In all 11 Arizona counties for which Dr Frank had data, he is able to predict the number of returned ballots with near perfect accuracy; his predicted values have a 99.2% average correlation with the actual returned ballot numbers. The odds of a human-behavior forecast achieving a near 100% correlation with the actual results is infinitesimal.
Based on his research, Dr Frank estimates that Maricopa County had 200K shadow (fake) ballots. He concludes that “ballots are harvested at the precinct level, managed at the county level, and decided at the state level.”

It took five days last November for vote-counters to find enough mail-in ballots for Joe Biden for the Democrat press corps to declare him the winner, and in the voting precincts where Trump leads disappeared over those days, transparency was nowhere to be seen. Vote-counters covered windows with cardboard to block outside observation of any kind; counting paused and restarted in secret; and ad hoc procedures were established on the fly and without consistency from one precinct to the next when determining whether to include ballots lacking legally required voter identification metrics, including even the rudimentary safety protocol of a loosely matching voter signature. OUTRAGEOUS: Maricopa County Attorney Claims They Can’t Provide Routers and Passwords to Auditors – Here’s Why This Is Dubious | TGP
On May 3rd, the Maricopa County Attorney’s office issued a statement explaining that they would not be able to provide the routers and passwords requested by the auditors. .
The first paragraph of the County’s response letter claims:
“delivering routers, or “virtual images” of routers, posed a significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies. We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it”.
As GOP Chair Kelli Ward described in her video this morning, this response is nonsensical because, according to a Gateway Pundit IT expert, routers only show the traffic between entities. Routers record date and time stamps of traffic flow to/from entities and these timestamps are by the second and are not editable.
In the second paragraph, the County states:
“Providing routers or virtual images of routers puts sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County’s citizens— including social security numbers and protected health information at risk as well. As a result, the County cannot at this time provide the virtual images of routers. The County knows that the Senate would not want to do anything that would endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.”
Since the routers don’t record and save the information transferred to and from the County it is not possible to see any data with social security numbers and health info in routers. This is total BS – said one of the Gateway Pundit experts who teviewed the County’s statement.
In the fourth and final paragraph the County addresses their inability to provide passwords:
“Additionally, you wrote me on April 30, 2021, asking that the County provide additional passwords, user names, and/or security keys utilized with the County’s precinct-based tabulators. The County has provided every password, user name, and security key in its custody or control, as commanded by the Senate’s subpoenas, and does not have any others.”
This is extremely concerning. The County needs the admin system passwords to run their election systems. If their claim is true, it suggests that the County ceded supervisory authority of their election tabulators to another entity. Unfortunately, several reports point to evidence that partisan Dominion was in full control of the Maricopa County election operations:

DePerno asserts, “There was fraud in the coding process, fraud in the election reporting process, fraud in the results reporting process, and fraud by the SOS in Michigan when she declared this was the safest election in the history of the country and this was human error.”
DePerno notes that he received some criticism about his vote switch video
by those claiming that it showed what could happen not what actually happened — that it was a theory. Team DePerno spent the week investigating and now has the “evidence to show what actually happened: We’ve discovered the actual fraud. It is subversion and that is a big deal.”

'That's Fraud': New Evidence Reveals Machines Subverted for Biden in Antrim County

⚖️🗓 Hearing Summary — Election fraud case continues for now, ruling will occur on Tuesday, May 18
The good news is that the Antrim County case hasn't been dismissed. Briefs were argued and Judge Elsenheimer said he will make a ruling on whether the plaintiff's case lacks standing on May 18th. The only ruling that the judge made today was in regards to the subpoenas for discovery in other townships within Antrim County. The judge denied DePerno the ability to expand his discovery to those areas.
Attorney Matt DePerno argues that the case does have Standing specifically because of a new provision in the Michigan Constitution, Article 2, Section 4 (1)(h), which indicates that a citizen has “the right to have the results of statewide elections audited in such a manner as prescribed by law to ensure the accuracy and the integrity of elections.” This constitutional language was part of an amendment to the 1963 Michigan Constitution. The amendment was passed in the November 2018 General Election.

Windham, NH Voters Continue Push for Legitimate Auditors | UncoverDC
The Windham audit is set to begin tomorrow, run by 3 auditors affiliated with Soros-linked Verified Voting whose co-founder openly objected to the Maricopa audit.
Meanwhile, the NH Voter Integrity Group’s canvassing efforts have collected thousands of signatures of residents who want to bring in outside expert Jovan Pulitzer as the auditor for the people. Three local residents, Ken Eyring, Lisa Mazur, and Tom Murray, were on with Marcus Dee over the weekend discussing the support they’re receiving while out canvassing, noting that over 70 percent of Windham residents are listening and signing the petition to bring in Pulitzer. They also just filed an injunction.
Anyone interested in helping is asked to please go to the newly established Government Integrity Project. The project proudly states:
Our first mission is our demand for a truly independent forensic audit regarding Windham, NH’s November General Election. We spent months pushing a Bill through the NH legislature (SB43) to mandate an independent forensic audit – and now the intent of the Bill has been hijacked by both local and state governments.
Our overall mission is to unite the country and demand action; to hold elected and appointed representatives accountable to their oaths and obligations of office; to protect and restore Liberties as defined in our Country’s Founding Documents.
