What is being done by your office to fix this election fraud problem?

Per AZ's Elections Procedures Manual, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is required to turn over all election materials to the custody of the County Treasurer.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE.

We demand the Board be prosecuted for failure to comply with the Senate Subpoena as well as for violation of the Arizona Elections Procedure and Statute.

The Arizona Republican Party filed an Amicus Brief to support the Maricopa County Libertarian Party in their suit against the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. Will be interesting to see what happens - an Order to Show Cause Hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday 2/17/21 at 1:30pm
