But it wasn’t just the widespread anomalies and improbable record-setting numbers that have driven many Trump supporters to believe the election was “stolen.”

It was the media that did this. The years-long Russia hoax with the complicity of nearly the entire U.S. corporate media primed Trump supporters to expect shenanigans. When the suspect reports came piling in, many leapt to the conclusion it was all rigged.

“Shockwave”

On August 10-12, Mr Lindell is publicly releasing 34 Tb of PCAPs for over 3,000 counties in the US. Cyber experts from around the globe will be converging in Sioux Falls, SD to help translate them into useful information for the general public.

It is going to cause a shockwave across the country.

Essentially, PCAPs are recordings of chunks of internet traffic. Each PCAP contains immutable routing and timestamp information in addition to the content (data, code, and information).

Counties are typically divided up into dozens of precincts. The PCAPs were recorded before, during, and after the November 2020 election by white-hat hackers, and they were delivered to Mr Lindell on January 9th.

You don’t even necessarily need to understand what the information is... the fact that someone was successfully communicating with the election machines during the election is in itself alarming... and illegal…

“Why the delay?”

People are asking why Mr Lindell doesn’t just release the 34 Tb of PCAPs to the public immediately.

There are lots of good reasons. Here are some.

1) Only people with proper skills and training will know how to interpret the PCAPs. The information is volatile, so we want to make sure the job is done right.

2) There is a lot of collaboration and coordination that will be required, learning together, tabulating results, etc.

3) We are establishing quality controls and cross-checking strategies so that we can be confident that the final results are accurate.

4) We are predistributing samples to symposium registrants to qualify them for participation.

5) There are many logistical and security issues to consider. Lots of planning has been taking place, including identification of a suitable venue and reservation of a thousand hotel rooms.

6) There are several legal and chain of custody issues that are in play.

7) As the data are emerging, we may learn things that require careful treatment.

I have also been anxious to release these data sooner rather than later. But I see the wisdom in doing the release carefully and systematically. An immense amount of legal work and planning has gone into this over several months. I respect the people involved, and every time I ask these sorts of questions of them, their answers make sense and reveal the product of a great deal of careful thought and planning.

I know, it is tough to be patient. I’ve been privy to a few of the details along the way, and I have shared them as I am able. For example, the number of counties has recently increased to over 3,000. Based upon what I’ve already seen, we know that EVERY state has been hacked and tracked.

There are people already working on them, and some of that work has already been featured in the documovies “Absolute Proof,” “Absolute Interference,” and “Absolutely 9-0.”
