An MCTA patriot recently spoke to Speaker Wentworth's and Senator Schmidt's offices by phone and was told "[the Senators] are getting a lot of feedback concerning a forensic audit of Wayne County, and are starting to take a serious look at that possibility."

No timetable was provided but this is still good news. It means that We The People are overwhelming the legislature and they cannot ignore us!

💎 We must remain vigilant. This is the perfect opportunity to apply more pressure to the Legislature, particularly with phone calls.

CALL YOUR SENATORS EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Speak with the staffers and tell them we must have a full forensic audit of Wayne County and the entire state. Email them OFTEN! Come up with clever Subject Lines that make their staffers read through your entire email.

DePerno Submits Amended Complaint for the Antrim Shuffle | UncoverDC

As reported by UncoverDC on May 5, attorney Matt DePerno says he has additional proof of votes being flipped in Antrim County. Because of the mounting evidence of alleged election fraud, DePerno has submitted an Amended Complaint to the court.

The complaint could serve as a basis to call for an independent forensic audit like the one currently being performed in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Defendants in the case are as follows: Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson; Jonathan Brater, Director of Elections; Antrim County Clerk, Sheryl Guy; and Miller Consultations and Elections, Inc. (filed under a registered fictitious name as ElectionSource).

In what DePerno coins “The Antrim Shuffle,” he states votes were changed from Trump to Biden to help Biden win. In fact, Trump actually won. No one would have known except that citizens contacted the County Clerk, and William Bailey filed a lawsuit in November with his lawyer Matt DePerno because of the discrepancies found once the election was investigated.

All previous allegations are brought forward in the new complaint amended to include 13 counts of bipartisan fraud:

•Constitutional Right to the Accuracy and Integrity of Elections —In-person ballots

•Constitutional Right to the Accuracy and Integrity of elections— Absentee and Mail-in ballots

•Violation of “Purity of Elections” Clause (legislature enacts the laws to regulate elections)

•Violations of guidance on ballot signatures

•Violation of the Administrative Procedures Act

•Violations of funding of elections, Zuckerberg interference, Center for Tech and Civic Life, millions in cash to primarily Democrat precincts, funding of Ballot Dropboxes

•Election Fraud

•Common-Law Election Fraud

•Equal Protection Violations

•Statutory Election Law Violations

•Abuse of Process

•2018 Public Act 123 Unconstitutional (a legislative overhaul that required the use of electronic voting machines which are vulnerable to attack and/or abuse)

•Conspiracy and/or Concert of Actions (the defendants acted in concert to defraud voters, manipulate the election, dilute the vote, etc)

UncoverDC interviews GOP Chair Kelli Ward about the AZ Dem settlement, May 14th and the estimated time to completion, the need for volunteers, Judge Martin’s objectivity, and concludes with the question we’ve all been asking: What are the implications if, indeed, fraud is found? Would it lead the Legislature to audit the whole state?

“That’s a possibility. If enough fraud is found, that will throw the election into doubt just from Maricopa County, then Arizona’s electors were disenfranchised, and that would be a suit. If criminal activity is found, it will be reported to the State Attorney General or the DOJ.” Neither of us commented on the obvious reality that Joe Biden’s DOJ would be as interested in accepting this as a penguin is in being dropped into the Amazon rain forest. A statewide GOP suit would not preclude a class-action suit, though so far, the U.S. Supreme Court has ducked such cases with regularity.

New Fraud Evidence in Antrim County: 1,061 Votes Not on Voter Rolls, 100% Turnout of 80 year olds | War Room

Matthew DePerno, constitutional attorney, gives an update on his lawsuit in Michigan and newly discovered evidence of election fraud in Antrim County, including 1,061 votes that were counted but do not appear on the voter rolls published by the SOS.

DePerno notes that his team is getting the most resistance from Republicans in the state of Michigan. Senator Shirkey, Senator McBroom, and Senator Bizon have been among the biggest opponents. “We believe this is because they were part of a group that agreed to appropriate the money to purchase these machines in 2017 and they don’t have the courage to standup and acknowledge they did something wrong. Also, we have been told that they believe that having Joe Biden as President right now helps them win re-election in 2022,” explains DePerno.

AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Says “It’s Very Concerning” that Dominion Apparently Has Passwords & Control of Maricopa County Voting Systems

The Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson asked Ken about the Board of Supervisors’ claim that County officials DO NOT HAVE the passwords or administrative access to the Dominion voting systems.

Ken Bennett: Well, if they don’t have the passwords to the administrative functions then it has to be Dominion —which is very concerning to us that they don’t have complete control over their election systems. But maybe they’ll have an explanation for the Senate. And I think the Senate is equally concerned about that. Those drives that were subpoenaed so far have not been produced. So that will unfold over the next few days.

Excerpt From Dr Frank Arizona Interview with Gail Golec

In all 11 Arizona counties for which Dr Frank had data, he is able to predict the number of returned ballots with near perfect accuracy; his predicted values have a 99.2% average correlation with the actual returned ballot numbers. The odds of a human-behavior forecast achieving a near 100% correlation with the actual results is infinitesimal.

Based on his research, Dr Frank estimates that Maricopa County had 200K shadow (fake) ballots. He concludes that “ballots are harvested at the precinct level, managed at the county level, and decided at the state level.”

Gingrich: You can actually buy an official Georgia presidential ballot on eBay. And, you can also buy a number of states. So when they tell you they were controlling the ballots, it’s just not true. This was a very open system. It was a system where people could cheat, and did.

Gingrich goes on the describe what Dr. Frank’s analysis revealed: The other side… set the rules of the game. The rules of the game were designed to…figure out out many votes the Republicans had and then hold the ballots open until you can get enough votes to beat them. In every one of the states that was very close, that Trump lost, you had those kind of shenanigans — and you had state law violated in every single one of those states. In my mind there was no question that those states were in fact stolen.
