BREAKING: GA JUDGE ALLOWS FURTHER SCAN OF MAIL-IN BALLOT INSPECTION IN FULTON COUNTY…GROUND ZERO OF ELECTION FRAUD…

In today’s Georgia audit hearing, Henry County, GA judge, the Honorable Brian J. Amero, ruled that Plaintiffs (VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito et al) will be allowed access to the physical mail-in ballots in Fulton County, which could show massive election fraud in GA during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and the follow-on runoff that decided control of the U.S. Senate for the Democrat Party, leading to full control of the American government.

Parties are to appear at the ballot storage location at 10AM May 28th. Ballots will be scanned at 600 dpi or higher. Protocol to be determined. Only county employees will be allowed to handle the ballots. There will be three audit observers present and the process will be filmed.

In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case.

VoterGA.org has been examining the ballot images at a low resolution since the hearing in April, and declared they need the actual physical ballots to understand the number of counterfeit ballots certified.

Fulton County attorneys pushed for a sampling of the ballots instead of access to all of the ballots. They particularly objected to access to physical ballots.

Fulton County attorneys also objected to expert witnesses testifying the number of ballot batches certified by Secretary of State Raffensperger in the previous ‘risk limiting audit’ were significantly different from the actual number of ballot image batches that were provided by state and county officials in court-ordered discovery in April.

A high number of ballots appear to have been counted twice,” declared the expert witness. There was an error rate in the batch data of 21%”
The ‘risk limiting audits’ conducted previously in the state of GA by SoS Raffensperger were shown in today’s hearing to be severely compromised.
The GA Attorney General’s office testified citizens have no right to audit the vote.

The results of ballot analysis in this case could show the U.S. Senate, and the presidency of the United States, were fraudulently certified.

Maricopa Dominion Contract Confirms What We Already Knew: Dominion is in Control

There was some hype yesterday about the Maricopa Dominion contract. Sadly, it was not a “nuclear bomb.” However the contract does point to serious questions about County election procedures and security and supports claims that Dominion is in charge:

* Dominion plays a “key role” in Maricopa County’s “Tabulation and Results Reporting,” as warrior Shelby Busch points out in her illuminating interview with Aaron Wagner. This corroborates what we heard during the November AZ election hearing in which observers testified that 2 Dominion employees “ran the entire election” and took external drives with early vote totals offsite at night. Coincidentally, Tabulation Results Reporting files were among those shown to have been deleted by the AZ audit team.

* The County is not allowed to investigate their own machines beyond simple logic & accuracy tests conducted by Dominion-affiliated firms. This is insane.

* Dominion source code is held in protected escrow custody and ONLY SoS Hobbs can access it and ONLY under limited circumstances i.e. in the event that Dominion is incapacitated. Interestingly, this stipulation violates Arizona’s own Election Procedures Manual, which states that the source code must be made available in the event of an audit.

* Dominion provided all network hubs, switches etc. to be set up as a stand-alone system, not connected to ANY OTHER system. So the County’s claims that router access would reveal private law enforcement information suggests that they are either incompetent and failed follow the self-contained internal network guidelines, they are catastrophically ignorant about network security, or they are liars. All the more reason to find a way to enforce the subpoena.

In her Dominion contract tweet summarizing “the goods,” Shelby also mentions that “the voting machines can be accessed through the internet.” However, we could not find the reference for this claim in the contract. The words “internet” and “remote” are listed in a few places but they didn’t provide much insight:

- page 24 states that the “Democracy Suite EMS will be hosted exclusively on the customers own internal network… that will not be connected to the internet.”

- page 34 of the contract regarding election support references “remote service availability.” However, no further details are given except for references to staff support phone numbers.

- page 35 of the contract discusses the “issuance of ballots through a remote accessible option…. where a ballot can be provided to a voter remotely.” However the contract goes on to state that this process does not require an internet connection.

With a GA judge ordering the audit of 145,000 mail-in ballots in Fulton County it is important to remember how events transpired on Nov. 3.

There were over 106,000 ballots adjudicated in Fulton County.

Video footage shows everyone cleared out of the State Farm Arena on election night, but 4-people stayed behind & continued to count ballots in private from around 10:30 pm until 1:00 am.

This included scanning the same sets of ballots multiple times.

In GA, Biden received 98% of a 23,487 batch of votes at 12:18 am.

The largest & most anomalous vote update happened at 1:34 am on Nov. 4, with 136,155 votes going to Biden and 29,115 votes going to Trump.

A statistical analysis of 8,954 vote updates, categorized this specific 1:34 am GA update as one of the top four most anomalous in the country.

There are nine witness affidavits testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden".

Interview with Plaintiff Garland Favorito in GA Election Fraud Case: ‘Ballot Images Do Not Add Up With Certified Results’

Host L Todd Wood speaks with regular guest Garland Favorito on the ruling today that gives VoterGA.org access to mail-in ballots in Fulton County, GA in election fraud case that has national implications.

Favorito: The SOS [Rat Raffensperger] filed the amicus brief because he wanted to hide the fact that the audit results don’t add up. There are certified Dominion results that don’t match the ballots that Fulton County has…. The audit was off by thousands of votes…The SoS controlled the audit and forced it to match the certified results. The data totals do not match the actual ballot images. During an interview with MSNBC, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs copped to coordinating subversion across state lines. EAC Inspector General May Actually Have a Backbone: Government Agency Warns That Dominion Uses Cellular Modems That Could ‘Wreak Havoc On An Election’ | National File

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) believes Dominion Voting Systems machines in Michigan use “modem transmission features” and “do not match the EAC-certified system configuration,” according to a February 2021 letter the inspector general of the EAC sent to U.S. Congressman Bill Posey, which was obtained by National File. A top Dominion executive reportedly testified that his machines use cellular modems, which experts previously said “make Michigan elections vulnerable.”

Dominion CEO John Poulos reportedly testified on December 15 that while Dominion machines are not connected to the Internet, in some places they use cellular modems to transmit results after hours. According to a letter from the office of the inspector general for the EAC to Congressman Posey:

“EAC believes Michigan may use modem transmission features in at least some of its Dominion voting systems. Dominion has not applied through EAC for certification of a voting system configuration that includes modem transmission, so if Michigan’s Dominion systems use modem 4 transmission, their systems do not match the EAC-certified system configuration.”

Posey referenced the letter in a March 2021 press release:

“(1) prohibiting voting machines from connecting to the Internet, (2) requiring election hardware and software be American made, and (3) ensuring that election machines are fully auditable and that elections officials could no longer deny audits due to proprietary software or hardware issues.  Unfortunately, these amendments were blocked and not allowed to be voted on by the House.”

“Why should the votes of the American people be subject to counting by foreign equipment that cannot be audited and that may be connected to the Internet? My amendments would promote election security by banning all three of these things,” Congressman Posey stated.

In October 2018, the Detroit Free Press ran the headline, Experts: Cellular modems make Michigan elections vulnerable, citing another October 2018 EAC letter to the U.S. DHS:

“The convenience of transmitting vote totals online does not outweigh the need of the American people to be assured their votes will be accurately transmitted and counted,” the letter said.
