Fulton County Audit Update: Garland Favorito Responds to Judge Amero’s Ruling - A Big Win for Us

Although some media outlets called Judge Amero’s ruling a defeat, Garland Favorito’s team considers this a significant victory. The government entity defendants were replaced with the lawsuit’s original individual board member defendants and importantly, the case was not dismissed, which moots future attempts to dismiss it. Garland notes that it will probably be another 30 days before they can begin the ballot inspection because the new parties will be given time to respond.

Garland Favorito: We were really pleased that the court has ruled in our favor for the fifth time… It mooted the attempt to dismiss our case and that’s why we think it’s a significant victory for us… And by the way, this is being portrayed as a loss for us in one or two of the media. But actually, it’s really funny, it’s actually a victory. This continues the string of victories we have. We obtained the original protective order, we got the provisional approval to inspect the ballots, we got access to ballot images, we got the order to unseal the ballots. So every time we’ve gone to court we’ve come up with some victory.”

Department of Justice sues Georgia over voting law

The Department of Justice is suing the state of Georgia over its controversial new law imposing a number of restrictions on voting, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Friday.

"Today, the Department of Justice is suing the state of Georgia," Garland said. “Our complaint alleges that recent changes to Georgia's election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right of Black Georgians to vote on account of their race or color, in violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.”

AZ Audit Update: Paper Analysis COMPLETED – Team Vacating Coliseum – What’s Next!?

It appears that the Arizona audit has finally finished with the paper evaluation phase — they are now removing tables from the floor. Volunteers slammed a box closed and everyone cheered in celebration. We believe this was the last box.

The audit team is still lacking the subpoenaed routers, logs and passwords, so litigation is expected in order to obtain that information. They will need this information to complete the full forensic audit. Legislative subpoenas for this data were issued on January 13, 2021.

Christina Bobb reported on One America News that she anticipates the results will be released in two phases. On Monday we may see a preliminary report, which details the accuracy of the number of certified ballots. [The release of initial ballot count findings has not been confirmed by the audit team or the Senate.]

Sometime in August, we should expect to see the full forensic report. At that point, we will know if Attorney General Brnovich needs to get involved to pursue an investigation.
