AZ Audit May Expand To Include Down-Ballot Races

In his email distribution today, AZ Representative Mark Finchem declared the AZ Senate may look to expand their election audit to down-ballot races in the state:

The Arizona Senate is deciding whether expanding its audit of 2020 election ballots from Maricopa County should include all contests, not just for presidential electors and U.S. Senate. There is an interest in testing the voting machines by examining results from all of the races.

“It is important for constituents to remember that America has never witnessed a forensic audit of this magnitude. The Senate’s audit team is continually adjusting to what they find so that no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of accuracy concerning what will likely prove to be the most important elections event of the decade, if not the century,” said Rep. Mark Finchem.

In a public statement, the Senate’s Forensic Audit Liaison said, “We are looking [at] other companies to do a machine tabulation of all the races on the ballot to compare with the Dominion tabulation back in November. We will be looking at the images of all 2.1 million ballots.

The examination would not involve a physical recount like the one underway at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Rather, it would be a separate examination using digital images of each ballot.”

CBS News Poll of Republican Voters Is Final Stake in Heart of Cheney's Efforts | Video 😂

Eighty percent of Republicans agreed with the vote to remove Cheney. Of that group, their various reasons included her being “off-message, unsupportive of Mr. President Trump, and that she’s wrong about the 2020 presidential election.” Interestingly, even the twenty percent that didn’t agree said they were less likely to vote in Republican primaries, according to CBS, making them even less likely to be an important factor.

What happened to the almighty Dr. Fauci?

Last week he was on TV telling all of us that life wouldn’t get back to normal for at least another year or so, and this week he’s pretty much gone.

So what happened?

Well, a lot, actually.

The biggest turn for Fauci involves 3 little words: Gain of Function.

BREAKING — Matt DePerno's law office broken into, original venue cancels authorization for press conference after receiving threats

DePerno must be over the target. Friday night, DePerno's office was broken into in the latest of attacks against the lawyer, which have included multiple threats in the last few months to discontinue his pursuits of the Antrim County fraud case. DePerno said that nothing appeared to have been taken and that the break-in happened late in the evening.

On Sunday, a VFW representative called DePerno and told him that he couldn't use the venue for his press conference Monday morning. The hall had received threats from a person or group as yet unknown. DePerno is understandably disappointed and outraged.

“We get canceled just because someone threatens you?” DePerno asked. “Not only can you not express yourself by voting, but you can’t even talk about it anymore!”

The press conference will now be held at 11 a.m. ET at the American Legion Post 35 at 1231 Hastings St. Traverse City, MI 49686

🗣 CALL TO ACTION: Letter to Legislators Update

Email list here 🔗 Populist Revolt

To: Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, Speaker of the House Jason Wentworth, ALL Republican Senators and House Representatives.

Dear Senators and Representatives,

We demand a full forensic audit of the 2020 election. We will not rest until we get a legitimate, independent, forensic audit of the voting machines and 100% of the physical paper ballots.

You are in office to serve the People, yet you have ignored us for 6 months. Dodging our demands won’t get you re-elected. Courage and honor will. Stop cowering in your foxhole hoping the fight will end. Mistakes are recoverable. Cowardice is not.

Even Obama’s Security Advisor, Jake Braun, warned that: “ the 2020 election will be hacked no matter what we do — even if we’re more successful than I think we could be in securing our election. The question is, will we be able to identify the attacks before they can have an impact on the election — through things like audits of vote counts.”

Watch it for yourself: https://rumble.com/vg5z9x-cnn-exposes-grave-threat-of-voting-fraud.html

If you think the 2020 election was fraud-free, then prove it to us — using auditors we select.

Election integrity is a national crisis, not a partisan gripe. Do you job. Regain our trust. Save our Republic. Call for a full and complete forensic audit of the State of Michigan. You can start in Wayne County.

Signed,

A Patriot who votes
BREAKING: Antrim County, MI Press Conference Update — Tabulator tapes can be BACKDATED to Nov. 3 with post-election changes, Matt DePerno says

In this morning’s press conference, DePerno stated that his team discovered that the tabulator tapes that record election results can be changed after the fact. Using new ballots, votes can be run through the machines and a new tabulator tape can be printed with the altered information — and that tabulator tape can be BACKDATED to Election Day.

THIS IS HUGE!

