Bailey got on his YouTube show soon after the judge dismissed the case as moot. Despite the ruling, Bailey said he and DePerno are not discouraged and somewhat expected this. They have an undisclosed legal strategy in place and have no intentions of letting the enemy win.

UPDATE: Voting Machines in Fayette County PA Are Not Counting GOP Votes - Fayette County Uses Dominion Voting Machines | TGP

Voting machines in Fayette County are only rejecting Republican ballots, according to Chris Varney, Judge of Elections.

At first, Varney was under the impression that there was a problem will the barcodes on all ballots, but it turns out only Republican ballots are being rejected.

The Fayette County government website says the county uses Dominion Voting machines — the county put in the Dominion machines in early 2020.

Today’s Antrim County ruling was a setback. But Deplorables are immune to setbacks at this point. We brush them off like flies. DePerno is just getting started and we have gained so much from his discovery — one step back but 20 steps forward.

DePerno: Antrim County is, in our view, a stepping stone. This isn’t all we’re working on. What we’ve gotten from Antrim County has been a gold mine. Antrim County is a piece of the puzzle. There are other states involved and certainly other counties within the state of MI.

We’ll file a motion to reconsider. We think there’s basis for the judge to reconsider… [The judge’s ruling] had zero to do with any evidence. This was entirely a very limited issue that he ruled on. And our judge gave the defendant (SOS Benson) the right to determine whether they did a proper audit. Then… we’ll file a case with the court of appeals. But [regardless of the court’s timeline]… we’re not stopped from continuing to find evidence and push out evidence that we discover. We’re going to continue to test and look at how these machines function because there’s a lot more to learn.

Arizona Audit Update: Many Duplicate Ballots Are Unverifiable Because Original Ballots Were Not Marked With Serial Number

"How can we match up duplicate ballots with the original if there is no identifiable original?” Ken Bennett says.

In the Senate hearing today, Arizona audit liaison, Ken Bennet, revealed a new glitch in the duplicate ballot portion of the hand recount. Duplicate ballots are copies of ballots that were unable to be read by vote tabulation machines. “We have batch after batch of duplicate ballots with IDs but there is no corresponding original ballot with an ID,” explained Bennett.

Former Secretary of State Ken Bennett's team uncovered the error just a few days ago, he told Senate President Karen Fann and Judicial Committee Chair Warren Petersen. Each damaged ballot and its associated duplicate ballot are supposed to have the same serial number to verify the accuracy of the duplicate ballot and ensure the votes are only counted once.

But he has found many batches of damaged ballots without the serial numbers that are on the duplicates, violating state law 16-621. "We are struggling as to how we're going to be able to match up" those damaged and duplicated ballots, Bennett said.

Six Months After the Election, Georgia Still Has Not Produced Chain of Custody Records for 333,000 Absentee Vote by Mail Ballots Deposited in Drop Boxes in 2020 Election

Joe Biden was certified as the victor of Georgia and its 16 Electoral College votes by a margin of 11,599 votes, or less than 0.25 percent of the 5 million votes cast in the November 3, 2020 presidential election in Georgia. According to the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, 1.3 million of those votes were cast as absentee vote by mail ballots.

Based on polling conducted by John McLaughlin & Associates, 700,000 of those absentee vote by mail ballots were sent via regular mail and 600,000 were deposited in the estimated 300 drop boxes located around the state and were manually picked up and transported by election workers to the local county registrar for subsequent counting.

More than six months after the November 3, 2020 election in Georgia, there are no chain of custody documents for 333,511 or 55.6 percent, of the estimated 600,000 absentee vote by mail ballots deposited in drop boxes and delivered to county registrars and counted in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

Thousands of Ballots Cast BEFORE They Were Picked Up from Drop Boxes in Georgia | War Room

Michael Patrick Leahy of Star News has issued FOIA requests for the ballot transfer documents related to the 600K mail-in ballots deposited in dropboxes in Georgia. Six months after the election, chain of custody information is missing for more than 300K ballots.

So far Leahy has been able to examine the transfer records for 59K of Fulton County’s drop box ballots. Of those, approximately 85% were not transported from the drop box “immediately” to the registrar as required by GA law. And about 5% of those have records stating they were delivered before they were picked up.

Only one active MI Republican legislator has spoken to DePerno — Rep. Matt Maddock. The rest are being told to shut up... or else. DePerno revealed this on his Tuesday night interview with The Gateway Pundit.

DePerno: "[They have been] told by their Caucus leaders that if they talk to me they will be removed from Committees, and their funding will be cut off for future elections."

Sadly, this isn't a new tactic. Michigan Conservatives Take Action learned this back in mid-April from a former legislator. Senators and Representatives "serve at the pleasure of the Speaker" rather than the people they've been elected to serve.
