EAC Inspector General May Actually Have a Backbone: Government Agency Warns That Dominion Uses Cellular Modems That Could ‘Wreak Havoc On An Election’ | National File

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) believes Dominion Voting Systems machines in Michigan use “modem transmission features” and “do not match the EAC-certified system configuration,” according to a February 2021 letter the inspector general of the EAC sent to U.S. Congressman Bill Posey, which was obtained by National File. A top Dominion executive reportedly testified that his machines use cellular modems, which experts previously said “make Michigan elections vulnerable.”

Dominion CEO John Poulos reportedly testified on December 15 that while Dominion machines are not connected to the Internet, in some places they use cellular modems to transmit results after hours. According to a letter from the office of the inspector general for the EAC to Congressman Posey:

“EAC believes Michigan may use modem transmission features in at least some of its Dominion voting systems. Dominion has not applied through EAC for certification of a voting system configuration that includes modem transmission, so if Michigan’s Dominion systems use modem 4 transmission, their systems do not match the EAC-certified system configuration.”

Posey referenced the letter in a March 2021 press release:

“(1) prohibiting voting machines from connecting to the Internet, (2) requiring election hardware and software be American made, and (3) ensuring that election machines are fully auditable and that elections officials could no longer deny audits due to proprietary software or hardware issues.  Unfortunately, these amendments were blocked and not allowed to be voted on by the House.”

“Why should the votes of the American people be subject to counting by foreign equipment that cannot be audited and that may be connected to the Internet? My amendments would promote election security by banning all three of these things,” Congressman Posey stated.

In October 2018, the Detroit Free Press ran the headline, Experts: Cellular modems make Michigan elections vulnerable, citing another October 2018 EAC letter to the U.S. DHS:

“The convenience of transmitting vote totals online does not outweigh the need of the American people to be assured their votes will be accurately transmitted and counted,” the letter said.

Elections Should Be Grounded in Evidence, Not Blind Trust

The way we conduct elections does not routinely produce public evidence that outcomes are correct.

Furthermore, despite large investments since 2016, voting technology remains vulnerable to hacking, bugs, and human error. A report by the National Academies into the 2016 election process concluded that “there is no realistic mechanism to fully secure vote casting and tabulation computer systems from cyber threats.” …the big-picture lesson from 2020 is that ensuring an accurate result is not enough. Elections also have to be able to prove to a skeptical public that the result really was accurate.

Are Voting Machines Connected to the Internet? | Defending the Republic

J. Alex Halderman of the University of Michigan cautions, “Many new voting machines come with 4G wireless modems so they can be connected to the internet from the polling place in order to upload the results faster.”

The EAC’s own Inspector General warned in a February 2021 letter that Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) machines in Michigan use “modem transmission features” and “do not match the EAC-certified system configuration.”

Dominion CEO John Poulos reportedly testified on December 15 that while Dominion machines are not connected to the Internet, in some places they use cellular modems to transmit results after hours.

In response to a question about wireless chip sets/ modems, the infamous Trump-hating Eric Coomer of DVS explained in a demo “we support a variety of them.”

And, attorney Matt DePerno found wireless modems installed in the Antrim County machines during his discovery.

The answer is yes.

There Were More Than 260K Duplicated and Adjudicated Ballots in Maricopa County

Maricopa County had 27,869 duplicated ballots & over 200,000 digitally adjudicated ballots according to court testimony by Elections Director Scott Jarrett during a hearing Dec 3 & 4, 2020. I believe all of those ballots all need to be fully forensically audited.

Who Adjudicated the 235K Ballots in Maricopa County❓🗳

The adjudication process determines the intent of the voter. The Coffee County, GA election supervisor demonstrated that Dominion’s adjudication function allows the supervisor to vote the ballot at their discretion, including overriding votes or voting blank ballots.

Normal adjudication rates are typically less than 2%. Maricopa County had an error rate of more than 11% or approximately 235K ballots.

According to the Dominion contract (p. 18), Maricopa County ordered 20 adjudication terminals. Who was manning these 20 terminals? Were bipartisan observers present?

The contract also claims that the adjudications are traceable (p. 26): “After a ballot is adjudicated, the ballot image is appended with a record of that decision including the user’s name, action taken by the user, and date and time of the action.” Adjudication files were among those found to have been deleted. Fortunately, they were recovered.

High adjudication rates open the door to outcome-altering fraud. We agree with Kelli Ward - the adjudicated ballots and their log files should be meticulously scrutinized.

• Judge declared this case is of substantial constitutional importance to the First Amendment

• Judge also stated that this case will likely be "a Law School exam in Constitutional Law"

• Judge arranged Constitutional Lawyer to brief Dr. Shiva’s side of the case to ensure a level playing field given the importance of the historic questions for the future of Freedom in the United States

• Judge stated that he is inclined to accept that Twitter's action was a State Action given that the State conceded that they - the Government of Massachusetts - did silence Dr. Shiva at least once.

Arizona Currently Considering Measure to Make Audits🇱🇷 Permanent! Full Results of Maricopa Audit May Be Delayed Until Fall 🤨 | Just the News

AZ State Rep Jake Hoffman spoke with Just the News about the Arizona audit.

The good news is that despite the “war” with Maricopa County, the audit is continuing as planned — “all the things that were originally planned are still happening.” [We hope this includes canvassing!]

The bad news is that finishing the hand-count, ballot forensics, equipment analysis, and preparing the public report is likely to take longer than originally estimated. Full results are now expected to be released sometime between August and October.

Our forecast for an end-of-June audit completion date and end-of-July results release date hinged on full 46-table counting capacity. However, as of today, only 28 tables were working. The audit team is also encountering more hurdles in the form of obstruction, withheld evidence, and missing ballots, IDs, documentation, etc.

Hoffman brought up a great point. The USPS bleeds billions every year. The DMV is famously mismanaged. Why would a government-run election system be any exception? He mentioned that AZ is currently trying to pass a measure “hopefully through the budget process” that will designate a fund to conduct “audits of counties and elections on a regular basis.”🇺🇸💪
