Powell speaks tomorrow. He might touch on QT and whether they slow it down or pause it. If they do, that’s a positive for crypto overall.
$SOL has been stuck around that mid-140s area, which has been acting like local resistance. Needs a clean break above that before anything meaningful happens.
As long as $BTC keeps holding its support area, the overall look for SOL stays the same. If BTC starts pushing up again, SOL could finally catch a move with it.
If BTC makes a stronger push upward, SOL might see a solid squeeze back toward its next big zone. If BTC fails and rolls over, SOL gets dragged with it.

Price on $SOL still trapped between that $122 support shelf and the mid-140s cap, but we finally saw price press into that 146–147 pocket on this push.
A clean reclaim above 146–147 starts opening up extension room into the mid-150s first, and if momentum sticks, then wider targets open up to $180.
Losing $122 with momentum and fresh lows become way more likely.
