Keep in mind that I will not be posting about each and every bill folder that I open but I wanted to let you know about the one that I just requested. It will be an election nullification if the election statutes are broken or the elections procedures manual is not followed. That election will be nullified and a new election must occur within 90 days after it has been determined that laws were broken. It will come with financial and criminal consequences for those who are violating it. I will keep you posted about the viability of this bill and how it shapes up.
