Benson is claiming that the clerks have "no authority" to issue and conduct an audit at the county level. Her letters are being backed by Dominion, who is also issuing letters of warning to every county using their machines that any audit could void licensing agreements and nullify their official use.
Dominion stated in the letter that "unaccredited" auditors aren't allowed to take possession of their software for audit purposes. However, currently there is no accreditation system for firms that conduct forensic election audits.
The US EAC only certifies for election equipment testing via logic and accuracy tests. Dominion’s audit objection is baseless — system function checks do not qualify as an audit.

The CDC is altering data logging and testing guidelines to make it seem like covid “vaccines” are effective at preventing the alleged disease. Based on these new guidelines:
Person A - not vaccinated: They test positive using a PCR test at 40 cycles. Despite having no symptoms, they are an official “covid case”.
Person B - vaccinated. They test positive at 28 cycles. They spend weeks bedridden with a high fever. Because they never went into a hospital and didn’t die they are NOT a Covid case.
Person C - also vaccinated, died. After weeks in hospital with fever & respiratory problems. Only their positive PCR test was 29 cycles, so they’re not officially a Covid case either.
The CDC is demonstrating the beauty of having a “disease” that can appear or disappear depending on how you measure it.
To be clear: If this policy had been in place since Dec 2019, there wouldn't have been a pandemic.
