Israeli tank fire killed Reuters videographer Issam Abdallah and injured six other international journalists in a double strike in southern Lebanon on October 13, forensic analysis by CNN suggests, confirming reports by two news organizations and two human rights groups.

On Thursday, Reuters, AFP, Amnesty Int’l & Human Rights Watch released investigations into the circumstances of the deadly strike. AFP & HRW claimed it was a “deliberate,” targeted attack.

🔴 An Israeli drone strike targeted the vicinity of the Lebanese army base in Aitaroun - Jal Al-Deir area.

📹 Hezbullah released footage of their attack on Metat Israeli base and destroying part of it.

The group didn't claim killing any Israeli soldiers, but some were air lifted to hospitals due to critical injuries.

🌹 Hezbullah mourns the martyrdom of Hassan Kamal Srour from Aita Al-Shaab village, who was martyred in his line of duty on the path for Jerusalem.

📝 He is the second from Aita to be killed in less than 24 hours.

Yet, in 2006 and after 33 days of war and against 4 Israeli army battalions, they failed to occupy the village.

Today Aita stands as one of those leading in the attacks against the occupation army, and offers more martyrs on the path of victory.

📑 This attack resulted in the injury of two Israeli soldiers, with at least one in critical condition.

The Israeli army didn't bother officially to announce this.

Locals claim this attack was carried out/photographed by Hassan Kamal Srour who was killed that night in an Israeli attack on Aita.
