Joe Biden attacked Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) claiming he wasn’t able to pass his voting agenda because they tended to vote with Republicans. We reported how that was a lie, that actually Manchin and Sinema have voted with Biden 100% of the time so far.

Sinema confirmed that she would not be changing her mind on the question of the filibuster.

She was asked what she thought about people saying that it was a choice between the filibuster and “democracy.” Sinema turned that around on them, saying that was a “false choice,” that, indeed, it’s the filibuster that protects democracy.

The Lindell team decoded 20 of the thousands of PCAPs they obtained. Just 20 revealed more than 500K votes switched from Trump to Biden in MI, AZ, PA, and GA - enough to flip the election to Trump. Lindell alleges that millions of votes were ultimately switched via hacking by China.

Lindell is suing Dominion and Smartmatic on 6 counts: abuse of process (weaponizing litigation to quash political dissent and silence the truth about critical security flaws in the voting machines), defamation, racketeering, violations of support and advocacy (conspiring to subvert a citizen’s right to support lawful electors), civil rights violations, and conspiracy. He seeks relief in the form of monetary damages.

“In short, Plaintiff Lindell brings this lawsuit to put an end to Dominion’s and Smartmatics’ campaign of “lawfare” against those who criticize their electronic voting machines, or who question their role in the indisputably suspect conduct of the 2020 President Election.”

Senator Dush talks about the glaring discrepancies in the 2020 PA election that have constituents up in arms and offers praise for the AZ audit. He commends the audit’s transparency and describes the meticulous chain-of-custody protocols — “the ballots even go back into the box in the exact same order they were received for counting.” Dush mentions that the AZ audit has already compiled a petabyte of data so that anyone will be able verify the final results.

The AZ audit team has offered the PA legislators guidance in terms of what to look for during an audit and what materials to preserve in advance. Pennsylvania Election Integrity Updates

Audit the Vote PA has over 70,000 signatures in support of a full forensic audit there. Over 50,000 of those signatures are Pennsylvania residents, and the goal is to have 100,000 locals sign. They’ve had a supporter fund a billboard this week.

Despite the outcry, Representative Seth Grove, the Chairman of the PA House State Government Committee, who has led hearings on the Pennsylvania election process, is trying to shutdown efforts to get an audit. Grove tweeted, “The PA House of Representatives will not be authorizing any further audits on any previous election. We are focused on fixing our broken election law to make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.”

Teddy Daniels, a Purple Heart Afghanistan Veteran and a retired police officer running for U.S. House representing Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional district, responded, “No, Rep Grove, you will audit the 2020 results or see a primary challenger. Your job is to represent the people, not your own precious political career. Go right or go home.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Talks About the Election Integrity Battle: “Texas Could Have Gone the Route of GA”

Great TGP interview with Patriot Ken Paxton. Ken describes a well-funded national lawfare campaign to change election laws in liberal counties to enable outcome-altering fraud in the 2020 election. We now know that this election law strategy relied on the false COVID lockdown narrative propagated by BigTech and Fauci the Fraud — that’s why we had to have tests that generated high numbers of false positives, falsely attributed COVID fatalities, asymptomatic spread lies, bogus mask policies, and suppression of life-saving treatments.

Texas fought and won 12 election law lawsuits. If Texas had lost even one, “we would have been GA — we would have been counting votes in [blue] Harris County or Travis County until they found enough votes to win,” Paxton said.

Paxton believes that Texas was on the “list” - it was supposed to be a battleground state: “Biden won all those states that stopped counting by a small number of votes — that would have been Texas.” GA and the other swing states disenfranchised all of our votes by allowing the Stacy Abrams to dictate election laws that sanction fraud.

Gov. Abbott: 'Texas Is Going to Start Arresting Everybody Coming Across the Border'🔥

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has proposed a novel and likely effective solution to remedy the ongoing border crisis: arresting everyone who illegally enters his state.

In a clip from a Fox News interview posted on Sean Hannity’s website on Thursday, the Republican governor made it clear that Texas will do everything it can to defend itself from the unprecedented masses of illegal immigrants flooding the border and seeking to take advantage of the Biden administration’s lax policies, including leveraging the disaster declaration to make the necessary arrests of illegal immigrants.

“We’re about to change the way that Texas addresses the challenges along the border,” Abbott said, “and we’re going to start by helping these 34 counties [along the border] respond by increasing arrests. We got a new game in town in the state of Texas that’s going to begin next week.”

“The law that I’m going to use will be legal ways in which Texas is going to start arresting everybody coming across the border,” he said. “Not just arresting them, but because this is now going to be aggravated trespass, they’re going to be spending a half a year in jail if not a year in jail, as well as other actions that I will be announcing next week.”

Federal Judge Overturns California’s AR15 Ban

If you can believe it, a Federal judge in California has overturned the state’s onerous AR15 and “assault weapons” ban.

In a lawsuit presented by plaintiff James Miller, Judge Roger Benitez of California’s Southern District (George W. Bush appointee) ripped the state’s law, referring to it as a “failed experiment” and stating “State level assault weapon bans that remain in effect have little to show.”

Judge Benitez: “You might not know it, but this case is about what should be a muscular constitutional right and whether a state can force a gun policy choice that impinges on that right with a 30-year-old failed experiment. It should be an easy question and answer. Government is not free to impose its own new policy choices on American citizens where Constitutional rights are concerned.”

Arizona Audit: Third Shift Counts Ballots All Night — Hand Count Could Be Finished This Week!

The floor is starting to add more forensic tables after they removed 12 counting tables because they are so close to completion.

On Friday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Audit had reached 67% of ballots counted. At the time, they had 10 untouched pallets on the floor. Now there are seven pallets remaining. At this pace, we could expect the hand counting process to be finished this week!

With the increase in forensic tables, the audit should be completed in its entirety very soon.
