Speak with a forked tongue” means “to tell lies; to make false promises.
با نیرنگ صحبت کردن، دروغ گفتن، به قول و وعده عمل نکردن، کسی که به قول معروف یه روده راست نداره (اغلب دروغ میگه) و حرف با عملش فرق داره
Example 1: The minister is speaking with a forked tongue, promising support he will never deliver.

Example 2: He speaks with forked tongue. I don’t trust him and I don’t like him.
