Exclusive: Hawley unveils "trust-busting" plan

Corporate giants would be barred from acquisitions and century-old antitrust laws would get sharper teeth under a new proposal by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) shared exclusively with Axios.

The big picture: Hawley is among the Senate's most conservative members, but his attack on corporate power wouldn't sound out of place on Elizabeth Warren's or Bernie Sanders' agenda.

That's how deeply Republicans' anger at what they see as out-of-control "censorship" by Big Tech and overreaching activism by "woke corporations" has alienated some of the party from its traditional big-business base

BREAKING NEWS: Despite evidence of wireless modem installations and algorithmic manipulation of election results in other MI counties, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer dismissed subpoenas of 8 MI counties used as control group to validate Antrim County assertions.

Latest update on remaining motions are providing partial wins:

— LOSS: The judge has ruled that the plaintiff has to collect information on a county by county basis and is saying that the Plaintiff will have to win in Antrim County before the plaintiff can go forward with other counties. The judge said he is leaving the parties to work that portion out amongst themselves.

This will make DePerno's work a lot more difficult.

— WIN # 1: More discovery needs to be done with regards to the cell phone. Tabulator tape for Antrim County MUST BE PROVIDED. This is REALLY GOOD. The tabulator tape counts the actual votes and controls the outcome in an audit, it does not rely on what the machines said were votes.

— WIN #2: the judge is requiring the Plaintiff be provided the IP ADDRESSES.

— WIN #3: The clerk has to review and produce any information that happened to be missed initially. Plaintiff is entitled to communication to county and state officials if something was not produced from the initial request and provision. Must be produced within 28 days from this date.

— WIN #4: The judge left the door open to future discovery / investigation in the 8 additional counties, pending Antrim results.

EXCLUSIVE: Voting Machine Systems Should Be Banned from US Elections Until the Highly Suspect “Adjudication Process” Is Defined and Corrected | TGP

Voting machine adjudication is a fraud-enablement tool.

Michigan:
We first noted this in this audit of Antrim County performed by Deperno. We reported after the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines by a group brought in by attorney Deperno, that the Dominion Voting machines there were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder, and, “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The number of votes going to adjudication should be a fraction of this.

Nevada:
We next found voting machines that were set at around a 70% adjudication rate in Clark County, Nevada.

Georgia:
In Georgia, we noticed that an individual can ‘adjudicate’ a ballot by him or herself and can even push through blank ballots into the system and record them as voting for whomever they want (Coffee County Election Supervisor video) Also, the adjudication system in Dominion provides no data (or audit trail) to show who did the adjudication on a ballot. This weakness needs to be addressed in the voting machine systems.

Arizona:
Senator Townsend said that in Maricopa County there was an 11.27% adjudication rate in the 2020 general election. A normal adjudication rate is less than 2%.

People ask me why I am suspicious of funny business regarding the voter rolls in Michigan.

1) They already have more people registered than their population according to their own database and the US Census.

2) They suddenly come up with hundreds of thousands of new voters at the last minute.

3) They refuse to provide a list of those voters, even though 1) it is legally public information; 2) the information has been legally subpoenaed; and, 3) once it was legally subpoenaed, the SoS took down the webpage feature that allowed the information to be legally requested.

Hmmmmmm...

All they would have to do is to provide the lists they are legally required to anyway, and the whole thing could be put to rest.

So, why don't they?

I don't know. Maybe they are hiding something?

"Results of Antrim Country Election lawsuit hearing a mixed bag. Judge Elsenheimer rejected subpoenas of 8 county control group, but did allow 17 additional discovery items and ordered Antrim County to provide much of data missing from previous discovery requests."

Two of those discovery items are: The tabulator tape for Antrim County must be provided to Plaintiff and the IP addresses must be provided to Plaintiff. Most importantly, the judge left the door open to future discovery / investigation in the 8 additional counties, pending Antrim results.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

Wouldn’t it be ironic if the Supreme Court of the United States, after showing that they didn’t have the courage to do what they should have done on the Great Presidential Election Fraud of 2020, was PACKED by the same people, the Radical Left Democrats (who they are so afraid of!), that they so pathetically defended in not hearing the Election Fraud case. Now there is a very good chance they will be diluted (and moved throughout the court system so that they can see how the lower courts work), with many new Justices added to the Court, far more than has been reported. There is also a good chance that they will be term-limited. We had 19 states go before the Supreme Court who were, shockingly, not allowed to be heard. Believe it or not, the President of the United States was not allowed to be heard based on “no standing,” not based on the FACTS. The Court wouldn’t rule on the merits of the great Election Fraud, including the fact that local politicians and judges, not State Legislatures, made major changes to the Election—which is in total violation of the United States Constitution. Our politically correct Supreme Court will get what they deserve—an unconstitutionally elected group of Radical Left Democrats who are destroying our Country. With leaders like Mitch McConnell, they are helpless to fight. He didn’t fight for the Presidency, and he won’t fight for the Court. If and when this happens, I hope the Justices remember the day they didn’t have courage to do what they should have done for America.
