Good morning guys. If you wouldnt mind could you please say a lil prayer for Jalin? Its surgery day and were leaving for the hospital shortly. Shes exhausted and scared not knowing the extent of everything. Its a lot. Please pray for strength for me. I havent slept the past couple nights and my emotions are high. I just need to keep it together at least until they take her to the operating room. She certainly doesn't need to be worried or stressed about me. I luv u guys. Ill check in later with an update on her. ❤

Thank you guys so much for all the luv for Jalin. Things were way worse than we thought but the surgery is done and shes in recovery. I will be able to go back and see her soon. Luv y'all ❤
Hi guys. Things have been pretty hectic but I wanna give y'all a quick update on Jalin.
Shes coming along pretty good. Even though shes in quite a bit if pain they have here up and walking a lot to prevent scar tissue from forming. She has a very broad area covered so if she develops it she will have some big problems in the future.
She ate her first meal in abut 2 weeks. She didnt ear much but it was all home cooked good foods she chose for me to cook. Not Chikfila.
Her spirit is good and she is handling this whole situation with so much grace even though shes been given many reasons not too. I am beyond proud of her. Shes a champ.
I am about to literally melt into my bed and try to get at least a few hours of good solid sleep. I am frazzled and fuzzy headed and thats not good.

I had to take the pic through the fencing that's still up around Lafayette Plaza but after all these years Ive been here the fountains are finally flowing here. This is the North side of the White House and the construction area we were watching. You can see the Washingtin Monument in the background.
