Optional Hotfix for 0409 only

As you might have noticed, there are some charging issues in the latest build that are caused by the Lazy Kernel (r2.2). Furthermore, the lazy kernel does not support the WPA3 standard for wireless networks yet.

Enclosed you find a kernel that does not have those issues as a flashable zip. So if you experience heavy charging issues or new wifi connectivity issues (or frequent BSODs), you might want to flash it.
