Btw the IDF is lying when it comes to claim they control 55 towns.
Count is closer to 32 most of which are tiny abandoned towns or ones demolished and abandoned in the old war (2024 like Hula, Maroun al-Ras, Mays al-Jabal)
Major towns lost in this war that added to the existing buffer zone are Khiyam, Taybeh and Bint Jbeil.
The operations in Bint Jbeil and Khiyam weren't complete but the IDF spread in them after.
Expect new incursions to eat up more land.
The area is big but mostly empty lands and mountains. Includes all Christian towns that have new Israeli buddies (old buddies)

أثبت الميدان أنه صاحب الكلمة الفصل، والسياسة الناجحة هي التي تستفيد من نتائجه كمصدر قوة لترغم العدو الإسرائيلي على الإذعان، لتحصيل حقوق لبنان ومواطنيه بأرضهم وسيادتهم، في إطار تكامل وطنيٍ تعاوني، يسدّ أبواب الفتنة واستغلال الأجانب لبلدنا.

They want to establish a permanent presence there like they did in Syria's Jabal al-Sheikh one day after the coward Bachar al-Assad ran away.
As for the Litani area, they didn't cross the river and they neither control or have any presence in Yohmor and Beaufort ridge.
These two they only want to depopulate to because anyone there can see the whole Israeli occupied areas and anyone there can see a lot of the south.

The Christophani ridge is this thin and the IDF presence will barely be an observation base. The ridge is as important as it gets. They themselves acknowledged they entered it during the ceasefire.
This blue area... please stop using red and yellow and use blue...shows Rmeich and others as part of Israel.
