There are officers in side the fence, and up by the building itself. What in,the world???? They needed to bring in Montgomery County PD??? What are they expecting/protecting??🧐🤔😳

Currently parked on Constitution Ave, between the Monument and The WH. It was here Sunday, as well. 🙌💖🇺🇲🙏
