📰 Severe damage was caused to a house in the Christian village of Alma in South Lebanon, as a result of the Israeli attacks.

Heard in the background, the buzzing of Israeli UAVs.

📰 Violent clashes continue near the border west of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.

Local media reports that the resistance utilised explosives and fired several anti-tank missiles against the advancing Israeli forces.

📰 IDF acknowledges 3 new dead soldiers, the latest being 5 days ago.

They were identified as:

- Lt. Col. Meidan Israel, 35, head of supply in the Southern Command, from Yarhiv. He was killed on Oct ⁠25.

- Maj. Yair Zloof, 32, commander of the 401st Armored Brigade's surgical company, from Tel Mond. He was killed on Oct ⁠10.

- Lt. (res.) Maor Refael Shalom, 47, who served in a non-IDF unit, from Arugot. He was killed on Oct ⁠7.

There is a backlog and more killed to be announced soon. There's currently 316 soldiers listed on their mini-website.

🔴 Initial reports that Israel was able to free a hostage from Gaza during a limited raid. Details to follow.

The female soldier is identified as: Pvt. Ori Megidish

📝 Israel's ability to find a hostage and free it, is a big success to their campaign but a very expected one.

Hiding successfully 240 hostages, including dead bodies, is a task too hard in such a small area.

Back when Hamas and Nasser Salah-Eddine kidnapped the Israeli soldier Shalit, they invested a lot of time and effort to hide one soldier alive, so imagine hiding hundreds.

More of such news is expected with the days and weeks to come, if the Israeli ground attack advances deeper.

The bulk of hostages is with Hamas, while dozens are with PIJ. However some Israelis have been kept, notably dead, with smaller factions.

📰 Mossad chief visited Qatar on the weekend for talks on hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. Sources briefed on the talks say there has been progress but no breakthrough yet.

🔴 The Israeli army released a video of their attacks against alleged Hezbullah-affiliated assets in south Lebanon.

📰 Israeli jets are patrolling the skies of south Lebanon, notably Bint Jbeil, at low altitudes.

🔴 Security services in Gaza arrested a spy for the Shin Bet who was gathering intel for the Israeli army, and helping identify those who participated in the 7-Oct raid.

📰 The Israeli army is firing flares over Hula and Mays Al-Jabal in South Lebanon.

🔴 A column of Israeli tanks is now moving from the Netzarim area, which it entered today, moving towards the west in an attempt to separate Gaza City from the rest of the Strip.

When Netanyahu was asked about the name of the female soldier who was released, he answered Ori Megidish.

However, when several activists reviewed the list of prisoners' names published by Haaretz newspaper, her name was not found, even though the final list of hostages was released yesterday.

The one wasn't on other public lists, allegedly.

The case is interesting, as long as the IDF doesn't release footage of the rescue.
