They say protocol was not followed on several occasions, there was suspicious activity (which they recorded), and there were wi-fi devices inside the building, which opens the door for hacking and manipulation. Hackers are able to get in through other devices connected to the network.
And of course, one Wifi Name was "F***You" which is believed to have been done on purpose by the Auditors (there are no other businesses or offices around that would have networks).
