What You Need To Know: All about "Spoliation" from Jovan Hutton Pulitzer
📌 Spoliation of evidence is the intentional, reckless, or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, fabricating, or destroying of evidence relevant to a legal proceeding.
Pulitzer covered "Spoliation" because we just learned yesterday that Maricopa County voting machine evidence was deleted before the machines were delivered for the audit. This is something Michigan will need to be on the lookout for as we push for our own audit.
ℹ️ In short, yes: Spoliation is a crime, and an automatic admission of guilt.

New Amicus Brief Exposes AG’s Bad Faith on Election Transparency — Citizens Are Fighting Back!🔥😎 | CD Media
On Good Friday, April 2nd Georgia Attorney General (AG) Chris Carr attempted to crucify a critical transparency initiative that will help restore voter confidence in Georgia elections. Carr filed an amicus brief that day on behalf of Secretary of State (SOS) Brad Raffensperger to put the state on public record as adamantly opposing election transparency. The brief contends that Georgians have no right to view the November 3rd election ballots that four senior poll managers swore were counterfeit when auditing Fulton County mail-in ballots during a hand count audit conducted on November 14th and 15th.
Those images were granted to petitioners in the Fulton County mail-in ballot inspection lawsuit known as Favorito v. Cooney. The petitioners in that case immediately filed a reply brief explaining a variety of false arguments in Carr’s brief.
Carr’s brief is triggering a rash of non-partisan disgust statewide. The Constitution Party of Georgia (CPGA) has initiated a petition that details false premises of the brief, outlines its negative impact on Georgia voters and calls for Carr to leave public office. Various committees in his own Republican Party are unwilling to defend Carr and are circulating resolutions of censure, resignation or other punitive actions against him. CPGA Chairman Ricardo Davis summarized the danger of Carr’s most offensive and egregious claim: “It is outrageous for the Attorney General to threaten citizens with possible felony accusations when they exercise their legal rights to validate election results by inspecting the ballots.”
Last week the Tea Party Patriots Foundation (TPPF) entered their amicus brief in support of the citizen petitioners. CDM Press exclusively learned today that they are being joined by the Filipino, Latino, Asian Movement for Empowerment (FLAME). The new brief contains facts the Carr brief craftily omits:
▪ “Original ballots in Georgia are the ‘best evidence’ and the only evidence to conduct a valid forensic audit of the public records at issue.”
▪ “The Court has already ruled the images of the ballot must be turned over and not excluded under any exception under the Act, making the content of the ballots public record.”
▪ “The Secretary of State of Georgia is already mandated to permit the public inspection of original ballots…”
▪ “Fulton County did not conduct a transparent collection and tabulation process which has aggravated the erosion of public trust in Georgia elections.”
In regards to Fulton’s State Farm Arena mail-in ballot processing, the brief points out that:
▪ “Fulton County’s absentee ballot processing suffered from massive procedural failures, especially in regards to chain of custody of original ballots, which calls into question the validity of tens of thousands of absentee ballots.”
▪ “Fulton County conducted illegal ballot counting under cover of darkness.”
▪ “In reality, Secretary Raffensperger conducted a superficial inquiry under the auspices of his own office’s Chief Investigator Frances Watson, who falsely concluded under oath that the election monitors simply left on their own.”
The TPFF brief also cites statistics of potential statewide fraud not investigated by Raffensperger:
▪ “The state’s own admissions belie their assertion the election was secure.”
▪ “There are no chain of custody records for 355,918, or 59.3%, mail -in ballots deposited in drop boxes.”
▪ “Analysis of the SOS’s official voter data shows that absentee ballot rejection rates declined from 2.91% and 3.47% in the 2016 and 2018 elections, respectively, to .34% in the 2020 election.”
The new brief counters Carr’s argument:
▪ “Georgia law states that the SOS shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if he or any employees of his office ‘willfully refuses to permit the public inspection or copying of the records’ in accordance with Open Records Law.” [O.C.G.A. 50-18-74]

The Supervisors claim the Senate’s allegations are “false and ill-informed.” Sellers demands an immediate retraction. The Board will hold a public meeting on Monday to "refute lies and lay out facts about these issues."

