The speech is smart as expected from Hezbulah's leadership. We'll see how things actually progress and what actually happenes.

Hezbullah told the Lebanese that they are willing to stop the war, highlighting it's up to Israel to agree and setting the condition of preserving Lebanon's sovereignty.

We all know Israel's conditions that they want to enforce in Lebanon, and Amos was clear when he said "we will continue to work on this ceasefire with the new administration"

Sheikh Naim was clear when he said he didn't expect a fast ceasefire, and we all know well since 8-Oct-23 Hezbullah was clear about its goals. End the war in Gaza and eventually end the war in Lebanon.

It is Israel who decided to go on a Jewish crusade, and Sheikh Naim said two points:

- It is victory or martyrdom. No to accept submission

- Fighting is a cost cheaper than surrending

Finally, he said Hezbullah was in real chaos for 20 days after the assassination of Sayyed Hassan. He said so in all his speeches.

So imagine how difficult the situation was for the resistance, and how the ground invasion started with that shock's effects. Sayyed and all the other leadership.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 Points of ceasefire disagreement between Lebanon and Israel:

-Israel's request for freedom of action in Lebanon. This is the heart of the disagreement. The Lebanese side told Hochstein there's no need to formally anchor this matter in the agreement or accompanying documents, as it's a natural right that Israel would have stemming from international law. Israel, by contrast, in light of the lessons of learned from Resolution 1701's failure, insists on the need for explicitly legally anchoring this matter in the documents.

-Monitoring Body: Lebanon has expressed reservations and concern about the multinational ceasefire monitoring force that will be based in Lebanon and have requested that it be comprised of forces from an Arab country -- in opposition to Israel's position, which wants a Western force comprised of forces from France and Italy. Progress has been made on this point.

-Israeli aerial reconnaissance in Lebanese airspace

-Return of displaced Lebanese to their home. Israel doesn't want to allow this to the border towns easily, because it means a fast full retreat.

-Release of Lebanese detainees. Does Israel want to keep the prisoners? This is major and we all know this will prompt action later to kidnap soldiers and swap them.

PoWs are exchanged far a war. Only in Israel do they disregard all norms

Reports claims Hezbullah was able to sneak close and attack Israeli soldiers with an ATGM there.

❗️IDF soldiers are protesting, they tell their commanders Hezbullah is returning back to the 1st frontline villages again

Senior officials in the command attack the decision makers in the grounds that the IDF must "stabilize lines" in southern Lebanon.

An Israeli battalion commander brought with him a civilian friend, a well-known researcher in Israeli, who specializes in the history of the “Land of Israel”.

The researcher entered southern Lebanon to search for historical evidence, but was killed along with Israeli soldiers from the special “Maglan” unit.

The case is witnessing a fierce attack on the Israeli army because they allowed a civilian into a dangerous area that only soldiers are allowed to enter.
