In order to call a special session of the Legislature, the AZ Constitution requires 2/3 of the Legislators to sign a petition. (Article 4, Part 2, Section 1) You can see we will need 4 Democrats in the Senate and 9 in the House. Without them, we cannot call the special session. That leaves us with section 3, where the Governor calls the session. Therefore, let's push for the Governor to call us in to address the illegal votes in the AZ 2020 General Election and to propose legislation that will pass in time for the 2022 primary to prevent the same thing from happening again.

Regarding calling a Plenary Special Session in Arizona. It is true, we only need a simple majority. Both the Senate and the House hold the Majority by 1 vote. We therefore cannot lose even one Republican vote or our motion fails to pass. The following are those Republicans who did not support our efforts thus far:

Senate: Paul Boyer
House: Speaker Rusty Bowers

Without their support, we do not have the majority of votes.

Reviewing the bills I proposed from last session. A few minor bills were allowed to go through and made it to the House, where they died due to Speaker Rusty Bowers. I was able to get some things in the budget, but waiting to hear if they survived the court challenge. The rest of the most important election security bills died due to Sen. Ugenti-Rita not putting them on the Government Committee calendar. I will be revisiting all of them and resubmitted them, along with additional bills.
What say you?
MBOS said that non-bleed through VoteSecure paper was used in the 2020 Gen election & Sharpies were forced. Howev, 2 auditors have now told me that no VoteSecure paper was purchased & regular permeable paper was used, causing bleed thru/rejected ballots. True, @GeneralBrnovich?
Today I began the discovery process on my own, by submitting a public records request for receipts for procurement for the paper used for ballots in the 2020 general election.

The Independent Redistricting Comission meeting is in Surprise, AZ next week, Oct. 7th. If you care about how the districts are drawn in the West Valley, this is the meeting to go to.

Revalation 13:17. If you are asked why you want a religious exemption, have this verse memorized. Something that you must have in order to buy/sell runs afoul of our deeply held Christian beliefs.
Here is a memorial for the Covid deaths in America, totalling 700k+. I wish we would start talking about how remdesivir is harming people's kidneys and causing kidney failure and how they won't allow for Ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine. Our own state banned it and so we have blood on our hands. Those people did not have to die.

Even El Salvador is handing out Ivermectin to covid patients. Think about that we are more ridiculously stupid than El Salvador.

For sure we are financially incentivizing hospitals when people check in with covid and when they check out dead.

I cannot believe how incredibly insane this country has become and now we are firing their nurses, and using the same crazy protocol that keeps killing everyone. I grieve for the dead, for their families, and for this country which has become an unsafe place.
If you feel that you have been discriminated against because of your vaccination status, if you have been denied a religious exemption or have been interrogated regarding your religious beliefs and vaccines, you can file a Civil Rights complaint with the Attorney General's office. I would love to know if you do this and what the outcome is. Please let me know if you go forward with this.
