Michigan Election Fraud Lawsuit Update From @MichiganConservatives
Consulting firm Cyber Ninjas allowed to testify as Expert Witness in Antrim County election case
Matt DePerno and his team have been given 30 days to submit their report to rebut the Secretary of State. Other names also listed in the court filing are Ret. Col. James P. Waldron, Russell Ramsland, and Dr. Douglas Frank. At the previous court hearing on April 12, Judge Elsenheimer had temporarily denied statements by Cyber Ninjas and other experts because their reports had been filed too late/close to the April 12 court date. The judge had, however, allowed DePerno and his team 10 days to submit documents that would grant DePerno's list of Expert Witnesses to be accepted into the record as evidence.
The next court hearing is scheduled for May 10 to hear a "motion for dismissal of the lawsuit on claims that it is moot and that the plaintiff lacks standing to proceed" filed by the State of Michigan. The new Maricopa County Judge did not issue a restraining order today after an hour-plus long hearing. The audit in Arizona continues for now. Judge Martin says he will rule on the TRO tomorrow at 10:30AM.
He stated: "the Senate has the authority to audit but must balance that with the constitutional rights of voters." He added later: "I'm not persuaded that rights of voters in Maricopa County are being protected,” i.e. he may enforce the TRO tomorrow. Judge said that issue is central to the case,.
This is a biased judge. Keep calling and demand that he recuse himself:

Our reporter made a couple of phone calls to determine who chose Napolitana-appointed Judge Martin to handle this election case in Arizona.
The first call made was to the office of Judge Pamela Gates. It apparently is currently her responsibility to appoint judges in civil cases in the state.
A call was made to Judge Gate’s office, the woman who answered the phone said that it is Judge Gates’ responsibility to appoint judges to civil cases in Arizona, except for election and related audit cases. This lady shared that for the current election audit case, it was Judge Thomason who selected Judge Martin for the case.
So a call was made to Judge Thomason’s office. The lady who answered the phone there said that for the current case Judge Thomason did not select the judge for the case. She said that the judge’s name was provided to their office and Judge Thomason released the information on who the judge was. The woman shared that for recusals it’s the Presiding Judge who appoints the judge. She then shared that it was Judge Gates who provided Judge Martin’s name. See audio clip in link below.

Judge Martin rejected Plaintiffs’ request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), “Plaintiffs have not met the burden required to obtain a TRO.”
The Judge went on to say that should signature verification become part of Cyber Ninjas’ scope of work, then Plaintiffs may amend their request.
Counsel Desai spoke after the TRO ruling and suggested that Plaintiffs may appeal the court’s decision pending a review of Cyber Ninjas’ policies and procedures manual.
In addition, Judge Martin rejected Cyber Ninjas’ request to file their policies and procedures manual under seal, ruling that the information was “not subject to, nor protected by, privilege.” However, recognizing that the Defendants may wish to appeal the decision, the Judge stated that the court would “stay the effectiveness of its order until Thursday [tomorrow 4/29] at 12PM to allow time for a special action” (i.e. appeal).
Before the hearing began, Cyber Ninjas’s attorney Alex Kolodin announced he was withdrawing from the case and would be replaced by Jordon Wolff.

Windham, NH Officials Choose Auditor Opposed to Audit in Maricopa County, AZ
The Windham Board of Selectmen met Monday night to continue the process of selecting the forensic analyst to perform the audit. In a 3-1 vote, Selectmen voted to choose the team of Mark Lindeman and Andrew Appel (Appel would not be physically present during the audit). The selection of Lindeman and Appel added to the frustration of the Windham voters advocating for a fair and transparent forensic audit when it was revealed that, in an Apr. 13, 2021 letter sent to Karen Fann, President of the Arizona State Senate, Mark Lindeman discouraged the current forensic audit underway in Maricopa County, advising that:
“Additional audits will have little value other than to stoke conspiracy theories and partisan gamesmanship—or worse. This troubling conclusion is further supported by the selection of a firm [Cyber Ninjas] that appears to lack independence or technical expertise, both of which are required under the most basic principles of auditing.”
Mark Lindeman is the Co-Director of Verified Voting, a non-profit with a history of working with left-leaning organizations, including the Brennan Center for Justice, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, and Common Cause. Also worth noting, Verified Voting board chair Barbara Simons also sits on the board of the Democracy Alliance, an influential Soros-funded donor collective.