What do missing files, ballot claims around the Maricopa county election audit mean?
Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann (R- Prescott) sent a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors informing them that auditors have discovered “serious issues.”
TGP’s Jordan Conradson Interviews AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Following Karen Fann’s Letter to the Maricopa Supervisors
Ken Bennett told Jordan Conradson that the audit team has counted and examined close to 500,000 ballots at this point. That is nearly one-quarter of the 2.1 million total to be examined. They had more tables today up and running than any other day. Nearly 29 tables were examining ballots at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum — but that is still far below the 46 table hoped-for capacity.
Regarding the Board of Supervisors, Ken said there is no allegation of a criminal act yet. They are waiting to learn if there is an explanation for the deletions and ballot issues, and hope to receive the chain of custody documents and remaining subpoenaed items.
Bennett clarified the significance of the missing ballots: Even 2-3 missing ballots in a 200 ballot batch is notable because the election in Arizona was decided by 2 out of 800. Even if you have a 1-2 variance in a batch of 200, that’s a significant variance in a race that was as close as 2 out of 800.

Windham, NH Audit Update: Observers Question Why Dominion Rep Spends Day At Facility | UncoverDC
Friday marks day four of the forensic audit in Windham, NH. Day three came to a close, leaving election integrity advocates, once again, with mounting concerns over the “chaotic” process and with a burgeoning list of unanswered questions, including why a representative from Dominion Voting Systems was at the audit facility.
Disturbed over learning the 24-hour live stream video of the audit was turned off for two hours Wednesday night, Thursday got started with Harri Hursti, the auditor selected by Secretary of State Bill Gardner and Attorney General John M. Formella, attempting to explain, unsuccessfully, what happened.
In a state that is no stranger to voter fraud, uncertainty over ballot boxes received from the SoS’s office for the audit also led to skepticism on Thursday. Mazur questioned Phillip Stark, the third auditor chosen jointly by the Board of Selectmen and the SoS and AG, about the broken chain of custody with the ballot boxes. After the November recount in Windham, twenty-two boxes of ballots were sent back to the SoS. For the current forensic audit, 26 boxes were received from the SoS, leaving four boxes with “unknown materials.”
Towards the end of the day, Mazur and Ken Eyring, who said he has zero confidence in the process right now, commented that the live stream cameras are still a problem, prohibiting any transparent and integrity-driven assurances in the audit process. Because of the inadequate cameras, ballots are being handled off-camera, and Eyring expressed concern over “comments that are made to provide plausible deniability, but we’re not buying any of it.”

Windham, NH Audit Update: Observers Question Why Dominion Rep Spends Day At Facility - UncoverDC
Day four of the forensic audit in Windham, NH begins Friday, with concerns surrounding the sighting Thursday of a Dominion Rep at the audit.
Why Was an Associate NH AG Caught On Camera with the “Secured” Windham Ballots at 11:15 PM Wed Night (Then the Cameras Go Out)?
Before the security camera footage went out for about an hour, we see an image of a member of the NH Associate AG Anne Edwards walking toward a table covered with “secured” ballots – from the November election in Windham.
But why was Ann Edwards from the NH AG’s office even there at that hour?
At 11:15 pm on Wednesday.
And then the cameras go black for over an hour.
According to my source, on Thursday morning, there were four more boxes of ballots than the original number signed off by Nicole from the Town of Windham. The Windham clerk signed off 23 boxes but the auditors have 27?
Why is the LHS Associates guy, Jeff Silvestro, whose business stands to lose large if these ballot-counting machines prove to be the source of the problem (we use them all over the state), there every day all day chatting up the NH AG’s office reps on site, Ann Edwards and Nick Chong Yen?
The chain of custody records are not correct. They are missing documents (more on that later). We potentially have boxes of ballots appearing overnight that were not originally included. The NH AG’s office has taken over, and they are warm and fuzzy with the guy who has the most to lose if the audit reveals that the discrepancies are a result of his equipment.

RE: Steve Macdonald's Why Was an Associate NH AG Caught On Camera with the “Secured” Windham Ballots at 11:15 PM Wed Night (Then the Cameras Go Out)? article: I believe that image was taken after the cameras were brought back on. I witnessed some of the outage which I understand began around 9:30 and ended around 11:11, and this image is from after it ended, when Anne Edwards was shown explaining that the cameras had been down but they believed the building was secure. Anyway, that's my understanding and what I remember watching of the incident. Presumably, AE was brought over because of the cameras being down.
I believe this article may have incorrect information, please verify it. Otherwise it's a contribution to fake news. The news that is verifiable is that the cameras were down for an extended period and that the assistant AG was there right after—that in itself is where the focus should be.

