The Venue. While many of us wanted the audit to occur at the Board of Supervisors’ (BOS) Maricopa County Tabulation & Election Center, that facility was not large enough to accommodate the ballot portion of the audit. The team is using the entire 22K square foot Coliseum space for the 2.1M ballot audit. Furthermore, the Senate concluded that they would have more control over the audit if it was conducted outside of hostile BOS territory. A plan is in place to ensure the equipment portion of the audit is comprehensive.
Chain of custody. All chain of custody documentation (including all CoC information relating to the BOS ballot truck-loading incident) has been requested and is scheduled to be turned over when the ballots are handed over to the Senate. That transfer will be televised, press will be present, and every step (from hand-over to audit completion) will be publicly documented on camera.
Security. There is a robust, multi-agency, 24-hour physical and live-streaming security plan in place for the audit. Security is the top priority.
Kinematic Artifact Technology. The audit team is using Jovan Pulitzer’s technology - however, Jovan is not personally participating in the audit. Jovan reported this on 3/31:

Runbeck. Subpoenaing Runbeck Election Services will be a natural extension of the audit. First, they need to complete the audit.
Irregular ballots. All Maricopa ballots will be in Senate custody before the 5/3 destruction date for irregular ballots and ballots pertaining to non-federal elections. While subpoenas have not yet been issued to preserve the irregular and non-federal election ballots in the other 14 AZ counties, the county heads have verbally stated that they have no intention of destroying any election evidence. The Senate expects to audit additional counties pending the results of the the Maricopa audit.

Good afternoon PA Representatives and Senators,
I just wanted to touch base and give you all an update on our efforts with Audit The Vote PA since I know you are all in session this week. We are closing in on 14,000 signatures. We may have as many as 15,000 by the start of our event on the 21st.
I do appreciate those of you who have responded, even if it wasn't the response I wanted. You need to understand that we are in this for the long haul. After all the hearings and meetings you have had, there are still so many questions that have gone unanswered. I'll write out a few of them here just for the record.
1. Why were votes switched directly from Trump to Biden on live TV?
2. Why did vote counting stop on election night in all the swing states, including Pennsylvania, around the same time?
3. Why were none of the numbers in the attached chart from the Navarro Report ever fully investigated?
I just read Patrick Byrne's book, The Deep Rig, How Election Fraud Cost Donald J. Trump the White House By A Man Who Did Not Vote For Him. I highly recommend you all read it. Patrick Byrne was not a fan of Donald Trump. He did not vote for him in 2016 or 2020, but he has extensive knowledge and experience on voter fraud.
For me personally, this is not about Trump versus Biden or about reversing the 2020 election. What Patrick Byrne lays out in his book, supported by an overwhelming amount of evidence, goes much deeper than just the 2020 election. The machines alone are a huge threat moving forward, and I think the first order of business needs to be getting rid of all electronic voting machines. Doing so will not disenfranchise any voter, and will eliminate the possibility of foreign interference in our elections.
For those who are still completely denying the possibility of fraud and insisting that this was the most free, fair, and secure election in our nation's history, you are either in on the charade or willfully ignorant. You are embarrassing yourselves and the rest of the nation when you make such ridiculous statements. Please stop.
The easiest way to answer all of these questions and put this whole issue to bed is to audit the vote. Why would any honest person be opposed to this?
I've attached another copy of our letter, our current spreadsheet of signatures, a page from the Navarro Report, and a picture of the Deep Rig book. I hope you have a productive session and we'll see you all on Wednesday morning.
