Report: Over 168,000 Ballots Missing Chain of Custody in Cobb County, GA

Georgia Gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Kandiss Taylor, released a report yesterday identifying over 168,000 ballots in Cobb County, Georgia missing required chain of custody documentation. 

The report finds that the Cobb County Elections Director had data drives with election data taken to a separate location and printed tabulation tapes from a different machine.

Kandiss writes, “Cobb County had 174,979 Early Advance votes.  Only 6,057 early advanced votes were processed correctly.  The result of this action is that 168,922 early advanced votes have no chain of custody, violated the vote security of the citizens of Cobb County, and therefore put into question the validity of the Cobb County votes.”

Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano Introduces 2020 Election Audit Plan

Sen. Doug Mastriano, a rising force in Pennsylvania’s ultra-conservative circles who has talked of his desire to bring an Arizona-style audit to Pennsylvania, led a private briefing Wednesday for Republican senators on his plan.

Mastriano also solicited legal advice from a Philadelphia-based law firm about the Senate Republican caucus using private money to finance consultants and lawyers.

The law firm’s response letter, dated Tuesday, was obtained by The Associated Press.

“While we cannot predict how the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would decide the issue, in our opinion, to a reasonable degree of legal certainty, Pennsylvania law does not prohibit the Caucus or Committee from accepting or benefiting from such financial support,” lawyer Bruce S. Marks wrote.

More on the Georgia Cesspool: “It’s the duty of the GA Legislature to decertify the election results.”

Patrick Leahy follows up the John Solomon War Room interview earlier today. He points out:

1) the drop boxes used in the GA 2020 election were statutorily unauthorized

2) 8 months after the election, chain of custody documents for 316K absentee ballots are missing. This number doesn’t even factor in the 168K Cobb County ballots that Kandiss Taylor mentioned in her report yesterday.

On Wednesday, Ratffensperger🐀 told John Solomon that he was going to put Fulton County in receivership because their elections were run so poorly. Yet, on 11/17, without looking at a single chain of custody document, Ratman certified the election.

Leahy: “It is the duty, in my view, of the GA State Legislature to convene and decertify the election results there.” Violation of election code rules and insufficient chain of custody documentation across the state should trigger decertification.

Arizona Auditors ‘Still Waiting’ for ‘Missing Items’ Subpoenaed From Maricopa County: Senate Leader

Republican Senate Majority Leader Karen Fann, in response to questions about the possibility of subpoenas being issued, told The Epoch Times that her office and auditors are “still waiting for the Maricopa County Supervisors to provide us with the missing items on the original subpoena as ordered by the court.”

“The Arizona Senate has extended our contract with the State Fairgrounds for two weeks at the Wesley Bolin building. Our vendor is finishing the aggregation process which is double and triple-checking the tallies of the hand counts, spreadsheet, tally sheets, image scanning etc.,” she continued in an email. “This is a critical step to ensure the tallies can be accurately verified which will give us a path forward in completing the audit.”

Ken Bennett told NBC News that the count is finished but, according to him, “the audit is just starting.” Election reviewers, Bennett added, recently obtained documents that are crucial to the process.

“Those documents are critical to understanding how many ballots were taken out of every almost every batch and sent to duplication and therefore have to be accounted for in accounting for all of the ballots,” he said Thursday, referring to the logs about duplicate ballots. Those records, Bennett added, were obtained through AUDIT USA, an outside group supporting the audit.

The far-left liberal media is going to have a hard time arguing against forensic audits of elections that Trump and other republicans won. In fact, many liberals will even support these audits because there is already a coalition of Bernie supporters and progressives calling for audits of ES&S and red-state elections.

One of the biggest complaints of the left is that Trump supporters are only looking to audit swing states that Biden won, but in my opinion, this couldn't be further from the truth. This has always been about fixing a corrupt and broken election system.
