كان اللبنانيون ينتظرون قراراً بحظر العدوان، فإذا بهم أمام قرار حظر رفض العدوان..
إن ردة فعل حزب الله إزاء التمادي الصهيوني في الاعتداء على أحرار وشرفاء الناس وحلفائهم في لبنان والمنطقة إن هي إلا إشارة رافضة لمسار الإذعان وخداع اللبنانيين بأن مصالحة العدو والخضوع لشروطه هو السبيل الوحيد المتاح ليتحقق الأمن والسلام اللبناني الموهوم.

❗️In their first statement

Commenting on the statement made by Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam after the emergency cabinet meeting at Baabda Palace, MP Mohammad Raad, head of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, stated the following:

We understand the Lebanese government's impotence in the face of the brutal Zionist enemy, which violates national sovereignty, occupies land, and poses a continuous threat to the country's security and stability. We also understand its right to decide on war and peace, and its inability to implement and enforce this decision against the enemy, which violates national peace and persists in its aggression against Lebanon and its people.

However, given this clear weakness and deficiency, we see no justification for President Salam and his government to take such aggressive measures against the Lebanese who reject the occupation, accusing them of violating a peace that the enemy has disregarded and refused to uphold for a year and four months.

The enemy has imposed a state of daily war on the Lebanese people and government, while the government has been unable to stop the continuous attacks or even utilize its supposed international friendships with Lebanon to compel the enemy to cease its war against our country.

The Lebanese were expecting a resolution to prohibit aggression, but instead, they are faced with a resolution prohibiting resistance to aggression.

Hezbollah's reaction to the Zionist aggression against the free and honorable people and their allies in Lebanon and the region is nothing but a clear rejection of the path of submission and the deception of the Lebanese people into believing that reconciliation with the enemy and submission to its conditions is the only way to achieve the illusory Lebanese security and peace.