Maricopa Supervisor Clint Hickman Joins the Mike Broomhead Show — Says He Will Not Attend the Tuesday Senate Meeting | Mike Broomhead Show
Whiny Clint Hickman spent the majority of his 9 minutes complaining rather than explaining.
Responding to Broomhead’s question about the deleted files, he stated that he was no IT expert but claimed they do have “all the materials copied.”
Hickman concluded by saying, “I absolutely will not come down on Tuesday. Other Board members can make their own decisions — but I don’t think there will be too much attendance.”
So what’s next President Fann? If they ignore the Senate’s request to meet on Tuesday and continue to withhold subpoenaed routers and passwords — how will the Senate enforce its subpoena without arrest authority and with a Soros-pawn for a Sheriff?

What he doesn't know about Drew McKissKiss in SC is that Drew is on video acknowledging Biden as legitimate, Drew and Lindsey Graham are on the verge of making Myrtle Beach, SC the next Atlantic City with the casino deals being made.
Drew McChicken has also ignored all questions and debates for this position and won't disclose any delegate lists to any of the other candidates (illegal) on top of that, he doesn't want the convention in person which leaves great room for cheating.
Don't forget SC has the most progressive Republican legislature in the country as well.
Trump should stop endorsing RINOs who only support him for his endorsements like Beijing Mitch, Mitt Romney, Brian Kemp, Doug Ducey, etc
I know for a fact he doesn't sit there and research these people

Dominion Systems Testing Firm, Pro V&V, Provides Insight RE Missing Passwords | TGP
According to Pro V&V President, Jack Cobb, Maricopa County has the super user passwords but not the admin passwords. Only Dominion Voting Systems has the admin passwords and only admin users can modify the SQL database. EAC testing firms like Pro V&V do not require admin passwords — they perform their checks using super user passwords.
On Thursday, Dominion stated they “voluntarily supply access to their election equipment only to vendors accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). We happily did so for the accredited providers (vendors) that Maricopa hired for auditing”. However, this is not true. According to audit vendor Pro V&V, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) provided [super user] passwords directly to Maricopa Board of Election employees. And those employees logged into the equipment themselves, allowing auditors system access.
Pro V&V President Jack Cobb stated: “The admin user and password have GOD powers. Note the Antrim County Michigan hack – where someone had admin user and password access, and with that you can do anything. All databases in all industries need this function. The super user login can perform any (admin level) function EXCEPT altering the SQL database. We don’t even ask for those credentials on a fielded system because they are so powerful there is a risk that we get accused of changing something.”
Mr. Cobb also said: “Neither Pro V&V or Maricopa County has the admin User access passwords. Maricopa may have thought their super user passwords were the admin level but they are just super users passwords. We had them put in the passwords themselves. Maricopa could give these to the (Cyber Ninja) auditors and they still can’t do what they want. This is a “Red Herring”.
Although the Arizona State Legislature has the right to inspect Federal & State Elections by law, DVS stated they WILL NOT supply passwords to the State Legislature, or any of its auditors. Dominion expects the thousands of election jurisdictions that might want equipment passwords for audits to choose from only two audit vendors. That’s right, there are only two EAC accredited vendors left to choose from. Although the EAC website lists three, NTS Huntsville said by phone “were out, no longer doing that”. Over the past few years five other vendors have removed themselves from EAC accreditation. Why?
Cobb continued: “A jurisdiction has the option of requiring admin user and super user access with their Dominion system. Maricopa County is leasing their equipment, so Dominion has this information. In Antrim they own the system, set it, and control this level of access. Antrim gave admin user access to the guy who reviewed (inspected) their system. Dominion Voting Systems can’t do anything in Antrim because admin users and those passwords were all set by Antrim. The only way to access Antrim Admin is if they provide that access, or try to hack it”.
In response to the Arizona Senate’s recent letter exposing a missing County election database, Mr. Cobb said:
“The information they are saying is not there (is gone) may be just county test data, or even my audit data. I am also not sure they know what they are looking for. I don’t have enough information to comment. I don’t know about ballot handling or document production.”
