Re: Swindonn- No 15 Min City Rally - Sat 10 th June

It’s high time I made a public statement and sent out this public statement to Labour Party members, councillors, officers and all other ‘labour movement groups’ that are alligned or work with Labour.

I joined the labour party when I was 17. I voted Labour in every election. I canvassed and volunteered all over the country in
by elections and general elections for Labour.

When I was in my last year of an undergrad degree I started working for an MP.

When Blair took us into Iraq I didn’t renew my membership, but still reluctantly voted Labour.

In 2008 I ran for local council for Labour. In 2016 I moved to Stroud and worked hard locally trying to reinvigorate democracy with what I felt might be a ‘last chance’ in this country with Corbyn to save peoples rights and eliminate the worst recesses of poverty. I was a chair, and local council candidate in Stroud.

I resigned in 2017 after a local union head (sleeping with a married labour councillor who wanted to be the PPC by hook or crook or through corruption and bullying) set up a ‘sting’ in the national press to discredit and alienate me (as she was threatened by my skills) I resigned after this as it was crystal clear that not only was Labour a bullying machine and highly corrupt, that they were on the road to nowhere and that most in it were self righteous, held working class people in contempt and would sell their grannies for one up.

Over the last three years I’ve watched as the party and its ‘allies’ have enabled and cheerleaded for the sinister move towards a totalitarian technocracy and watched as delegates at Labour Conference cheered and encouraged security staff to assault a 74 year old Piers Corbyn for daring to question their skewed and false science on climate change.

Today, again they reach new depths.

As we set up in a peaceful and happy atmosphere in the sunshine for our no fifteen minute city rally in Swindon, an elderly man (who I believe was a chair of North Swindon Labour I met while giving my time there to
Kate Linnegar, the Corbynite ppc) together with a younger male (I am informed is a Just Stop Oil Protestor and member of Swindon Peoples Assembly) charged in a violent and very angry fashion at our tables (we set up to form a barrier around the gazebos) and knocked them all over, breaking items. He then was ready to charge further and looked ready to assault when I stood in front of him and firmly shouted ‘no’ - putting my hand in front of his face. At this point the police dragged him away.

He was arrested and three members of the public have given detailed witness statements to the police on this public order offence.

Swindon Labour, any Labour members or supporters reading this you should be utterly ashamed.

Your representatives and senior officers terrified elderly members of the public today. You put people in danger.

For what? Because you can’t bear people having a different opinion than you? Because members of the public want to hear what we say? Because these people you hold in such utter contempt and call ridiculous names such as ‘far right or stupid’ don’t want to vote Labour anymore as they can rightly see what corrupt, horrific liars and thugs Labour are.

Swindon Labour, what you did today was truly show who the real blackshirts are in todays world.

Give yourselves a good shake.

Look at yourselves.

You deteste free speech and anyone who disagrees with you.

You hate people.

You are violent.

You clearly have no respect for basic peaceful actions in public.

You are a huge threat to democracy and the British people in so many ways.

- Debbie Hicks

“Traders in a market town in Herefordshire have described being left short of cash and forced to travel miles with their takings, months after the last bank branch closed.

A number of shop owners have told the BBC they feel they are putting their own security at risk, by having to travel in order to bank their takings.

They're using cash even more than before the pandemic," said Hannah Symonds, owner of Brew cafe. She said at times she had been forced to dip into the tips jar for change - and had even asked the window cleaner. “

🥳 Big news, everyone! We've achieved something truly remarkable. Over 50,000 responses were sent to the CBDC consultation, making waves big enough that even the MSM are having to pay attention! A massive shout out to every single person who took a stand.

A whopping 5,000 of you used our website to voice your concerns in the final 24 hours alone, demonstrating the power of collective action. We couldn't be prouder of this community!

The fight doesn't end here, though. The consultation may be closed, but it's not too late to make your voice heard. If you haven't already, we urge you to email your MP about CBDCs. We've even updated the letter to highlight the monumental public outcry shown in the consultation. United, we can continue to champion our rights and make a difference. 💪

Please complete this consultation to say NO to the closure of rail ticket halls.

I am not endorsing everything about RMT or the officials (I am fully aware of the position they took during lockdown and how Mick Lynch backs moves towards net zero), but…. I agree that cashless, unstaffed ticket halls must be stopped . It’s all part of the WEF plan for a cashless, programmed, automated world.