💥*Republican* Ottowa County Clerk Justin Roebeck is the clerk who initially told all Michigan clerks to turn off their ballot imaging software for Election Day in June 2020

DePerno said in his press conference that Roebuck is responsible for recommending that clerks turn off all ballot imaging at the tabulator. It was previously known that Roebuck had been part of the email chain, but we didn't know that he also initiated the ballot image deletion suggestion. We don’t yet know how many clerks in Michigan decided to follow this suggestion.

Corruption truly has no political borders.

🇺🇲 Bring them all down. Call and email your Republican legislators NOW. Demand a full forensic audit.

Michigan House Was Granted Subpoena Power for Election Investigations in December And Has Done Nothing

In this morning’s press conference, DePerno said that the MI legislators have subpoena power (via the MI House Oversight Committee) to compel a county to bring forth ballots and conduct county- and state-wide investigations. This just became a law in December.

The Michigan House granted additional power to its Oversight Committee, which is investigating claims of irregularities in the Nov. 3 election.

The House voted Tuesday [12/15] to give the committee subpoena power, giving members authority to compel witnesses to testify and provide documents. The Oversight Committee plans to begin by issuing subpoenas for documents and election records from Detroit and Livonia. [Why have we heard nothing more about these investigations into Detroit and Livonia?]

“Regardless of our political affiliations, we should all agree that we must do more to restore the public’s trust in our voting procedures,” said Republican State Rep. Triston Cole of Mancelona. “We can begin that process by conducting a thorough and complete investigation that gets to the bottom of these reports and delivers the answers voters deserve. The Oversight Committee needs full access to accurate information to make sure that happens.” [This sounded good back in December — now it’s 5 months later why the radio silence on these investigations, Rep Cole?]

Maricopa County, AZ Meeting Summary: The Supervisors Offer No Substance — Continue Ostrich “Strategy” of Whiny, Self-Promotion

Chairman Jack Sellers began the session by saying, “I don’t want to comment on the particulars of her [Senator Fann’s] assertions… the Board is done explaining anything to the people conducting investigations into other people’s ballots.” He went on to describe the Senate’s investigation into the 2020 election as “grift disguised as an audit.”

County Recorder Stephen Richer was the only member to acknowledge the points in Senator Fann’s letter. However, he offered mostly complaints and insults — no new information:

— The County won’t offer access to the routers — Richer claims the Senate has no reason to request them.

— He reiterated that the County does not have the Dominion machine passwords and stated that the passwords were given to the logic & accuracy systems testers, Pro V&V and SLI, by Dominion. Although, the Pro V&V President recently stated that Dominion did not give them any passwords, the County provided the passwords and they were super user passwords, not admin passwords.

— Richer maintained that zero files were deleted,

— and asserted that Ken Bennett signed off on the chain of custody when he took possession of the ballots and machines.

— Finally, he blamed the missing ballots on Cyber Ninja’s lack of understanding of typical election system organizational processes.

Richer will release a technical letter responding to Senator Fann’s questions.

Sellers concluded the meeting by patting the Board on the back for doing an “outstanding job,” and reiterated, “I will not be responding to any more requests from this sham process…. Get ready to defend yourself in court.”

For a replay of the meeting:

Warrantless home gun confiscation is unconstitutional, Supreme Court rules unanimously

Excerpt: Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the unanimous opinion for the Supreme Court, stating that law enforcement can execute “many civic tasks in modern society,” but there is “not an open-ended license to perform them anywhere.”

“The very core of the Fourth Amendment,” Thomas wrote, is the “right of a man to retreat into his own home and there be free from unreasonable search and seizure.”

Some exceptions to the 4th Amendment do exist, including “exigent circumstances,” Forbes reported. For instance, if an officer sees an individual about to shoot another person through the window of a home, that officer has the right to enter the home to prevent the attack.

Maricopa Board of Supervisors Response to Senator Karen Fann

The Supervisors state they will not be attending the Senate’s Tuesday meeting to discuss Senator Fann’s letter.

What’s the next step? RINO swing vote Senator Paul Boyer will presumably vote NO on a contempt resolution that would authorize the Senate’s Sergeant at Arms to bring the Supervisors before the Senate — so, the Senate’s attorney, Kory Langhofer, will likely file a motion to compel. The court may also impose sanctions on the Supervisors for lack of compliance with the Senate’s January subpoena. Sanctions can be monetary and/ or they can penalize the Supervisors’ ability to make their case, e.g. via a summary judgement. The Senate may also issue new subpoenas to compel testimony regarding the other unanswered issues in Senator Fann’s letter.
