If the market doesn't give you a trade, don't force it.

It will ruin your portfolio just to get into a trade then end up fucking your mental because you didn't want to take that trade anyways.

When the market is choppy, you should take that as a sign to trade less.

You don't have to take a trade everyday but you MUST be locked in everyday.

Know the difference and spot the quality plays.

Honestly I been degening here and there and I might just start sharing those plays in here even tho the market is meh..

I’m probably never gonna have a degen channel - with that being said you’ll have to do your own research & sell when you’re happy cuz things barely hold nowadays
