The Rules Committee has SB (Senate Bill) 1408 on its Agenda today.
There was an AMENDMENT to this Bill proposed 2/9/21 to ensure the Senate can take possession of the election machines and ballots - WHICH IS WHAT WE HAVE TO HAVE.

Dear Attorney General Brnovich,

The People of Arizona are suffering. We cannot and will not accept what happened in our election - before, during, or after. There was major criminal activity, and overwhelming, shocking proof of irregularities and problems. The evidence is all around us and has been gathered and presented in every manner possible. Sir, you yourself have said the State Legislature has the authority to issue subpoenas and took this matter to court. Why does our State Legislature have less power than the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors? What else can be done to enforce the subpoenas? What else is currently being done by your office? Is the fact that the Board of Supervisors has not turned over all election materials to the new County Treasurer not a crime? Does statute not state this must be done after the election is certified – that the Treasurer must sign for, and take custody of the election materials? Is this not a violation of the Election Procedural Manual? The State Legislature has pointed out plainly and clearly, in a time-line format, the deceptive and troubling behavior and response from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. Their actions are contradictory, nefarious, and unacceptable. We do not have any faith in any “audit” they might conduct as they have paid no attention to any issues with the companies they have named – and there are real issues. We are asking for this problem to be escalated to the top of your list, and to remain there until it is fixed. We want the Senate Subpoena complied with. We need to hear what can be done. If our elections are fraudulent, what is left?

Here is a video about SB1408 which gives a great outline of what it is - essentially says the Legislature has total authority to conduct an investigation into election matters, is subject to no other law, and election materials must be produced. (the PDF of Senate Bill SB1408 can be found in this post: https://t.iss.one/ArizonaConservativesChannel/94)

It was passed by the Senate Judiciary Committee, and from what we gather, is in the Rules Committee and/or must have a third reading. This is what the urgent post was about earlier - it was on the agenda for today but was not voted on in the Rules Committee.

If passed into Law, this becomes retroactive to Jan. 2020, which means it applies to the Nov. 3rd election.

The video is a great overview but does not say when we can expect to hear anything else, only says it will be voted on in the near future.

What is being done by your office to fix this election fraud problem?

Per AZ's Elections Procedures Manual, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is required to turn over all election materials to the custody of the County Treasurer.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE.

We demand the Board be prosecuted for failure to comply with the Senate Subpoena as well as for violation of the Arizona Elections Procedure and Statute.
