The Island The Island
“Where am I?” Bob thought to himself when he woke up on a peculiar beach. “I can’t remember what happened.” There had been a bad storm, and Bob’s fishing boat sunk. He washed ashore on a small island, but he had gotten hurt during the storm. He had a terrible migraine, and he had a fracture in his shoulder. He felt awful. But he had a strong desire to make it home to his spouse and children. He had to tolerate all the pain and devise a plan.
Bob stood up and looked around. “I’ll walk to a higher altitude, so I can see everything around me,” thought Bob. “Maybe I’ll gain some insight about this island and find something to help me escape.” As he walked along a mountain ridge, he noticed that the tall indigenous trees looked sturdy and thick. Bob got a brilliant idea. He could build a raft! He cut down some leaves and tree limbs. Even though his shoulder injury impaired his ability to carry the materials, he slowly dragged them down the mountain until he reached the coastline.
Bob was a proficient builder. He used his building expertise to line up the limbs and tie them together with long vines. When the raft was finished, Bob was happy with his work. “This will bring me home to my family,” he said with a smile.
At last, Bob was ready to implement his escape plan. With all his might, he thrust the raft into the water. He climbed on and began the quest to find his way home. Bob smiled again, and thought, “I’m glad I kept a good attitude. It prevented the pain from deterring me from my plan. Optimism and ambition make anything possible.” Slowly, he floated out to sea. In a few days, he made it to shore and ran home to see his happy family.

TEHRAN –To expand the educational space in Sistan-Baluchestan province, the administration has allocated 20 trillion rilas (almost $30 million) to construct 3,000 classrooms in the underdeveloped province.
“President Masoud Pezeshkian’s administration is determined to expand educational infrastructure in Sistan-Baluchestan province,” IRNA quoted Education Minister Alireza Kazemi as saying.
The project aims to improve the educational conditions in underprivileged areas. In addition to expanding the educational space per capita, it will also lay the ground for the growth and academic progress of students in these areas, Kazemi highlighted.
“Per capita education space in Sistan-Baluchestan is low due to population growth in the region. To address the problem, 2,000 new classrooms should be constructed in the province,” dolat.ir quoted Kazemi as saying on Friday.
The official stated that the average per capita education space in Sistan-Baluchestan is 3.87 square meters, he clarified that there are eight regions with per capita education space less than three meters and nine regions above the national average.

The projects are scheduled to be completed by the beginning of the next academic year in the country, which will fall on September 23, expanding per capita education space in the region by half a meter,” Kazemi further noted.
Soon there will be no stone-made schools in Sistan-Baluchestan, and the elimination of pre-fabricated schools by the end of the current year (on March 20, 2025) is on the agenda.
According to Kazemi, these 3,000 classrooms are scheduled to be constructed in three phases. During the first phase being implemented this year (March 2024 –March 2025), 834 classrooms through 290 projects will be constructed.
Within the second phase, which will kick off in the next Iranian year (March 2025–March 2026), 274 projects will be conducted to build 1,392 classrooms; and in the third phase, which is designed to last five years, 66 projects will be implemented to construct 775 classrooms.

وی همچنین خاطرنشان کرد که بهزودی هیچ مدرسه سنگی در سیستان و بلوچستان باقی نخواهد ماند و حذف مدارس پیشساخته نیز تا پایان سال جاری (۲۰ مارس ۲۰۲۵) در دستور کار قرار دارد.
به گفته کاظمی، این ۳۰۰۰ کلاس درس قرار است در سه مرحله ساخته شوند. در مرحله اول که در سال جاری (مارس ۲۰۲۴ تا مارس ۲۰۲۵) اجرا میشود، ۸۳۴ کلاس درس از طریق ۲۹۰ پروژه ساخته خواهد شد.
در مرحله دوم، که از سال آینده شمسی (مارس ۲۰۲۵ تا مارس ۲۰۲۶) آغاز میشود، ۲۷۴ پروژه برای ساخت ۱۳۹۲ کلاس درس اجرا خواهد شد. مرحله سوم نیز که برای مدت پنج سال برنامهریزی شده است، شامل اجرای ۶۶ پروژه برای ساخت ۷۷۵ کلاس درس خواهد بود.
وی همچنین خاطرنشان کرد که بهزودی هیچ مدرسه سنگی در سیستان و بلوچستان باقی نخواهد ماند و حذف مدارس پیشساخته نیز تا پایان سال جاری (۲۰ مارس ۲۰۲۵) در دستور کار قرار دارد.
